- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.免疫原性構成物の製造方法であって、 a) シアン化試薬を使って少なくとも1つの第一の炭水化物含有成分を活性化 し;そして b) 前記活性化された炭水化物を第二成分に共有結合により結合させる ことを含んで成る方法。 2.免疫原性構成物の製造方法であって、 a) シアン化試薬を使って少なくとも1つの第一の炭水化物含有成分を活性化 し; b) 前記第一成分を二価性スペーサー試薬に共有結合により結合させ;そして c) 第二成分を段階b)の二価性スペーサー試薬に共有結合により結合させる ことを含んで成る方法。 3.前記シアン化試薬がCDAP、CTEAおよびpNPCから成る群より選択される、請 求項1または2の方法。 4.前記免疫原性構成物が二元担体構成物である、請求項1または2の方法。 5.前記二価性試薬がエチレンジアミン、1,6−ヘキサンジアミン、アジピ ン酸ジヒドラジド、シスタミン、グリシンおよびリジンから成る群より選択され る、請求項1または2の方法。 6.請求項1または2に従って製造された二元担体免疫原性構成物。 7.前記第一成分がデキストラン、肺炎球菌多糖、インフルエンザ菌多糖、ウ イルス多糖および細菌多糖から本質的に成る群より選 択される、請求項1または2の方法。 8.前記第二成分がBSA、百日咳トキソイド、破傷風トキソイド、マラリア 由来ペプチドP28、抗体、トキソイドおよび毒素から成る群より選択される、請 求項1または2の方法。 9.PT−Pn14、PT−PRP20、TT−Pn14、Hδa/1−デキストランおよび P28−TT −Pn14から本質的に成る群より選択される、請求項1または2に従って製造され た免疫原性構成物。 10.免疫応答を誘導する方法であって、 a) i) シアン化試薬を使って少なくとも1つの第一の炭水化物含有成分を活 性化し、そして ii) 前記活性化された炭水化物を第二成分に共有結合により結合させる ことにより免疫原性構成物を製造し; b) 前記免疫原性構成物を患者に投与する ことを含んで成る方法。 11.免疫応答を誘導する方法であって、 a) i) シアン化試薬を使って少なくとも1つの第一の炭水化物含有成分を活 性化し、 ii) 前記第一成分を二価性スペーサー試薬に共有結合により結合させ、そ して iii) 第二成分を段階b)の二価性スペーサー試薬に共有結合により結合させ る ことにより免疫原性構成物を製造し;そして b) 前記免疫原性構成物を患者に投与する ことを含んで成る方法。
