Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.スリーブ軸(15)に沿ってスリーブ(13)に配置された静的ミキシング エレメント(11,12)及びフィルタエレメント(6)を備えた高粘性流体の 均質化装置において、 前記スリーブは複数の部分からなり、前記装置のエレメントは一体構造部材( 10,20;60)であり、これらの全ての構造部材及び複数の構造部材のいず れかはフランジ状部分及びノーズ状部分(4;4a,4b)のいずれかを有し、 かつ同部分に係合することによってスリーブ部分(4,5;4a,4b,5)間 のスリーブ領域に固着すると同時にスリーブ部分を形成することを特徴とする装 置。 2.前記フランジ状部分(4)は輪形であってスリーブ軸(15)に対して垂直 に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記フランジ状部分(4)は全ての一体構造部材及び幾つかの一体構造部材 (10,20;60)のいずれかの中心部に配置されていることを特徴とする請 求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記リブ(4a,4b)は全ての一体構造部材及び幾つかの一体構造部材( 10)のいずれかにおいてノーズ状部分をなすとともに、スリーブ軸(15)に 対して並行に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載 の装置。 5.前記ミキシングエレメント(11,12)は長手方向に配置された複数のウ ェブ(110)を備え、隣接する層のウェブは互いに交差し、これらウェブはス リーブ軸(15)に対して10〜70度、好ましくは45度の単一角度をなすこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 6.前記装置のエレメントの1つはリブフィルタ(60)であることを特徴とす る請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 7.前記一体構造部材(10,20;60)は金属合金製であり、精密鋳造及び 焼結射出成形のいずれかによって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の いずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.前記一体構造部材(10,20;60)はセラミック製であることを特徴と する請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 9.前記一体構造部材(10,20;60)はプラスチック製であることを特徴 とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 10.射出成形機のノズルにおけるミキシングヘッド(1)及び押出機のスクリ ューの下流におけるメルトミキサのいずれかとしての請求項1乃至7のいずれか 1項に記載の装置の使用方法。
