Abstract
고점성유체의 균질화장치는 스태틱혼합부재(11, 12)와 필요한 경우 필터부재(6)로 이루어진다. 장치의 이들부재는 슬리부축(15)에 따라서 슬리브(13)내에 배열된다.
본 발명에 의하면, 슬리브는 수개의 부분으로 구성되고, 이 장치의 부재는 일체의 구조부재(10, 20 ; 60)이고, 또한, 전부 또는 복수의 이들 구조부재는 플랜지형 또는 노즈형 부분(4 , 4a 4b)을 가진다. 이들 부분으로 구조부재는 슬리브부분 사이의 슬리브영역에 결합되는 동시에, 슬리브의 부분을 형성하도록 결합된다. 본 발명에 의한 장치는, 예를 들면 사출성형기의 노즐에 혼합헤드(1)로서, 또는 압출기의 멜트믹서로서 제공된다.

제1도는 공지의 디자인의 혼합헤드를 가진 사출성형기의 노즐의 단면도이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 혼합헤드이다,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 혼합부재이다,
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 혼합부재의 제2의 실시예이다.
제5도는 제4도의 혼합부재의 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 슬리브축(15)에 따라서 슬리브(13)내에 배열되는 스태틱혼합부재(11,12)와 필요한 경우 필터부재(6)로 이루어지는 고점성유체의 균일화장치에 있어서, 슬리브는 장치의 부재가 일체의 구조부재(10, 20 ; 60)인 수개의 부분으로 구성되고, 또한 전부 또는 복수의 이들 구조부재는 플랜지형 또는 노즈형 부분(4 ; 4a, 4b)을 가지고, 슬리브부분(4, 5 ; 4a, 4b, 5) 사이의 슬리브영역에 결합되는 동시에, 슬리브의 부분을 형성하도록 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플랜지형 부분(4)은 링형이고, 슬리브축(15)에 직각으로 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 플랜지형 부분(4)은 일채 구조부재(10, 20 : 60)의 전부 또는 일부의 중간영역에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 제1항∼제3항 중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 리브(4a, 4b)는 일체의 구조부재(10)피 전부 또는 일부에 노즈형 부분을 형성하고, 리브는 슬리브축(15)에 평행으로 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 제1항∼제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합부재(11, 12)는 종방향으로 배열된 복수의 웨브(110)로 이루어지고, 인접하는 층의 웨브는 서로 교차하고, 이 웨브는 슬리브축(15)과 10°∼70°의 각, 바람직하게는 45°를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 제1항∼제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장치의 부재중 하나는 리브필터(60)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 제1항∼제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일체의 구조부재(10, 20 ; 60)는 금속합금이고, 정밀주조 또는 소결사출성향에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 제1항∼제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일체의 구조부재(10, 20 ; 60)는 세라믹 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 제1항∼제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일체의 구조부재(10, 20 ; 60)는 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성유체의 균질화장치.
- 사출성형기의 노즐의 혼합헤드(1)로서 또는 압출기의 스크류 하류측의 멜트믹서로서의 제1항∼제7항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 장치의 사용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
