Abstract
用于均化高粘度流体的装置,包含静态的混合件(11,12),还可能包含过滤器件(6)。该装置的这些部件沿套筒轴线(15)安装在套筒(13)内。本发明所述的套筒包括若干部件组成;该装置的若干部件是整体结构件(10,20;60),其中所有的或者多个这种结构件包含法兰状或凸出状部件(4;4a,4b)。借助这些部件的配合,部件固定地安装在套筒部件之间的套筒区内,同时它们又构成套筒的一部分。本发明所述的装置可用作例如注塑成型机注嘴的混合头(1)或挤出机的熔融料混合器。
Description
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前叙部分所述的高粘度流体的均化装置,还涉及此种装置的使用。
在热塑性材料的挤出或注塑成型中,均匀的特别是温度均匀的熔融料是用静态混合芯来产生的。不采取特别措施,塑炼机中的塑料熔体离开螺杆时会出现明显的温度不一致性;加入颜料和/或添加剂时,其分布也是不均匀的。在注塑成型机中,在注嘴上安装混合头可以获得塑料熔体的必需的均匀性。(见例如G.Schneider和R.Maurer的文章,Sterr.Kunststoff-Zeitschrift,1985,86-89页)
混合头或熔融料混合器包括有套筒,其内部装有数个混合件。由于塑料熔体的粘度大,在混合件上以及混合件与套筒之间都将承受巨大的作用力。在一个混合头的优化实施例中,混合件被铸成整体(连成一体但没有接合缝)而且被焊在套筒内。这种混合头固有的缺点是在极端条件下焊接接头承受不住环境作用。这种极端条件可由操作失误产生,例如可以是冷起动(峰值压力2000巴左右)、快速加热、用开放式火焰去污、在退火温度下用水淬火。
本发明的目的是提供一种高粘度流体的均化装置——例如混合头或熔融料混合器——它在极端条件下能够尽可能不受损坏。这样一种装置还应该是易于清理干净。除静态混合件外,此种装置还能带有过滤件,例如一种肋条式过滤器。在权利要求1中阐述了其特有的特征,通过这种特征达到了本发明的上述目的。其中“整体的构件”一词是指没有由于接缝例如焊接接缝造成的强度削弱的构件(与此对照的是,带焊接接缝的构件也可以是整体构件)。权利要求1所说的套筒件在极端情形下由一个法兰形零件构成,而在此情形下是管状的。
从属的权利要求2至9涉及本发明的优化实施例。独立权利要求10涉及此装置的使用。
下面将借助图对本发明作进一步详细的解释。其中:
图1是具有结构已知的混合头的注塑成型机注嘴的剖面图;
图2是根据本发明方案的混合头;

图1的注嘴2具有下列部件:带混合件11,12及套筒13的混合头1;带注嘴孔22及装混合头1的孔23的注嘴头21;用点划线表示的带形电热器24;以及挤出螺杆的端部3。图2表示本发明混合头1的侧视图,它没有像已知结构中那样的单个套筒13,而具有包括部件4和5的复合套筒。部件4与混合件11构成整体的结构件10。图3表明第一实施例:部件4是结构件10的法兰状部分,通过该结构件10部件4固定在套筒件5之间。部件4呈环形而且与套筒轴线15垂直;部件4在所示的例子中位于混合件11的中部。混合件11是由褶皱的薄片层构成的,在薄片层之间,褶皱形成通道,通道常常是交叉的。用点划线画出的圆102表示端面的外轮廓。
图4的整体结构件10同样具有一个法兰状部件4,该部件4呈环形且位于混合件11的中部。法兰状部件4局部剖开,从而示出结构件10是整体的。混合件11包含多个分层布置的板片110。相邻层的板片110相互交叉,它们与套筒轴线15成45°角。(此角度值可以在10°-70°之间选取。)
图5表示图4中结构件10的截面,示出管形套筒件5的一部分和与结构件10相邻并带混合件12的结构件20。在套筒件5和板片110之间存在一间隙51。与图示不同,套简件5的外径以及环4的外径自然可以具有相同的尺寸。环4上有凸台45,在套筒件5上有相应的凹槽54,通过它们可使结构件10与相邻的结构件20预先可靠地对齐。
结构件10与套筒件5只是装配在一起(借助零件的形状相配而连接在一起。)因而这些部件容易互相分开,这满足了本发明的装置一定要容易清扫的要求。
图6表示了结构件10的一种变体,其中点划线表示的混合件11′是立方形或长方形的。除图3及图4表示的混合件类型外,原则上还可采用其它已知类型的混合件。(例如见M.H.Pahl和E.Muschel knautz的文章,Chem.-Ing.-Tech.52,1980,285-291页,特别是图1d)
图7的结构件10上两个肋4a和4b在套筒中产生紧固作用。端面40是一个在中心角α内的扇形环(该α角以套筒轴线15为其中心)。此角度值可取为例如60°。与结构件10装配的是包括薄壁管50及两个部件51a和51b的套筒件5,此两个部件51a和51b可装进肋4a和4b之间的空间。
如果要均化的熔融料含粒状的杂质,则推荐使用一个过滤器件,增设在本发明的装置上。图8表示了这种过滤器件的一个例子-即肋条式(rib filter)过滤器6。熔融料从供应通道61的进入轴向的分配通道62,从那儿经过肋条64进入聚集通道63。肋条64与图中未画出的套筒件构成狭窄通道,通过它将杂质颗粒截在分配通道62中。环65将通道62的端部密封;通道63保持部分地开放,从而使熔融料进一步流入下游的混合件中。即使在这种情况下,过滤器件6及环4也构成一个整体结构件60。
最后,图9表示两个相邻混合件11和12总是合在一起组成一个整体结构件30。这一对部件具有一个共用的法兰状部件4,它在套筒件之间起固定作用。整体结构件10,20,30,60在用作混合头或熔融料混合器时最好用金属合金而且最好用精密铸造或烧结注入成型而成。做其它用途时,建议这些结构件用陶瓷材料或塑料制成。
Claims (19)
1.用来均化高粘度流体的装置,包括具有纵轴线的套筒和沿纵轴线分布在套筒中的静态的混合件,套筒包括若干部件,而装置的部件是整体的结构件,至少一些整体结构件包括相对于该纵轴线横向突出的部分并相配合,以在套筒的部分之间在套筒内形成固定连接,因而构成套筒的另外的部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的部分是环形,且在垂直于纵轴线方向延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:至少一个所述的部分位于相应的一个整体结构件的中间部位。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:至少一个所述的部分形成相连的一个整体结构件的凸出状部件,该凸出状部件平行于所述纵轴线延伸。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:混合件包含沿纵轴线的多个分层布置的板片,其中相邻层的板片彼此交叉并且与纵轴线所成的夹角为10°至70°之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于:夹角为45°。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:该装置的一个部件为过滤器。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:该过滤器为肋条式过滤器,包括多个隔开的位于通道内的纵向肋条,以形成流体的流动路径。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:整体结构件由金属合金构成。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于:上述整体结构件经精密铸造而成。
11.如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于:上述整体结构件经烧结注入成型而成。
12.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:整体结构件由陶瓷材料构成。
13.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:整体结构件由塑料构成。
14.用来均化高粘度流体的装置,包括沿流体流动路径纵轴线相连续地布置的多个静态混合机构,每一混合机构包括位于路径中的混合件,至少一个混合机构包括至少部分地围绕相连的混合件的部分并形成一部分路径的外部边界;多个围绕路径的导管状区段,与所述的部分轴向相连,共同限定沿路径长度延伸并包绕所述混合件的管状导管。
15.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的部分为环形,完全围绕至少一个混合件。
16.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的部分仅部分围绕至少一个混合件,还包括纵向区段,用于围绕未被所述的部分所围绕的至少一个混合件的一部分。
17.如权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于:所述纵向区段包括环形扇区,其延伸弧度小于360°。
18.如权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于:所述纵向区段包括圆周上隔开的第一和第二扇区。
19.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于:包括多个具有所述的部分的混合件。
