Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.pH≦7である無水のジメチルアルキレン尿素(DMAU)中に式 の繰返単位から成るポリイミドを5〜35重量%含有する、成形及び紡糸を直接 行うことができる透明な溶液:但し、上記の式において Arは式 の四価の基を表し、ここで なる同一又は異なる一価の基を表すか、又は基が存在しないことを意味し、 Y及びAは式CO、O、SO2、S、C(CH3)2、CH2又はC(CF3)2な る同一又は異なる二価の基を表し、ここでYは存在しないことも可能であるが、 Aは存在しないことは可能でなく、そして Arlは二価の芳香族基を表す。 2.Arlが少なくとも50%のトリレン基より成ることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項に記載の溶液。 3.DMEUがジメチルエチレン尿素であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載の溶液。 4.基Arが式 を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の溶液。 5.pH≦7である無水のジメチルアルキレン尿素中、150℃と該溶媒の沸 点との間の温度において、触媒の非存在下で、 −式 [式中、Arは式 の同一又は異なる一価の基を表すか、又は基が存在しないことを意味し、 Y及びAは式CO、O、SO2、S、C(CH3)2、CH2又はC(CF3)2な る同一又は異なる二価の基を表し、ここでYは存在しないことも可能であるが、 Aは存在しないことは可能でない。) の四価の基を表す。] のテトラカルボン酸無水物と −式OCN−Arl−NCO(式中、Arlは二価の芳香族基を表す)のジイソ シアネート との間の実質的に化学量論的割合での重縮合反応を6時間以下の時間行い、次い で得られたポリイミドをpH≦7である無水のジメチルアルキレン尿素により希 釈することによって、該溶媒中の最終濃度が5〜35%である、紡糸及び成形を 直接行うことができる、ポリイミドに基づく溶液を製造する方法。 5.反応を180〜200℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項 に記載の方法。 6.反応時間が5時間以下であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の 方法。 7.ジイソシアネート/二酸無水物の重量比が1〜1.05であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 8.湿式又は乾式で行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の溶液を紡 糸する方法。 9.請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法により得られたヤーン又は繊維。
