Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.不燃性液体を保持する貯留槽と、 ミストの火災への適用を改善し、それにより液体の火災消火能力を向上する小 滴サイズのミストを生成し、該液体を危険空間に噴霧する噴霧手段と、 該貯留槽からミストを生成すための加圧状態にある該噴霧手段を介して該液体 を押出す押出し手段と、 該危険空間における火災の発生を検出するセンサー手段と、 該センサー手段と機能的に連動し、該貯留槽から該液体を押出す該押出し手段 を制御する制御手段と、 から構成される危険空間における火災を消火する消火装置。 2.ミストの小滴サイズの中央値が50から500ミクロンの間であることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の消火装置。 3.該小滴サイズの中央値が250から400ミクロンの間であることを特徴とする 請求項2に記載の消火装置。 4.該貯留手段が約2000kPa未満の圧力まで加圧されることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の消火装置。 5.該貯留手段内の圧力が約2000kPaであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載 の消火装置。 6.該貯留手段が該危険空間の火災を完全に消火するために該危険空間の体積 について1立方メートルにつき、1リットル未満の体積の液体を必要とすること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火装置。 7.該押出し手段は火災を消火する為に貯留槽から該液体を90秒未満で押し出 すよう作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火装置。 8.該噴霧手段は複数のノズルを有し、該危険空間に必要なそのノズルの数は 、 該危険空間の気体体積、ノズルの流量及び補償因子の関数: N.N.=A.V./C.F./90FR ここで、N.N.はノズル数、 A.V.は該危険空間の気体体積、 C.F.はここで定義される補償因子、 90FRは90秒未満等の設定時間内に一つのノズルから流れる水の量、とし て決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火装置。 9.各ノズルは毎分2リットル未満の放出率を有することを特徴とする請求項 8に記載の消火装置。 10.各ノズルは70゜以上の噴霧角度を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載 の消火装置。 11.各ノズルは空洞噴霧パターンを有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の 消火装置。 12.各ノズルは該危険空間において1m間隔で配置されることを特徴とする請求 項8に記載の消火装置。 13.該センサー手段は6℃から100℃の間の温度において起動する温度センサー 装置を具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の消火装置。 14.該センサー手段は更に毎分約9℃以上の温度変化率を検出する温度変化セ ンサー装置を具備することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の消火装置。 15.該センサー手段は更に煙検出器を6℃から100℃の間の温度において起動す る温度センサー装置を具備することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の消火装置。 16.該ミストは呼吸可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火装置。 17.該押出し手段は該貯留槽において加圧状態で保持される乾燥窒素であるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火装置。 18.該不燃性液体は水であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消火装置。 19.危険空間に噴霧手段を向け、燃焼を助長しない雰囲気を形成する小滴サイ ズを有するミストを生成するための加圧状態にある該噴霧手段を介して不燃性液 体を押し出すことを特徴とする火災消火方法。 20.該液体は低圧状態で貯留され、該ミストの小滴径の中央値は50から500ミ クロンの間であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の火災消火方法。
