Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(1)又は(2)に開示のポリマープリカーサーであって、ここで、 (1)は、少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート、及び、少なくとも2個のイソ シアネート反応性水素原子を含む少なくとも1種の化合物を含み、イソシアネー ト及び反応性水素原子含有化合物はポリウレタンブリカーサーを構成する、 (2)は、少なくとも1種のエチレン系不飽和モノマー、少なくとも1種のポリ イソシアネート、及び、少なくとも2個のイソシアネート反応性水素原子を含む 少なくとも1種の化合物を含み、イソシアネート及び反応性水素原子含有化合物 はポリウレタンプリカーサーを構成する、 及び、 (1)又は(2)用の二成分硬化剤であって、少なくとも特許請求の範1個の遷 移金属原子及び少なくとも1個の炭素原子−金属原子結合を含む有機金属錯体カ チオンのイオン塩、並びに、ヒドロペルオキシド及びアシルペルオキシドからな る群より選ばれた過酸化物を含む、二成分硬化剤、 を含む重合性組成物であって、前記重合性組成物は、重合を行うために充分なエ ネルギーを受けたときに、不粘着性の保護コーティングを提供し、そして、任意 に光増感剤を含む重合性組成物。 2.前記過酸化物が式、 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、 R1及びR2は独立に、水素又は、 (1)1〜50個の炭 素原子及び0〜20個のヘテロ原子を含む直鎖伏もしくは分枝鎖状脂肪族炭化水 素基、(2)2〜50個の炭素原子及び0〜20個のヘテロ原子を含む脂環式炭 化水素基、(3)3〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜10個のヘテロ原子を含む芳香 族炭化水素基もしくは複素環式芳香族炭化水素基、(4)6〜50個の炭素原子 及び0〜20個のヘテロ原子を含むアリール脂肪族炭化水素基(aralpha tichydrocarbon group)、又は(5)1〜50個の炭素原 子及び0〜20個のヘテロ原子を含むアルコキシ基からなる群より選ばれた有機 基であり、ここでR1及びR2は組成物全体の効率を阻害せず、m及びnは独立 に0又は1であり、そして、wは1〜4の範囲の整数であり、 但し、R1及びR2の両方が有機基であるときに、m+nは0又は1であり、そ してR1がアルコキシであるときに、m=1であり、R2がアルコキシであると きに、n=1である。)を有する請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.重合を行うために充分なエネルギーを受けた、硬化した組成物を提供する請 求項1又は2に記載の組成物。 4,前記ポリウレタンブリカーサーが少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート及び 少なくとも1種のポリオールである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。 5.前記エチレン系不飽和モノマーが、少なくとも1種のモノ又は多官能性(メ ト)アクリレート、(メト)アクリルアミド、ビニル化合物、アリル化合物、ア リルエーテル化合物、及びラジカル重合性基並ひにイソシアネート及びイソシア ネート反応性基のうちの片方を含む両反応性モノマーからなる群より選ばれる、 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。 6.塗料である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。 7.請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の硬化した組成物を含むコートされた製品。 8.(a)請求項1〜7に記載の組成物を提供すること、及び、(b)不粘着性 コーティングを提供するために、前記混合物を重合させる、又は、重合を行うた めに前記混合物にエネルギーを加えること、の工程を含む方法。 9.重合が2段階で行われ、第一の段階が放射線硬化を含み、そしで第二の段階 が熱硬化を含む請求項8に記載の方法。 10,請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の潜伏硬化性組成物を製造するためのキッ トであって、2パッケージキットであり、前記パッケージは組成物か適用される ときに混合されることができ、前記キットは第一及び第二パッケージの組み合わ せを含み、前記イソシアネート反応性水素含有化合物及び前記ポリイソシアネー トが別々のパッケージに入っているキット。
