Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.有機溶剤中で、 a)周期律表第6〜15族金属またはランタニド金属の溶剤可溶性化合物を、 b)金属化合物(a)の金属のアンチモン化物、ヒ素化物、カルコゲン化物、ハ ロゲン化物またはリン化物を生成するための沈殿剤と、 c)少なくとも1個の電子対−ドナー基および少なくとも1個の重合または重縮 合により有機または無機ネットワークを形成し得る基を有する2官能性化合物の 存在下で、反応させ、こうして得られた安定化されたナノスケール粒子ゾルを、 d)熱的または光化学的に重合体に硬化または重合することのできる化合物およ び e)重合開始剤と混合し、 場合により存在していて無機ネットワークを形成し得る基の加水分解または重縮 合を行い、この物質を熱的または光化学的に硬化すること を特徴とするナノスケール粒子含有複合材料の製法。 2.熱的または光化学的に重合体に硬化または重合することのできる化合物(d )の有機溶剤中の溶液を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の製 法。 3.ナノスケール粒子の安定化されたゾルを更に有機溶剤可溶性重合体(f)と 混合することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の製法。 4.有機溶剤として、アルコール、エーテル、エステル、脂肪族または芳香族炭 化水素を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の製法。 5.沈殿剤(b)として、相当するアニオンの塩、相当する水素化合物または本 来の沈殿剤がその場で遊離されるような化合物を使用することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1に記載の製法。 6.沈殿剤(b)を、金属化合物(a)に対して、化学量論的に僅かに過剰な量 で使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の製法。 7.金属化合物(a)対2官能性化合物(c)のモル比が約11〜1:50であ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の製法。 8.熱的または光化学的に重合体に硬化または重合することのできる化合物(d )および場合により混合される有機溶剤可溶性重合体(f)を、得られる複合材 料がナノスケールまたは0.01〜90重量%および重合体マトリックス10〜 99.99重量%を含有するような量で使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載の製法。 9.請求の範囲第1項に記載の製法によって得られるナノスケール粒子含有複合 材料。 10.被覆または成形体の形の請求の範囲第9項に記載の複合材料。 11.請求の範囲第10項に記載の透明複合材料よりなる光学素子。
