Abstract
度よりも小さい範囲ではトーションスプリングによる充
分な吸振作用を得る。相対回動角度が設定角度以上の範
囲では摩擦ブロックによる大きな摩擦減衰作用を得る。 【構成】 入力部材12と出力部材2とをトーションス
プリング3を介して回動方向で連結する。出力部材2に
周方向に沿う長孔4を形成し、長孔4に、入力部材12
に摩擦接触する摩擦ブロック5を遊挿する。入力部材1
2に摩擦ブロック5の径方向の移動を規制する段部32
a,32b,33a,33bを設ける。摩擦ブロック5
の径方向のずれが段部32a,32b,33a,33b
によって規制されるため、摩擦ブロック5の径方向の側
面が長孔4に接触することがない。入出力部材12,2
間の相対回動角度が設定角度よりも小さい範囲では、摩
擦ブロック5は大摩擦減衰力を発生しない。

Claims (1)
- 【請求項1】 入力部材と出力部材とをトーションスプ
リングを介して回動方向で弾性的に連結する一方で、前
記入力部材と出力部材のうちの一方側の部材に周方向に
沿う長孔を形成し、この長孔に、他方側の部材に摩擦接
触する摩擦ブロックを周方向移動可能に遊挿して、入力
部材と出力部材の設定角度以上の相対回動時に摩擦ブロ
ックと他方側の部材の間で大摩擦減衰力を発生するよう
にした捩り振動低減装置において、前記他方側の部材
に、摩擦ブロックの径方向の移動を規制する段部を設け
たことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。
