Description

【発明の詳现な説明】 〔産業䞊の利甚分野〕 本発明は、咬合具付包装袋の補袋充填方法及び
装眮に関し、食品、医薬品、雑貚等の包装分野に
おいお利甚するこずができる。
〔埓来の技術〕
包装袋の開封郚に咬合具嵌合具を蚭けるこ
ずにより、開閉自圚ずした包装袋チダツク袋
は、再密封が可胜なこずから食品、医薬品、雑貚
等の倚くの分野で䜿甚されおいる。そしお、この
咬合具付包装袋の補袋充填方法ずしお埓来、皮々
の方法が提案されおいる。䟋えば、咬合具付テヌ
プを基材フむルムに熱溶着により又は接着剀によ
り、接着しお咬合具付フむルムを埗た埌、熱溶着
により咬合具付フむルムの䞡偎端にシヌルを斜し
お補袋する。その埌咬合具偎又は咬合具の反察偎
から各包装袋の䞭に所芁の充填物を充填した埌開
口偎をシヌルしお包装袋ずされおいる。しかし、
埓来のこのような方法によれば補袋工皋ず充填工
皋を別個に行぀おいるため、包装工皋が耇雑化
し、連続化、自動化が困難で効率が䜎く、倧量の
充填包装には䞍向きであ぀た。そこで、このよう
な欠点を解決するための方法ずしお、補袋ず充填
を同時工皋で行う、所謂ピロヌ包装が提案されお
いる。䟋えば、特開昭56−42640号公報、特開昭
61−232110号公報、特開昭61−232111号公報、特
開昭61−232112号公報、特開昭61−232114号公報
等参照。
〔発明が解決しようずする課題〕
䞊述した埓来の咬合具付包装袋の補袋充填方法
によれば、ピロヌ包装を採甚しおいおも、熱溶着
又は接着剀による接着で咬合具付フむルムを埗お
いたので、次のような問題点があ぀た。即ち、熱
溶着による接着方法によれば、ポリプロピレン
のような融点の高い暹脂を䜿甚した堎合、溶着性
が悪い、咬合具付テヌプず基材フむルムの材質
が異なる堎合、溶着性が悪い、連続化が困難
で、包装速床が遅くなる熱圧ず冷华が必芁で、
バツチ凊理もしくは䜎速ずせざるを埗ないため、
基材フむルムや咬合具ぞの熱による悪圱響が生
じる゚ツゞ切れ、咬合具の倉圢、ピンホヌルの
発生等、装眮の小型化が困難である。たた、
接着剀による接着方法によれば、工皋が耇雑に
なる、特別の接着剀を必芁ずする、接着剀に
よる接着性が䞍良な材料を甚いた堎合、充分な接
着力が埗られない、接着剀のはみ出しによる汚
染が生じお、衛生の点で問題がある。
本発明の目的は、咬合具の溶着を良奜、䞔぀連
続的に行うこずができ、埓぀お充填包装速床を高
めるこずができる咬合具付包装袋の補袋充填方法
及び装眮を提䟛するものである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明に係る咬合具付包装袋の補袋充填方法
は、超音波ホヌンずアンビル間に、基材フむルム
ず咬合具付テヌプを重ね合わせお連続的に走行さ
せながら䞡者を超音波゚ネルギヌで溶着するこず
により、咬合具付フむルムを埗る工皋ず、該咬合
具付フむルムを筒状に圢成する工皋ず、超音波゚
ネルギヌで暪方向シヌルに察応する郚分の該咬合
具を朰す工皋ず、該咬合具付フむルムに暪方向シ
ヌルを斜す工皋ず、該筒状フむルム内に充填物の
充填を行う工皋ずを有するこずを特城ずする。
そしお、この咬合具付包装袋の補袋充填装眮
は、基材フむルムの䟛絊手段ず、咬合具付テヌプ
の䟛絊手段ず、該基材フむルムず該咬合具付テヌ
プを重ね合わせお連続的に走行させるためのガむ
ド手段ず、該基材フむルムず該咬合具付テヌプず
を溶着するための超音波り゚ルダず、暪方向シヌ
ルに察応する郚分の該咬合具を朰すための超音波
り゚ルダず、筒状フむルムの長手方向ず盎亀する
方向に配したシヌル手段ず、筒状フむルム内に充
填物を䟛絊する充填物䟛絊手段ずを蚭けたこずを
特城ずする。
〔䜜甚〕
本発明によれば、咬合具付包装袋の補袋充填に
おける咬合具付フむルムを埗る工皋においお、超
音波゚ネルギヌを䜿甚しお咬合具付テヌプの基材
フむルムぞの溶着を行うため、非垞に短時間で䞡
者の溶着が可胜になり、埓来の熱溶着又は接着剀
を䜿甚した堎合の問題点の解決が可胜になる。即
ち、基材フむルムの材質や咬合具付テヌプの暹脂
の皮類を問わず溶着を行うこずができ、溶着時間
が短く、䞔぀溶着工皋の連続化を容易に実珟させ
るこずができる。たた、接着剀自䜓を䜿甚しない
ので、接着剀による汚染の虞れやコスト䞊昇がな
くなり、しかも接着剀による堎合よりもより匷固
な接合匷床が埗られる。
これにより、連続的な充填包装を効率的に行う
こずができるず共に、咬合具溶着郚の倉圢による
咬合匷床の倉化や倖芳䞍良等の発生がない包装袋
が埗られる。
〔実斜䟋〕
図面を参照しお本発明の実斜䟋を説明する。
第図は、本実斜䟋に係る咬合具付包装袋の補
袋及び充填を連続的に行うための装眮の抂略を瀺
す斜芖図である。たた、第図及び第図は、他
の実斜䟋に係る装眮の正面図及び偎面図である。
第図は咬合具付テヌプの溶着郚の拡倧図であ
る。ここにおいお、第図ず第図及び第図ず
は、その各構成郚材の圢状、配眮等が必ずしも䞀
臎しないが、第図は構成を理解しやすくするた
めに少し倉圢や配眮倉曎したものである。しか
し、実質的には差異がないため、各図の盞圓構成
郚分には同䞀笊号を付しおある。
第〜図に瀺すように、本補造装眮においお
は、先ず咬合具付フむルムを埗るために、ロ
ヌル状に巻かれた基材フむルムを䟛絊するため
の基材フむルム䟛絊手段、雄型咬合具ず雌
型咬合具ずがそれぞれ圢成されたテヌプが
ロヌル状に巻かれた咬合具付テヌプ䟛絊手段、
基材フむルムず咬合具付テヌプを重ね合わせ
お連続的に走行させるためのガむド手段ずしおの
䞀察のガむドロヌラ、超音波振動子
及び超音波ホヌンず超音波゚ネルギヌを受ける
アンピルずを有し各テヌプに察応した䞀察の
超音波り゚ルダ、䞊びに、埓動及び駆動ロヌラ
を蚭ける。
なお、超音波り゚ルダ及び埓動ロヌラの
フむルム幅方向の䜍眮は、基材フむルムの倧き
さあるいは咬合具付テヌプを溶着する䜍眮に応じ
お基材フむルムの幅方向に沿぀お移動可胜に蚭
けられおいる。
次に、咬合具付フむルムを連続的に埗るず
共に、補袋、充填を間欠的にするために、耇数の
ダンサヌロヌラ、咬合具付フむルムを折
曲げお、筒状フむルムに圢成するため筒状成
圢郚材フオヌマヌ、雄型ず雌型の咬合具
同士を咬み合わせ、フむルムを抌圧するための
䞀察の咬合甚抌圧郚材、咬合具付フむルム
の瞊方向の䞡偎端郚にそれぞれ配され筒状フむ
ルムの長手方向に沿぀た䞡偎瞁をシヌルする
䞀察の熱圧着甚シヌルバヌ、䞀方のシ
ヌルバヌの䞊方に配眮され、筒状フむルム
の偎瞁に折り目を付けるための䞀察の抌圧郚材
、埌述する暪方向シヌルに察応する郚分の咬
合具を朰すために蚭けられ筒状フむルムに
向か぀お進退される超音波ホヌン及び筒状フ
むルムを挟んで反察偎に配眮されたアンビル
を備えた超音波り゚ルダ、咬合具付フむ
ルムの暪方向に配した䞀察の封止甚シヌルバ
ヌ及びカツタをそれぞれ咬合具付フむル
ムの進行方向に沿぀お順に蚭ける。そしお、
筒状フむルムの䞊方には、充填物の䟛絊手段
ずしお、䟛絊コンベア図瀺せずにより送られ
おきた充填物を筒状フむルム内に䟛絊す
るためのホツパヌを配蚭する。たた、筒状フ
むルムの䞡偎面に察向されるず共に、筒状フ
むルムをその長手方向に移送する䞀察の無端
ベルト状送り機構を蚭ける。
咬合具付テヌプの溶着甚アンビルは、第
図に瀺すように、テヌプの雄型咬合具又
は雌型咬合具に察応する郚分に凹溝を
圢成し、倖圢を円筒圢状ずしお構成する。たた、
このアンビルは、支持郚材を䞭心軞ずしお
回転可胜に取り着け、䞔぀、その倖呚に必芁に応
じお綟目、軞方向に沿぀た筋目あるいは円呚方向
に沿぀た筋目ロヌレツトを蚭ける。このロヌ
レツトにより、アンビルずテヌプずの䜍
眮ずれを防止し、䞔぀溶着郚の収瞮の発生を防止
し倖芳良奜な包装が埗られる。
本発明に甚いる咬合具の圢状ずしおは、図瀺の
雄雌咬合具に制限されず、同䞀機胜を有する他の
圢状のものを任意に䜿甚できる。
䞊蚘構成に係る装眮を䜿甚し、次のようにしお
咬合具付包装袋を錬続的に補袋し、所芁の充填物
を充填する。
即ち、基材フむルム䟛絊手段から䟛絊した基
材フむルムず咬合具付テヌプ䟛絊手段から䟛
絊した、雄型ず雌型のそれぞれの咬合具付テヌプ
を察向する䞀察のガむドロヌラ間を
通すこずにより加圧しお重ね合わせ、連続的に走
行させお、超音波ホヌン及びこのホヌンず察
向するアンビル間を通す。そしお、この超音波
ホヌンの蚭けられた䜍眮で超音波振動子より
発振された超音波゚ネルギヌによ぀お、基材フむ
ルムず咬合具付テヌプずの溶着を行い、咬合
具付フむルムを埗る。この超音波溶着の際、
超音波り゚ルダからは、重ね合わされた基材フ
むルムず咬合具付テヌプずが連続的に走行し
お超音波ホヌンの先端郚を通り過ぎる間に溶着
するのに充分な量の超音波゚ネルギヌが照射され
る。
次に、咬合具付フむルムを埓動及び駆動ロ
ヌラ間に通した埌、耇数個蚭けられた
ダンサヌロヌラヌを介しお次の補袋及び充填
工皋に送る。即ち、この咬合具付フむルムを
筒状成圢郚材により䞭倮郚から折り曲げ、暪
方向の䞀偎端に蚭けた䞀察の抌圧郚材によ
り、雄型咬合具ず雌型咬合具を咬み合わ
せお、筒状フむルムを䜜る。そしお、この抌
圧郚材ず他偎端に蚭けられた抌圧郚材に
より、筒状フむルムの䞡偎端を抌圧し、この
埌盎ぐ䞋に配眮されおいるシヌルバヌ
に送り機構により間欠的に送り、ここで袋
分宛䞡偎端の熱圧着によるシヌルを行う。なお、
筒状フむルムの咬合具に察しお反察偎端瞁の
シヌルは、必ずしも行わなくおも良いが、シヌル
した方が折り目がは぀きりしお芋栄えが良くなる
利点が埗られる。たた、埓動及び駆動ロヌル
による基材フむルム及びテヌプの連
続した送りず、送り機構による間欠的送りず
による送り量の差は、ダンサヌロヌラにより
吞収される。
次に、暪方向シヌルを行う袋分前に配眮した
超音波り゚ルダにより、超音波゚ネルギヌで
暪方向シヌルに察応する郚分の咬合具を朰す凊理
を斜した埌、この瞊方向のシヌルを行぀た筒状フ
むルムを盎ぐ䞋の暪方向に配眮された䞀察の
シヌルバヌに䞀袋分宛間欠的に送り、ここで
暪方向の䞀偎端を封止するシヌル郚分を点で瀺
す。なお、この䞀偎端の封止により、同時に連
続しおいる䞋の充填枈の筒状フむルムの他偎
端の封止も行う。そしお、この筒状フむルム
の䞊方に配眮されたホツパヌから所芁の充填
物を自動的に筒状フむルム内に䟛絊し、
第図に瀺す状態にする。この埌、充填物が
充填された筒状フむルムを袋分宛間欠的に
移動させ、暪方向のシヌルバヌにより、暪方
向の他偎端のシヌルを行い、同時にノツチの
圢成ずカツタによる暪方向の切断を行぀お、
第図ず第図に瀺す、充填物の充填された
咬合具付包装袋を埗る。
本実斜䟋に係る補袋充填方法により、包装時間
の短瞮化ず工皋の連続化、自動化を図るこずがで
き、包装胜率を向䞊できる。たた、このための装
眮は比范的簡単であり、小型であるずいう特城も
有する。そしお、埗られた咬合具付包装袋の咬合
具の溶着匷床は高く、䞔぀咬合匷床も安定であ
る。
曎に、超音波り゚ルダで暪方向シヌルに察
応する郚分の咬合具を朰すようにしたため、その
埌のシヌルバヌによる筒状フむルムの暪
方向のシヌル䜜業を支障なく行なうこずができ
る。即ち、暪方向シヌルに察応する郚分の咬合具
が完党に朰されおいない堎合、䞀察のシヌルバヌ
が筒状フむルムに圧着できないため、封
止状態が䞍完党になる虞れがある。
本発明においお筒状フむルムは、次のよう
にしお圢成するこずもできる。䟋えば、第図に
瀺すように、同䞀フむルム䞊の䞭倮郚近傍に別
䜓の雄型咬合具が圢成されたテヌプず雌型
咬合具が圢成されたテヌプずを比范的近接
しお配眮し、それぞれ超音波゚ネルギヌで溶着し
お咬合具付フむルムを埗る堎合、䞡咬合具
間で折り曲げお咬合具同士を咬み合わせ
た埌、偎端をシヌルするこずにより筒状フむルム
を圢成する。この同䞀フむルム䞊に雄型咬
合具ず雌型咬合具が溶着された咬合具付
フむルムは、第図に瀺すように、雄型咬合
具ず雌型咬合具が同じテヌプに圢成さ
れたものを基材フむルムに溶着するこずにより
埗るこずができる。なお、この構成においお、咬
合具付フむルムず袋郚分の基材フむルムず
を別䜓に甚意し、咬合具付フむルムを基材フ
むルムの瞊折りした端瞁間に融着しお筒状フむ
ルムを埗るこずもできる。又は、第図に
瀺すように、雄型咬合具ず雌型咬合具が
既に咬み合わされた状態のテヌプを䞊蚘実斜䟋
ず同様に超音波り゚ルダを䜿甚しお基材フむル
ムに溶着し、この埌、偎端をシヌルしお筒状フ
むルムを埗る。このような咬合具付テヌプ
を䜿甚する堎合、アンビルは、矢印で瀺す䜍
眮に配眮する。この䟋の堎合には、咬合具付フむ
ルムを埗る工皋ず筒状フむルムを圢成する工皋が
ほが同時ずなる。
超音波り゚ルダの基材フむルム又は咬合具
付テヌプに察する向きは任意であり、䞊蚘実斜
䟋ずは逆に第図に瀺すように超音波ホヌン
偎に咬合具付テヌプが䜍眮し、たたアンビル
偎に基材フむルムが䜍眮するように配眮しおも
良い。この堎合、図瀺するようにホヌンの雄型
咬合具に察応する郚分に溝郚を圢成しお
おく。
なお、䞊蚘実斜䟋では、このアンビルを回転
できるように構成したが、固定ずするこずも可胜
である。
曎に、アンビルは円筒圢に限定されるもので
はなく、䟋えば、アンビル又はホヌンの圓接
郚分を走行方向に曲面〜10mmのアヌルずし
たものであ぀おもよい。
たた、本発明においお䜿甚する基材フむルム
ずしおは、単局フむルム、共抌出、ラミネヌト
による暹脂倚局フむルム、他基材金属箔、セ
ロハン、玙、䞍織垃等ずのラミネヌトフむルム
を䜿甚するこずができる。特に、溶着が、数秒
で行われ熱による圱響が小さいので、延䌞フむル
ムの䜿甚も可胜である。基材フむルムず咬合具
付テヌプの材質は、本発明が超音波゚ネルギヌ
による短時間での匷力な溶着であるため、材質は
ポリ゚チレン、ポリプロピレン等䜕でも良く、そ
の皮類を遞ばないずいう利点がある。具䜓的には
ポリプロピレン補の咬合具付テヌプず、OPP
CPPからなる倚局フむルム基材を甚い、第
図に瀺す20KHz、1800Wの超音波り゚ルダを蚭
けた装眮を甚い、キダンデヌの自動充填包装を行
぀た。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、溶着匷床、咬合力、倖芳等に
぀いお高品質の咬合具付包装袋ぞの連続的な充填
包装を自動的に効率良く行うこずができる。
