特許文献3に記載のものは、図16に示すように、雄部材と雌部材とを咬合した一対のジッパーテープ601を、長手方向の両縁を重ねて円筒状に形成した素材シート610の両縁部分の間に送り出し、接着する。この後、ジッパーテープ601を接着した円筒状の素材シート610を、送り出し方向に対して直行する方向に所定間隔でヒートシールした後、切断してジッパーテープ付包装袋620を製造する構成が採られている。
また、特許文献2,3に記載のような咬合させた一対のジッパーテープを袋体フィルムに接着させる構成では、特許文献3に記載の図16に示すように一対の咬合したジッパーテープ601がマガジン602に巻回された状態から送り出される場合が一般的であり、送り出されたジッパーテープ601は巻回状態の内周側と外周側との径差により送り出し方向で長さ違いが発生しやすい。このため、長さ違いが生じたまま素材シート610に接着させると、素材シート610にしわが発生したり、ジッパーテープ601の接着不良を生じたりするなどの不都合を生じるおそれがある。
そして、特許文献3の従来技術で記載された図17に示すようにジッパーテープ601を咬合させずに雄部材605(606)および雌部材606(605)をそれぞれ送り出して接着させることも考えられるが、別々に送り出した場合には、雄部材605(606)および雌部材606(605)のそれぞれに加わる引張力(テンション)の差により、素材シート610に接着させた場合にしわの発生や接着不良などの不都合を生じるおそれがある。
また、本発明では、前記ジッパーテープ部材としては、前記雄側咬合部および前記雌側咬合部間に長手方向に沿って肉薄部および切り取り点線状の目打ち部のうちの少なくともいずれか一方を有したものを用い、前記分離工程は、前記ジッパーテープ部材の長手方向の両側に厚さ方向で反対方向に張力を作用させ、前記肉薄部および目打ち部のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の位置で引き裂いて分離する構成とすることが好ましい。
さらに、本発明では、前記ジッパーテープ部材、または、前記雄側テープおよび前記雌側テープを、操出方向の所定間隔で少なくとも前記雄側咬合部および前記雌側咬合部の位置で打ち抜く打ち抜き工程を備えた構成とすることが好ましい。なお、この打ち抜き工程は、ジッパーテープの分離工程前後のいずれで行ってもよいが、特に雄側テープと雌側テープの打ち抜き間隔を正確にすることや製造効率を考慮して、ジッパーテープの分離工程の前に行うことが好ましい。

基材フィルム10は、一方の基材端部11が他方の基材端部11に重ね合わされたトップシール部12を有している。
また、基材フィルム10の両側端部には、互いの基材フィルム10がヒートシールされたサイドシール部13がそれぞれ設けられている。これらサイドシール部13間には、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が配設されている。
さらに、サイドシール部13に位置する雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22には、後述する図4に示すように切欠部25が設けられている。この切欠部25により、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aは、サイドシール部13の位置でほぼ除去され、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aによる凹凸がないことからサイドシール部13で良好に密封される。
そして、基材フィルム10には、トップシール部12およびサイドシール部13の三方がシールされることにより収納空間14が形成されている。この収納空間14には、固体や粉体、液体などを収納可能である。
基材フィルム10は、その内面10Aには、雄側帯状部材21、雌側帯状部材22がヒートシールされている。
基材フィルム10は、包装袋用材料であれば特に限定されず、厚み寸法が10μm以上200μm以下であることが好ましい。
ここで、厚み寸法が10μm未満であると、シール強度、袋強度が弱くなる場合がある。一方、厚み寸法が200μmを超えると、袋の開封がしにくくなる場合がある。
さらに、基材フィルム10は、単層構造でも多層構造でもよい。
雌側帯状部材22も同様に、雌側帯状基部22Bを有し、この雌側帯状基部22Bの収納空間14側の面には、雄側咬合部21Aに咬合可能なリブ状の雌側咬合部22Aが突設されている。
雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22Bの幅寸法は、2mm以上50mm以下とすることが好ましく、5mm以上20mm以下とすることがより好ましい。
ここで、幅寸法が2mm未満であると、つかみ部が少なくなり、掴みにくくなる場合がある。一方、幅寸法が50mmを超えると袋サイズに比べジッパーテープ部分が大きく不細工になる場合がある。
雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22Bの厚み寸法は、50μm以上500μm以下とすることが好ましく、100μm以上200μm以下とすることがより好ましい。
次に、包装袋1を製造する製造装置について図面を参照して説明する。
図3は、包装袋の製造装置を示す斜視図である。図4は、ジッパーテープ部材に切欠部を設けた状況を示す斜視図である。
ここで、ジッパーテープ部材311は、図4に示すように、長手帯状のテープ313に雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが長手方向に沿ってリブ状に一対突設されて形成されている。すなわち、ジッパーテープ部材311は、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が幅方向の一面側で並列に連設された形状に構成されている。
このジッパーテープ部材311の操出は、例えば連続的に一定速度で繰り出す構成に限らず、間欠的に繰り出す構成とするなど、いずれの操出方法を適用できる。
すなわち、サイドシール部13の位置に対応する所定間隔で、切欠部25を形成する。
なお、打ち抜き装置32は、プレス加工に限らず、少なくとも雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを除去するいずれの構成を利用することができる。また、打ち抜き装置32は、設けない構成としてもよい。さらに、打ち抜きにより形成される切欠部25は、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aにそれぞれ別個に設ける構成ではなく、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aの両方を打ち抜いて一個の切欠部25を設ける構成とすることが好ましい。この構成によれば、打ち抜き加工用の金型321の構成や打ち抜き工程を簡易にできるため、製袋工程の作業効率を向上できる。
分離装置33は、テープ操出装置31から繰り出され打ち抜き装置32で切欠部25が形成されたジッパーテープ部材311を、幅方向における雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22A間で切断部材331により切断し、雄側咬合部21Aを有する雄側帯状部材21および雌側咬合部22Aを有する雌側帯状部材22に分離形成する。
切断部材331は、例えば固定刃で構成してもよいし、回転刃で構成してもよい。
なお、ジッパーテープ部材311の切断位置としては、幅方向における雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとの中央で切断することが、後工程での雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の位置決めなどの際に好適である。
ジッパーテープ接着装置34は、フィルム巻取ロール101から繰り出される基材フィルム10の長手方向となる操出方向の両側に、位置決めガイド部341により両側縁に沿う状態で雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22をそれぞれ位置決めする。そして、ジッパーテープ接着装置34は、第1ヒートシール部342により、位置決めした雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を基材フィルム10にヒートシールする。
なお、位置決めガイド部341は、図3に示すような雄側咬合部21Aや雌側咬合部22Aに対応する凹部を周面に有したローラ343を用いる場合に限らず、基材フィルム10と雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22とを繰り出しつつ位置決め可能ないずれの構成を利用できる。
また、基材フィルム10への接着としては、ヒートシールに限らず、超音波による溶着、接着剤などを用いた接着など、各種方法を利用できる。
円筒フォーマ351は、中空に形成され、内部空間を通して、包装袋1に内容物Xを投入する。
咬合部材353は、円筒フォーマ351に基材フィルム10が巻回されて両側が重ね合わされることで対向する雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを咬合させる。
次に、製造装置3を用いた包装袋1の製造方法について説明する。
包装袋1の製造方法は、ジッパーテープ部材311を繰り出すテープ操出工程と、ジッパーテープ部材311に切欠部25を打ち抜き形成する打ち抜き工程と、ジッパーテープ部材311を雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離し咬合させる分離工程と、ジッパーテープ2を基材フィルム10に接着させる接着工程と、基材フィルム10から包装袋1を形成させる製袋工程と、などを実施する。
そして、打ち抜き工程で、繰り出されたジッパーテープ部材311を金型321により所定間隔で切欠部25を打ち抜き形成する。
この後、さらに繰り出されたジッパーテープ部材311を、分離工程で切断部材331を用いて雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する。
そして、分離した雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を、接着工程で、位置決めガイド部341により繰り出される基材フィルム10の両側部に、雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22Bが重なり合う状態で位置決めする。この状態で、第1ヒートシール部342により、位置決めした雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を基材フィルム10にヒートシールする。
そして、得られた包装袋1に、図示しない充填装置により、内容物が所定量投入された後に、サイドシールバー355により基材フィルム10の操出方向に対して直行する方向でヒートシールして、他方のサイドシール部13を形成して内容物を封入し、サイドシール部13の中間位置で切断し、包装袋1内に内容物Xを充填する。
上記実施形態では、基材フィルム10に接着する前に、対をなす雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを有したジッパーテープ部材311を雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する。
このため、繰り出される雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の長さ違いやテンション差の発生を防止でき、接着時に基材フィルム10にしわが発生したり、ジッパーテープ2の接着不良を生じたりするなどの不都合を生じることなく、包装袋1を容易に製造できる。
このため、所望の位置でジッパーテープ部材311の分離を容易かつ確実に行える。
このため、ジッパーテープ部材311の雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを加熱してつぶす爪潰工程を行なわなくても、サイドシール部13によるヒートシールの際に、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aの凹凸による溶着不良を防止できる。また、ジッパーテープ部材311の爪潰工程に比して、凹凸の除去が容易にでき、製造効率を向上できる。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
この第2実施形態は、第1実施形態と同様、縦ピロー式の製袋方法に関する。
なお、この第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と同一または類似の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略または簡略化する。
以下に、包装袋1を製造する製造装置について説明する。
図5は、第2実施形態における包装袋の製造装置を示す斜視図である。図6は、ジッパーテープ部材に切欠部を設けた状況を示す斜視図である。
また、ジッパーテープ部材411は、図6に示すように、第1実施形態におけるジッパーテープ部材311の雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22A間に、長手方向に沿って肉薄部412が形成されている。なお、肉薄部412に代えて、いわゆるミシン目のような切り取り点線状の目打ち部を設けたり、肉薄部と目打ち部とを併用したりしてもよい。
具体的には、分離装置43は、ジッパーテープ部材411を挟み込む一対の挾持ローラ431と、挾持ローラ431の操出方向の下流側に位置して分離された雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22がそれぞれ掛け渡される引き裂きローラ432と、引き裂きローラ432の下流側に位置して雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが対向する状態に雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が掛け渡される位置決めローラ433と、位置決めローラ433の下流側に位置して雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを咬合させる一対の咬合ローラ434と、などを備えている。
引き裂きローラ432は、ジッパーテープ部材411の長手方向の両側に、厚さ方向で反対方向に張力を作用させ、肉薄部412の位置で雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に引き裂く状態に離間して配設されている。
なお、引き裂きローラ432は、引き裂いた雄側帯状部材21または雌側帯状部材22を反転させて雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが向き合う状態で、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22がそれぞれ掛け渡される構成となっている。
ここで、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の一方のみを反転させる場合に限らず、双方を反対方向に90°ねじる状態として雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを向き合わせる構成としてもよい。この構成によれば、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の双方に同等のねじれが作用するので、操出状態に差が生じることを確実に防止でき、ジッパーテープ2を良好に接着できる。
なお、咬合させずに、後工程の接着手段であるジッパーテープ接着装置44で、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22をそれぞれ基材フィルム10に接着してもよい。なお、基材フィルム10に接着した後に咬合するか、咬合しない状態でサイドシールする場合は、半折テープ等の組み込みが必要となる。
ジッパーテープ接着装置44は、フィルム巻取ロール101から繰り出され製袋装置45の円筒フォーマ351に巻かれた基材フィルム10の操出方向の両側で重なり合う部分間に、分離装置43から繰り出されるジッパーテープ2を介在させ、第2ヒートシール部442にて基材フィルム10にヒートシールする。
なお、ジッパーテープ接着装置34と同様に、ヒートシールに限らず、超音波による溶着、接着剤などを用いた接着など、各種方法を利用できる。
次に、製造装置4を用いた包装袋1の製造方法について説明する。
第2実施形態では、繰り出され打ち抜きされたジッパーテープ部材411を、分離工程で肉薄部412の位置で引き裂く状態に雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する。さらに、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを咬合させて一対のジッパーテープ2とする。
そして、第1実施形態と同様に、接着工程で、ジッパーテープ2を、円筒フォーマ351に巻き付けた基材フィルム10の両側部に接着し、製袋する。
上記実施形態も第1実施形態と同様の効果に加えて、分離装置43として、ジッパーテープ部材411に設けられた肉薄部412の位置で引き裂く引き裂きローラ432を備えた構成としたため、第1実施形態で示した切断部材331を用いる場合と比べて、部材交換に伴うメンテメンスが不要で、製造性を向上できる。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図7は、第3実施形態における包装袋を示す平面図である。図8は、第3実施形態における包装袋の断面図である。
図7,8に示すように、包装袋5は、一枚の基材フィルム10に、雄側咬合部21Aを有する雄側帯状部材21と、雌側咬合部22Aを有する雌側帯状部材22と、これらの間に配置され、雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとを咬合可能に折り曲げる薄肉状の折曲部231を幅方向中央部に有する折曲部材23と、が別体で設けられ、所定間隔を空けて並んで接着されている。これらの雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22により、ジッパーテープ2が構成されている。
基材フィルム10は、一方の基材端部11が他方の基材端部11に重ね合わされた背貼部を有している。
また、基材フィルム10の両側端部には、互いの基材フィルム10がヒートシールされたサイドシール部13がそれぞれ設けられている。これらサイドシール部13間には、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が配設されている。
そして、基材フィルム10には、背貼部およびサイドシール部13により収納空間14が形成されている。また、基材フィルム10の底部には、ガゼット15が形成されている。
次に、包装袋5を製造する製造装置について図面を参照して説明する。
この第3実施形態は、回転ドラム式の製袋方法に関する。
図9は、包装袋の製造装置を示す斜視図である。図10は、ジッパーテープを基材フィルムにヒートシールする状態を示す断面図である。
なお、この第3実施形態では、第1実施形態および第2実施形態と同一または類似の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略または簡略化する。また、この第3実施形態では、第1実施形態と同様のジッパーテープ部材311を用いている。
回転ドラム641には、雄側咬合部21Aを導入案内する第一の溝部641Aと、雌側咬合部22Aを導入案内する第二の溝部641Bと、がそれぞれ周方向に沿って設けられている。
各溝部641A,641Bは雄側帯状部材21、および雌側帯状部材22をそれぞれ収納可能な大きさを有する断面形状が略矩形状とされ、その底面が回転ドラム641の周面と略平行であり、その互いに対向する側面は雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の突出寸法と略同じ長さで形成されている。
第一の溝部641Aおよび第二の溝部641Bは、雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22B間に折曲部材23が所定の間隙を介して配置され、折曲部材23の折曲部231により雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとが咬合が可能となるように、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを導入案内可能に設けられている。
また、回転ドラム641は、軸方向が水平方向となる状態に支持部材により支持されていてもよい。この場合、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を基材フィルム10上の所定位置に位置決めしやすくなる。
製造装置6を用いた包装袋5の製造方法について説明する。
包装袋5の製造方法は、ジッパーテープ部材311を繰り出すテープ操出工程と、ジッパーテープ部材311を雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する分離工程と、ジッパーテープ2を基材フィルム10に接着させる接着工程と、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aをそれぞれ所定間隔毎に潰す爪潰工程と、基材フィルム10から包装袋5を形成させる製袋工程と、などを実施する。
さらに、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22は、フィルム巻取ロール101から引き出された基材フィルム10と重ね合わされた状態で、ジッパーテープ接着装置64に送られる。
同時に、回転ドラム641の周面に対応する曲面状の融着面642Aを有するシールバー642を押し当てることで、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を一枚の基材フィルム10に接着させる。
なお、回転ドラム641の回転により連続走行させる際の速度は、5m/分以上40m/分以下が好ましく、10m/分以上30m/分以下がさらに好ましい。
ここで、速度が5m/分未満であると、生産性が低くなりコストアップとなる場合がある。一方、速度が40m/分を超えると、シール強度が不安定となる場合がある。
このようにして、ジッパーテープ2が融着された基材フィルム10は、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が咬合されることなく爪潰バー62に送られる。
また、サイドシールバー654により一方のサイドシール部13が形成される。そして、円筒フォーマ651の内部空間を通して内容物の充填を行った後、再びサイドシールバー654により他方のサイドシール部13を形成する。そして、サイドシール部13の位置で切断し、包装袋5を得る。
上記実施形態も第1実施形態および第2実施形態と同様に、繰り出される雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の長さ違いの発生を防止でき、接着時に基材フィルム10にしわが発生したり、ジッパーテープ2の接着不良を生じたりするなどの不都合を生じることなく、ジッパーテープ部材311を分離する簡単な構成で、咬合および開封が容易な包装袋5を容易に製造できる。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図13は、第4実施形態における包装袋を示す平面図である。図14は、第4実施形態における包装袋の製造装置を示す図である。
図13に示すように、包装袋7は、包装袋用フィルムである一枚の基材フィルム10に、第1実施形態と同様に、雄側咬合部21Aを有する雄側テープとしての雄側帯状部材21と、雌側咬合部22Aを有する雌側テープとしての雌側帯状部材22とが、それぞれ接着されている。
基材フィルム10は、一方の基材端部11が他方の基材端部11に重ね合わされたボトムシール部16を有している。
また、基材フィルム10の両側端部には、互いの基材フィルム10がヒートシールされたサイドシール部13がそれぞれ設けられている。これらサイドシール部13間には、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が配設されている。
さらに、サイドシール部13に位置する雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22には、第3実施形態と同様に、爪潰部26が設けられている。
そして、基材フィルム10には、ボトムシール部16およびサイドシール部13の三方がシールされることにより収納空間が形成されている。
図14に示すように、三方製袋方法で用いられる製造装置8の一例としては、上述した第2実施形態のように、テープ操出装置31から繰り出されたジッパーテープ部材411を肉薄部412の位置で雄側帯状部材21(22)および雌側帯状部材22(21)に引き裂き、第3実施形態のように互いに咬合させてジッパーテープ2を形成しておく。そして、製造装置8は、あらかじめ咬合した状態のジッパーテープ2を、基材フィルム10にヒートシールする接着手段であるジッパーテープ接着装置81と、ボトムシール部16を形成するシールバー82と、爪潰しバー83と、サイドシール部13を形成するサイドシールバー84と、サイドシール部13の中間位置で切断して、ボトムシール部16とサイドシール部13との三方がヒートシールされた包装袋7を得る切断部75と、を備えている。
この構成でも、上述した第1実施形態と同様の作用効果が得られる。なお、実施形態では、ボトムシール部16とサイドシール部13とがヒートシールされた三方製袋に適用する場合について説明したが、これに限らず、トップシール部とサイドシール部13とがヒートシールされた三方製袋に適用してもよい。
なお、本発明は、上述の各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の目的を達成できる範囲での変形、改良などは、本発明に含まれるものである。
すなわち、包装袋1,5,7の製袋の際に内容物を自動的に充填する構成を例示したが、例えば一部に開口を有する状態で製袋後、内容物を開口から充填し、開口をヒートシールにて密封したり、布団袋などのようにヒートシールではなくジッパーテープにて開口を密封したりするなど、封入する内容物に応じて、製袋する構成を変更すればよい。
さらに、本発明は、包装袋の側面および底面に対応する部分がヒートシールされた三方製袋や、包装袋の側面および開口面に対応する部分がヒートシールされた三方製袋に適用してもよいし、側面や底面にガゼットを設けた包装袋に適用してもよい。
この構成では、分離後に雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを対向する状態に反転させる必要がなく、製造性を向上できる。

- 互いに係脱可能に係合して咬合部を構成する対をなす雄側咬合部および雌側咬合部を有したジッパーテープを、包装袋用フィルムに接着してジッパーテープ付包装袋を製造する製造方法であって、
長手帯状のテープに前記雄側咬合部および前記雌側咬合部が長手方向に沿って一対有したジッパーテープ部材を用い、
前記ジッパーテープ部材を繰り出すテープ操出工程と、
このテープ操出工程で繰り出されたジッパーテープ部材を、幅方向における前記雄側咬合部および前記雌側咬合部間で分離し、前記雄側咬合部を有する雄側テープおよび前記雌側咬合部を有する雌側テープを形成する分離工程と、
この分離工程で形成した前記雄側テープおよび前記雌側テープを前記包装袋用フィルムに接着する接着工程と、を備えた
ことを特徴とするジッパーテープ付包装袋の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のジッパーテープ付包装袋の製造方法であって、
前記分離工程は、切断部材を用いて繰り出されるジッパーテープ部材を分離する

前記分離工程は、前記ジッパーテープ部材の長手方向の両側に厚さ方向で反対方向に張力を作用させ、前記肉薄部および目打ち部のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の位置で引き裂いて分離する
