Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は、咬合具付袋の製造方法及び装置に関し、食品
、医薬品、雑貨等の包装分野におし1て利用することが
できる。
[従来の技術] 袋の開封部に咬合具(vK合具)を設けることにより、
開閉自在とした袋(チャ・ンク袋)再密封が可能なこと
から食品、医薬品、雑貨等の多くの分野で使用されてい
る。そして、この咬合具付袋の製造方法として従来、種
々の方法が提案されてし1る。例えば、i)押出ダイを
使用し、雄型咬合具と雌型咬合具を備えた筒状フィルム
を一体に押出し成形して製造する方法、11)咬合具付
テープを基材フィルムに熱溶着により又は接着剤により
、接着する製造方法がある。例えば、特開昭56−42

[発明が解決しようとする課題] 上述した従来の咬合具付袋の製造方法において、i)の
咬合具を備えた筒状フィルムを一体成形する製造方法に
よれば、使用可能なフィルムの材質が特定される、多層
フィルムへの適用が困難である、サイズの多様化に対応
できない、印刷が困難である等の問題点がある。従って
、近年ii)の熱溶着又は接着剤による接着方法が一般
的になりつつあるが、この方法にも従来衣のような問題
点があった。即ち、熱溶着による接着方法によれば、a
、ポリプロピレンのような融点の高い樹脂を使用した場
合、溶着性が悪い、b、咬合具付テープと基材フィルム
の材質が異なる場合、溶着性が悪い、C0連続化が困難
で、製造速度が遅くなる(熱圧と冷却が必要で、バッチ
とせざるを得ないため)、d、基材フィルムや咬合具へ
の熱による悪影響が生じる(エツジ切れ、咬合具の変形
、ピンホールの発生等)、e、製造装置の小型化が困難
である。また、接着剤による接着方法によれば、a、工
程が複雑になる、b、特別の接着剤を必要とする、C1
接着剤による接着性が不良な材料を用いた場合、充分な
接着力が得られない、d、接着剤のはみ出しによる汚染
が生じて、衛生の点で問題がある。
本発明は、咬合具の接着を良好かつ連続的に行うことが
でき、且つ生産性を高めることができる咬合具付袋の製
造方法及び装置を提供するものである。
[課題を解決するための手段〕 本発明に係る咬合具付袋の製造方法は、超音波ホーンと
アンビル間に、基材フィルムと咬合具付テープを重ね合
わせて連続的に走行させながら両者を超音波エネルギー
で溶着することにより、咬合具付フィルムを作製し、こ
の後、製袋することを特徴とする。
また、本発明に係る咬合具付袋の製造装置は、基材フィ
ルムの供給手段と、咬合具付テープの供給手段と、基材
フィルムと咬合具付テープを重ね合わせて連続的に走行
させるための一対のガイド手段及び基材フィルムと咬合
具付テープを溶着するための超音波ウェルダを設けるこ
とにより構成したことを特徴とする。
そして、この咬合具付袋の製造装置において、超音波ウ
ェルダは超音波ホーンとアンビルを有し、このホーン又
はアンビルの当接部分を走行方向に曲面とすることが好
ましい。
また、アンビルは好ましくは円筒形、より好ましくは回
転可能な円筒形とする。
[作用] 本発明によれば、超音波エネルギーを使用して咬合具付
テープの基材フィルムへの溶着を行うため、非常に短時
間で両者の溶着が可能になり、従来の熱溶着又は接着剤
に基づく問題点の解決が可能になる。即ち、基材フィル
ムの材質や咬合具付テープの樹脂の種類を問わず溶着を
行うことができ、溶着時間が短く、且つ溶着工程の連続
化を容易に実現させることができる。また、接着剤自体
を使用しないので、接着剤による汚染の虞れやコスト上
昇がなくなり、しかも接着剤による場合よりもより強固
な接合強度が得られる。
[実施例] 図面を参照して本発明の一実施例を説明する。
第1図は、本実施例に係る咬合具付袋の製造装置の概略
図を示す。また、第2図と第3図は、本装置における超
音波ウェルダ7の超音波ホーン5及びアンビル8が設け
られた部分の要部を示す。
同図に示すように、本製造装置は、ロール状に巻かれた
基材フィルムlを供給するための基材フィルム供給手段
2、ロール状に巻かれた咬合具付テープ3を供給するた
めの咬合具付テープ供給手段4、基材フィルム1と咬合
具付テープ3を重ね合わせて連続的に加圧走行させるた
めのガイド手段としての一対のガイドローラto、tt
、超音波振動子6と超音波ホーン5と超音波エネルギー
を受けるアンビル8を有する超音波ウェルダ7及び必要
なガイドローラ9,12.13を基材フィルム1の進行
方向に沿って順に配することにより構成する。なお、超
音波ウェルダ7の幅方向の位置は、基材フィルム1の大
きさ又は咬合具付テープを溶着する位置に応じて基材フ
ィルム1の幅方向に沿って移動可能に構成されている。
このアンビル8は、第3図に示すように、テープ3の例
えば店型咬合具14(又は雌型咬合具15)に対応する
部分に凹溝16を形成し、外形を円筒形状として構成す
る。また、このアンビル8は、支持部材17を中心軸と
してフレーム等に回転可能に取り着ける。なお咬合具の
形状としては、図示の雄雌咬合具に制限されず、同一機
能を有するものを任意に使用できる。
上記構成に係る製造装置を使用し、次のようにして咬合
具付袋を製造する。
即ち、基材フィルム供給用ロール2から基材フィルム1
をガイドローラ9を介して送り、途中で咬合具付テープ
供給用ロール4からの咬合具付テープ3を対向する一対
のガイドローラ10.11間及び次のガイドローラ12
.13間を通すことにより加圧して重ね合わせ、連続的
に走行させて、超音波ホーン5及びこのホーン5と対向
するアンビル8間を通す。そして、この超音波ホーン5
の設けられた位置で超音波振動子6より発振された超音
波エネルギーによって、基材フィルム1と咬合具付テー
プ3との溶着を行って、咬合具付フィルム19を得る゛
。この超音波溶着の際、重ね合わされた基材フィルムl
と咬合具付テープ3が連続的に走行して超音波ホーン5
の先端部を通り過ぎる間に溶着するのに充分な量の超音
波エネルギーが照射される。
この後、第4図に示すように、この咬合具付フィルム1
9を矢印の通り、中央から折り曲げ、雄型咬合具14と
雌型咬合具15を咬み合わせた後、送り方向に直交する
方を常法の通りシールすることによって咬合具付袋を製
造する。なお、シールに先立ってシール部の潰しがなさ
れる。
本実施例に係る製造方法により、製造時間の短縮化と製
造工程の連続化を図ることができる。また、このための
製造装置は比較的簡単であり、小型であるという特徴も
有する。そして、得られた咬合具付袋の咬合具の接合強
度は、高く、且つ接合部、咬合具とも変形などなく、外
観も良好である。
なお、咬合共付フィルム19を得る他の方法として第5
図に示すように、同一フィルム1上に別体の雄型咬合具
14が形成されたテープ3と雌型咬合具15が形成され
たテープ3をそれぞれ超音波溶着して咬合具付フィルム
19を得た場合、両咬合具14.15間で折り曲げて咬
合具同士を咬み合わせた後、送り方向に直交する方向を
常法の通りシールとして咬合具付袋を製造することがで
きる。この同一フィルム1上に雄型咬合具14と雌型咬
合具15が接着された咬合共付フィルム19は、第6図
に示すように、雄型咬合具14と雌型咬合具15が同じ
テープ3に形成されたものを基材フィルム1に接着する
ことにより得ることができる。なお、この構成において
、咬合具付フィルム19と袋部分の基材フィルム1と杏
別体として用意し、両者を融着して咬合具付袋を製造す
ることもできる。なお、第5図、第6図で製造された咬
合具付袋は、咬合具の反対側が開口しているので、ここ
より内容物を挿入した後シールして、密封包装袋として
使用される。又、第7図に示すように、雄型咬合具14
と雌型咬合具15が既に咬み合わされた状態のテープ3
を上記実施例と同様に超音波ウェルダ7を使用して基材
フィルム1に溶着することもできる。このような咬合具
付テープ3を使用する場合、アンビル8は、矢印Aで示
す位置に配置する。
超音波ウェルダ7の基材フィルム1又は咬合具付テープ
3に対する向きは任意であり、上記実施例とは逆に第8
図に示すようにホーン5側に咬合具付テープ3が位置し
、またアンビル8側に基材フィルム1が位置するように
配置しても良い。この場合、図示するようにホーン5の
雄型咬合具14に対応する部分に溝部20を形成してお
く。
なお、アンビル8の表面に形成したローレットは、本実
施例の場合、綾目状の条溝18であるが、これ以外にも
縦方向の条溝のみ、又は横方向の条溝のみとすることも
できる。また、ローレフト類は必ずしもなくともよいが
、設ければ、基材フィルム1あるいはテープ3との無用
の滑りを防止できると共に溶着部の収縮の発生を防止で
き、外観良好な袋を得ることができる。
なお、本発明において使用する基材フィルムlとしては
、単層フィルム、(共押出、ラミネートによる)樹脂多
層フィルム、他基材(金属箔、セロハン、紙、不織布等
)とのラミネートフィルムを使用することができる。特
に、溶着が0.数秒で行われ、熱による影響が小さいの
で、延伸フィルムの使用も可能である。基材フィルム1
と咬合具付テープ3の材質は、本発明が超音波エネルギ
ーによる短時間での強力な溶着であるため、材ズはポリ
エチレン、ポリプロピレン等何でも良く、その種類を選
ばないという利点がある。本発明製造方法′を用いてポ
リプロピレン性咬合具テープをOPP/CPPからなる
多層フィルム基材へ20KH2,1800Wの超音波ウ
ェルダにより連続的に溶着した後製袋して咬合具付袋を
得た。
[発明の効果] 本発明によれば、溶着強度、咬合力、外観等について高
品質の咬合具付袋を小型の装置で連続的に生産性良く製
造することが可能になる。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)超音波ホーンとアンビル間に、基材フィルムと咬
    合具付テープを重ね合わせて連続的に走行させながら両
    者を超音波エネルギーで溶着することにより、咬合具付
    フィルムを作製し、 この後、製袋することを特徴とする咬合具相袋の製造方
    法。
  2. (2)基材フィルムの供給手段と、 咬合具相テープの供給手段と、 該基材フィルムと該咬合具付テープとを重ね合わせて連
    続的に走行させるための一対のガイド手段と、 該基材フィルムと該咬合具付テープとを溶着するための
    超音波ウェルダを設けたことを特徴とする咬合具付袋の
    製造装置。
  3. (3)超音波ウェルダは超音波ホーンとアンビルを有し
    、該ホーン又は該アンビルの当接部分を走行方向に曲面
    としたことを特徴とする第2請求項記載の咬合具付袋の
    製造装置。
  4. (4)超音波ウェルダは超音波ホーンとアンビルを有し
    、該アンビルを円筒形又は回転可能な円筒形としたこと
    を特徴とする第2請求項記載の咬合具付袋の製造装置。
