Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】本考案の目的は内装材(1) の基材(2) と表装材
(3) との間に挿入されているインサート部材(4) により
該表装材(3) の表面に形成される段差(6) を目立たなく
することにある。 【構成】そのためには該表装材(3) に形成する凹溝状の
パターン(7) を、該段差(6) が形成される近傍、即ちイ
ンサート部材(4) 周縁に位置させ、該パターン(7) によ
って該段差(6) を目立たなくさせる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は例えば自動車のドアトリムとして用いられる内装材に関するものであ る。
【0002】
【従来の技術】
例えば図3および図4に示す従来の自動車のドアトリム(1) にあっては、ハー ドボード等の基材(2) の表面に軟質ポリウレタン発泡体等のクッション層(3A)と 、ポリ塩化ビニルシート等の表皮材(3B)とからなる表装材(3) が貼着されている 。
【0003】 上記ドアトリム(1) においては、基材(2) にドア取付用クリップ(5) を止着す るための凹部(2A)を設けておく。そうして該凹部(2A)が表装材(3) 表面に凹みと して発現しないために該凹部(2A)を厚紙、粘着テープ、金属箔等のインサート部 材(4) が該基材(2) と該表装材(3) との間に挿入されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来構成では挿入されたインサート部材(4) の周縁におい て表装材(3) に段差(6) が形成され外観を損なうものとなっている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、基材(2) と、該基材(2 ) を被着する表装材(3) と、該基材(2) と該表装材(3) との間に部分的に挿入さ れるインサート部材(4) とからなり、該表装材(3) には該インサート部材(4) の 周縁に沿って凹溝状のパターン(7) が形成されている内装材(1) を提供するもの である。

【作用】 本考案では内装材(1) においては、基材(2) と表装材(3) との間に挿入される インサート部材(4) の周縁に沿って、該表装材(3) に対して凹溝状のパターン(7 ) が形成されるから、該パターン(7) によって段差が目立たなくなる。

【実施例】
本考案を図1および図2に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、自動車のドアト リム(1) はハードボードからなる基材(2) と、該基材(2) の表面に接着剤(9) を 介して接着される表装材(3) とからなり、該表装材(3) は軟質ポリウレタン発泡 体、ポリエチレン発泡体、ポリプロピレン発泡体等のプラスチック発泡体からな るクッション層(3A)と、ポリ塩化ビニルシート等の熱可塑性プラスチックシート からなる表皮材(3B)とからなる。
【0008】 基材(2) にはドア取付用クリップ(5) を止着するための凹部(2A)が複数箇所設 けられており、該凹部(2A)を覆って該基材(2) と該表装材(3) との間には厚紙、 粘着テープ、金属箔等のインサート部材(4) が挿入されている。
【0009】 更に該表装材(3) の表面には凹溝状のリニアパターン(7) とループパターン(8 ) が形成されているが、該リニアパターン(7) は該インサート部材(4) の周縁に 形成されている。該パターン(7,8) は例えば表装材(3) を接着剤(9) によって基 材(2) に接着した後、高周波ウェルダー加工、熱刃加工等によって形成されるが 、表装材(3) を基材(2) に接着する際には表装材(3) を加熱軟化させて圧着型に よって圧着するので、該圧着型の型面にパターン(7,8) に対応する凸部を設けて おき、圧着と同時に該表装材(3) に該凸部によってパターン(7,8) を形成しても よい。
【0010】 上記のようにしてパターン(7,8) を形成すると、例えばリニアパターン(7) の 場合、図2イ,ロ,ハに示すようにパターン(7) の両側に若干の膨出部(7A)が形 成される。そこでパターン(7) の位置はインサート部材(4) の周縁において図2 イに示すようにインサート部材(4) の縁部外側、ロに示すように縁部直上、ハに 示すように縁部内側に設置すると、該インサート部材(4) による段差(6) は該パ ターン(7) およびパターン(7) の両側の膨出部(7A)により隠蔽されて外観におい て該段差(6) が目立たなくなる。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案においては、内装材の基材と表装材との間に挿入するインサ ート部材にもとづく表装材表面の段差が目立たなくなり、優れた外観を有する内 装材が提供される。

    材と該表装材との間に部分的に挿入されるインサート部
    材とからなり、該表装材には該インサート部材の周縁に
    沿って凹溝状のパターンが形成されていることを特徴と
    する内装材
