【考案の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】 本考案は例えば自動車のドアト
リムとして用いられる内装材に関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】 例えば図3および図4に示す従来の自
動車のドアトリム(1) にあっては、ハードボード等の基
材(2) の表面に軟質ポリウレタン発泡体等のクッション
層(3A)と、ポリ塩化ビニルシート等の表皮材(3B)とから
なる表装材(3) が貼着されている。
【0003】 上記ドアトリム(1) においては、基材
(2) にドア取付用クリップ(5) を止着するための凹部(2
A)を設けておく。そうして該凹部(2A)が表装材(3) 表面
に凹みとして発現しないために該凹部(2A)を厚紙、粘着
テープ、金属箔等のインサート部材(4) が該基材(2) と
該表装材(3) との間に挿入されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】 しかしながら、上記
従来構成では挿入されたインサート部材(4) の周縁にお
いて表装材(3) に段差(6) が形成され外観を損なうもの
となっている。

【課題を解決するための手段】 本考案は上記従来の課
題を解決するための手段として、クリップ(5) 取付用凹
部(2A)を設けた基材(2) と、該基材(2) を被着する表装
材(3) と、該基材(2) と該表装材(3) との間に該クリッ
プ(5) 取付用凹部(2A)を覆って部分的に挿入されるイン
サート部材(4) とからなり、該表装材(3) には該インサ
ート部材(4) の周縁に沿って凹溝状のパターン(7) が形
成されている内装材(1) を提供するものである。

【作用】 本考案内装材(1) においては、基材(2) と
表装材(3) との間に該基材(2) のクリップ(5) 取付用凹
部(2A)を覆ってインサート部材(4) 挿入されているの
で、該取付用凹部(2A)が表装材(3) の表面に凹みとして
現しない。また該インサート部材(4) の周縁に沿っ
て、該表装材(3) に対して凹溝状のパターン(7) が形成
されるから、該パターン(7) によってインサ ート部材
(4) 周縁の段差が目立たなくなる。

【実施例】 本考案を図1および図2に示す一実施例に
よって説明すれば、自動車のドアトリム(1) はハードボ
ードからなる基材(2) と、該基材(2)の表面に接着剤(9)
を介して接着される表装材(3) とからなり、該表装材
(3) は軟質ポリウレタン発泡体、ポリエチレン発泡体、
ポリプロピレン発泡体等のプラスチック発泡体からなる
クッション層(3A)と、ポリ塩化ビニルシート等の熱可塑
性プラスチックシートからなる表皮材(3B)とからなる。
【0008】 基材(2) にはドア取付用クリップ(5) を
止着するための凹部(2A)が複数箇所設けられており、該
凹部(2A)を覆って該基材(2) と該表装材(3) との間には
厚紙、粘着テープ、金属箔等のインサート部材(4) が挿
入されている。
【0009】 更に該表装材(3) の表面には凹溝状のリ
ニアパターン(7) とループパターン(8) が形成されてい
るが、該リニアパターン(7) は該インサート部材(4) の
周縁に形成されている。該パターン(7,8) は例えば表装
材(3) を接着剤(9) によって基材(2) に接着した後、高
周波ウェルダー加工、熱刃加工等によって形成される
が、表装材(3) を基材(2) に接着する際には表装材(3)
を加熱軟化させて圧着型によって圧着するので、該圧着
型の型面にパターン(7,8) に対応する凸部を設けてお
き、圧着と同時に該表装材(3) に該凸部によってパター
ン(7,8) を形成してもよい。
【0010】 上記のようにしてパターン(7,8) を形成
すると、例えばリニアパターン(7) の場合、図2イ,
ロ,ハに示すようにパターン(7) の両側に若干の膨出部
(7A)が形成される。そこでパターン(7) の位置はインサ
ート部材(4) の周縁において図2イに示すようにインサ
ート部材(4) の縁部外側、ロに示すように縁部直上、ハ
に示すように縁部内側に設置すると、該インサート部材
(4) による段差(6) は該パターン(7) およびパターン
(7) の両側の膨出部(7A)により隠蔽されて外観において
該段差(6) が目立たなくなる。

【考案の効果】 したがって本考案においては、内装材
の基材と表装材との間にクリップ取付用凹部を覆ってイ
ンサート部材を挿入するから、該凹部 が表装材表面に凹
みとして発現せず、そして該インサート部材にもとづく
表装材表面の段差が目立たなくなり、優れた外観を有す
る内装材が提供される。

  1. 【請求項1】クリップ取付用凹部を設けた基材と、該基
    材を被着する表装材と、該基材と該表装材との間に該ク
    リップ取付用凹部を覆って部分的に挿入されるインサー
    ト部材とからなり、該表装材には該インサート部材の周
    縁に沿って凹溝状のパターンが形成されていることを特
    徴とする内装材
