Claims (24)
- 1.ポリメラーゼ結合部位が対応する転写メッセージの開始点の上流に位置する ように、そのメッセージの反対の極性を表す異種RNA配列に連結されたRNA 依存性RNAポリメラーゼ結合部位から成る組み換えネガティブ鎖RNA鋳型。
- 2.ポリメラーゼ結合部位はインフルエンザゲノムセグメントの3′−非コード ウイルスセンスフランキング配列から成る、請求項1の組み換えネガティブ鎖R NA鋳型。
- 3.ポリメラーゼ結合部位はインフルエンザゲノムセグメントの3′−末端の末 端15ヌクレオチドから成る、請求項1の組み換えネガティブ鎖RNA鋳型。
- 4.インフルエンザの3′−非コードウイルスセンスフランキング配列は次の配 列:【配列があります】から成る、請求項1の組み換えネガティブ鎖RNA鋳型 。
- 5.インフルエンザの3′−非コードウイルスセンスフランキング配列は次の配 列:【配列があります】から成る、請求項1の組み換えネガティブ鎖RNA鋳型 。
- 6.インフルエンザの3′−非コードウイルスセンスフランキング配列は次の配 列:【配列があります】から成る、請求項1の組み換えネガティブ鎖RNA鋳型 。
- 7.インフルエンザの3′−非コードウイルスセンスフランキング配列は次の配 列:【配列があります】から成る、請求項1の組み換えネガティブ鎖RNA鋳型 。
- 8.ウイルスポリメラーゼ結合部位が対応する転写メッセージの開始点の上流に 位置するように、ウイルスポリメラーゼ結合部位を含むインフルエンザの3′− 非コードウイルスセンスフランキング配列、およびインフルエンザの5′−非コ ードウイルスセンスフランキング配列に連結されたそのメッセージの反対の極性 を表す異種RNA配列から成る組み換えネガティブ領RNA鋳型。
- 9.インフルエンザの5′−非コードウイルスセンスフランキング配列はインフ ルエンザゲノムセグメントの5′−末端の最初の22ヌクレオチドから成る、請 求項8の組み換えネガティブ鎖RNA鋳型。
- 10.インフルエンザの5′−非コードウイルスセンスフランキング配列は次の 配列:【配列があります】から成る、請求項8の組み換えネガティブ鎖RNA鋳 型。
- 11.精製したインフルエンザウイルスポリメラーゼと混合した請求項1の組み 換え鋳型から成る組み換えRNP。
- 12.インフルエンザウイルスポリメラーゼはCsC1勾配遠心により分画化し たRNPから得られ、その際精製したインフルエンザウイルスポリメラーゼは1 .5−2.0M CsClに関係した勾配の領域から単離される、請求項11の 組み換えRNP。
- 13.精製したインフルエンザウイルスポリメラーゼと混合した請求項8の組み 換え鋳型から成る組み換えRNP。
- 14.インフルエンザウイルスポリメラーゼはCsCl勾配遠心により分画化し たRNPから得られ、その際精製したインフルエンザウイルスポリメラーゼは1 .5−2.0M CsClに関係した勾配の領域から単離される、請求項13の 組み換えRNP。
- 15.ウイルスポリメラーゼ結合部位が対応する転写メッセージの開始点の上流 に位置するように、インフルエンザウイルスポリメラーゼ結合部位に連結された そのメッセージの反対の極性を表す異種RNA配列を含むインフルエンザウイル スから成るキメラウイルス。

- 18.異種RNA配列はインフルエンザのセグメント3内に含まれる、請求項1 5のキメラウイルス。
- 19.異種RNA配列はインフルエンザのセグメント4内に含まれる、請求項1 5のキメラウイルス。
- 20.異種RNA配列はインフルエンザのセグメント5内に含まれる、請求項1 5のキメラウイルス。
