- 1.該ポリペプチド生産用発現ベクターを有する宿主を培養し、その形質転換体 破砕液から得られる沈澱画分を尿素又はグアニジン塩酸処理することを特徴とす る活性型ヒト好中球走化因子ポリペプチドの製造方法。
- 2.活性型ヒト好中球走化因子が下記式で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるポリペ プチドである請求の範囲第1項に記載の該ポリペプチドの製造方法。 【配列があります】
- 3.宿主が大腸菌である請求の範囲第1項に記載の該ポリペプチドの製造方法。
