Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は染毛剤組成物に関し、更に詳細には、
特定のシリコーン誘導体を含有する毛髪を深みの
ある色調に染色することのできる染毛剤組成物に
関する。 染毛剤には、白髪を黒ないし褐色の領域の色調
に着色するいわゆる「白髪染め」と、黒髪を明か
るい褐色等の色調に着色するいわゆる「おしやれ
染め」とがあり、いずれも美容の目的で使用され
るものである。これら染毛剤は、いずれも毛髪あ
るいは毛髪の被染毛部位の色を確実に隠蔽し、し
かも異和感のないよう仕上げることが要求されて
いる。しかし、既存の染毛剤は、染色基剤であ
る染料・顔料が毛髪自体の色素成分（メラニン）
とは異質のものであること、組成中の染料・顔
料の添加量が少ないため、染毛後の毛髪に深みの
ある色調がでないこと等の原因により、隠蔽力・
染色力が弱く、かつ自然な色調に染毛されず異和
感があるといつた欠点があり、未だ満足のゆくも
のではなかつた。 このような欠点を解決する手段として、染毛剤
中の染料・顔料の濃度を高める方法があるが、例
えば酸化型染毛剤については、近年その染料成分
である酸化染料・カツプラーの無害性を疑問視す
る報告が続出し、先進諸国では、使用規制される
ものも増加しつつあるという現状からこれらの濃
度を高めることは好ましくなく、また、一時染毛
剤については、高濃度の染料・顔料をアルコー
ル、水等の分散媒に分散させた場合、当該分散溶
液は分離しやすく、製品を長期間安定に保持する
ことは困難であるという欠点があつた。更に、染
毛剤中の染料・顔料の濃度を高くした場合は、必
然的に染毛後の色落ちを防止するための高分子樹
脂、展着剤等を多めに添加する必要があり、これ
が結果として染毛後の毛髪を硬くゴワついた感触
としたり、櫛・ブラシの通りを悪くしたりして、
毛髪の触感の劣化及び毛髪の損傷をひき起してい
た。 本発明者らは、組成中の染料・顔料濃度を高め
ることなく隠蔽力、染色着色力に優れ、しかも染
色後の毛髪の色調に深みを与えることのできる染
毛剤を得べく鋭意研究をおこなつていたところ、
染毛剤組成物中に特定のシリコーン誘導体を配合
すれば従来の欠点を悉く改良した染毛剤組成物が
得られることを見出し、本発明を完成した。 すなわち、本発明は、特定のシリコーン誘導体
を含有する染毛剤組成物を提供するものである。 本発明において使用される特定のシリコーン誘
導体は次式（）、 〔式中、Ｒ：炭素数１〜４のアルキル基若しく
はアリール基 R1：炭素数１〜２のアルキル基若しくは
アルコキシ基 R2：炭素数１〜２のアルキル基若しくは
アルコキシ基 R5：炭素数１〜２のアルキル基若しくは
アルコキシ基 R4： 又は （式中、R5、R7は炭素数１〜３のアル
キル基又はヒドロキシアルキル基、R6は
R5と同じか又は
〔第２工程〕
300ml蒸留用フラスコ中に、化合物（）85ｇ
（0.10モル）及びエタノール100ｇ入れ、70℃に加
温した。次いでこれにNH（C2H5）215ｇ（0.21モ
ル）を徐々に加え、還流条件下で２時間放置し
た。反応終了後、エタノールと未応未反応のNH
（C2H5）は減圧下（0.3mmHg，40℃）留去した。
反応生成物はIR、NMR等の分析により化合物
（Ia）であることを同定した。収量；89ｇ、収
率；97％。 実施例 １ 下記組成の酸化型永久染毛剤を製造し、このも
ので毛髪を染毛した際の染色毛の色調を検討し
た。この結果を第１表及び第２表に示す。 組 成： （第１剤） ｐ−フエニレンジアミン 1.0％ プロピレングリコール 10.0 エデト酸ナトリウム 0.3 亜硫酸ナトリウム 0.5 香料 0.1 添加剤（第１表） 1.0 ポリオキシエチレン６ステアリルカーテル
1.0 水 バランス （PHはアンモニア水で10.0に調整） （第２剤） 過酸化水素 6.0％ 水 94.0 染毛処理方法： 第１剤及び第２剤の等量混合物中に毛髪を30分
間浸漬して染毛した。次いで、この毛髪を１％ソ
デイウムドデシルサルフエート水溶液で充分に洗
浄し、流水ですすいで風乾した。 評価方法： (1) 測色 測色色差コンピユーターND−1010C型（日本
電色工業株式会社製）を使用し、染毛後の毛髪の
明度を測定した。第１表中のＬ値は明度を示し、
この数値が小さい程深みのある色調であることを
示す。 (2) 視覚評価 20名の女性パネラーが、下記第１表中、本発明
品No.１、及び比較品No.４若しくはNo.５で染毛した
毛髪について一対比較し、どちらが黒色の深みを
感じるかを評価した。その結果を第２表に示す。

−ジスルホン酸ナトリウム）アミノ変性シリコ
ーン誘導体 1.0 〔第１表中、化合物（Ia）〕 ポリオキシエチレンステアリルエーテル 1.0％ エタノール 3.0 水 バランス （PHをクエン酸で2.0〜3.0に調整）

    アルコキシ基 R3：炭素数１〜２のアルキル基若しくは
    アルコキシ基 R4： 又は （式中、R5、R7は炭素数１〜３のアル
    キル基又はヒドロキシアルキル基、R6は
    R5と同じか又は【式】若しく は−CH2CH＝CH2を示す） Ｘ：Cl、Br又はＩ ｍ：０〜100の数 ｎ：１〜50の数 を示す〕 で表わされるアミノ変性シリコーン誘導体の１種
    若しくは２種以上を含有することを特徴とする染
    毛剤組成物。
