Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (a) 産業上の利用分野 本考案は、チエンソーにおけるエンジンの気化
器の吸入口に空気を吸入せしめるためのチエンソ
ーの吸気装置に係るものである。
(b) 従来技術および解決しようとする問題点 従来、チエンソーのエンジンにおいては、気化
器を収容する吸気室内をフイルター板で仕切つ
て、このフイルター板を介して大気に直接連通せ
しめていた。一般にチエンソーは取扱いを便利と
するために、極力小型に形成する必要があり、細
長な吸気消音通路を備えたエヤクリーナあるいは
吸気消音通路を設けた吸気サイレンサーを別途に
設けることができず、このため、エンジンの吸気
音による騒音が大きく、作業者の衛生上も好まし
くなく、また騒音による公害発生のおそれがあつ
た。
(c) 問題を解決するための手段および作用 本考案は、エンジンを内蔵する本体ケースの上
面に防振体を介して装着された支持体に１体に形
成された後部ハンドルを設け、この支持体内に、
気化器を収容する吸気室と、フイルターを介して
吸気室に隣接する室とを設け、この室と大気とを
連通する消音通路を後部ハンドル内を貫通して形
成して設けることにより、吸気サイレンサーある
いは吸気消音通路を備えたエヤクリーナを別途に
設ける必要がなく、構造簡単にコンパクトに吸気
騒音を防止するものである。
(d) 実施例 図において、本体ケース１の１側には前方に突
出するガイドバー３が固着し、ガイドバー３の外
周に摺動自在のソーチエン５が係合している。本
体ケース１にはガイドバー３、ソーチエン５の根
本部を覆つてサイドカバー７が固着されている。
また本体ケース１の前上部には燃料タンクの注入
口（図示せず）が開口し通常にはキヤツプ９によ
つて閉鎖されている。また本体ケース１の１側に
はマフラー１１が設けられている。本体ケース１
の上面には、ゴム等の防振体（図示せず）を介し
て箱状の支持体１３が装着され、後部ハンドル１
５、前部ハンドル１７の１側が支持体１３に固着
するとともに、それぞれの他端はゴム等の防振体
（図示せず）を介して本体ケース１に支持されて
いる。支持体１３の上部には蓋１９がねじハンド
ル２１によつて着脱自在に固定している。本体ケ
ース１内にはエンジン２３が内蔵され、エンジン
２３のシリンダー２５の吸気口２７には断熱体２
９を介して気化器３１が固着され、気化器３１の
上面にねじ３３，３３によつて固定されたブラケ
ツト３５にねじハンドル２１のねじ部が螺合し
て、蓋１９を固定している。ブラケツト３５は帯
状の板を折り曲げて形成されている。支持体１３
内には吸気室３７が気化器３１を囲んで形成さ
れ、気化器３１の吸気口３６に連通している。吸
気室３７の下部の断熱体２９が貫通する孔部３９
にはゴム等のシール体４１が係合して密閉してい
る。支持体１３と蓋１９の係合する面にはフイル
ター４３の縁部が挾持され、フイルター４３に対
して蓋１９側の室４５は、蓋１９を貫通する連通
孔４７を介して、支持体１３に１体に形成された
後部ハンドル１５を貫通して設けた消音通路４９
に連通している。消音通路４９の他端は大気に開
口している。後部ハンドル１５にはスロツトルレ
バー５１が軸５３によつて揺動自在に枢着され、
ロツド５５を介して気化器３１のスロツトル装置
（図示せず）に連動している。
以上の実施例において、作業者は前部ハンドル
１７、後部ハンドル１５を両手で把持して、エン
ジン２３の駆動で、ガイドバー３の外周を回転す
るソーチエン５によつて樹木等の切断作業を行な
うものである。エンジン２３の回転にともなつ
て、空気は消音通路４９を通つて室４５に入り、
フイルター４３を連通して吸気室３７に入り、気
化器３１の吸気口３６に吸入されるものである。
エンジン２３の吸気音は細長い消音通路４９の内
壁で干渉されて消音されるものである。
(e) 考案の効果 本考案によれば、気化器、フイルターを後部ハ
ンドルの前端に支持する支持体内に収容し、消音
通路を後部ハンドル内を貫通して設けたことによ
つて、気化器、エヤクリーナ、消音通路を構造簡
単に、コンパクトに設けることができるものであ
る。
なお、本考案は前述の実施例に限定されるもの
ではなく、他の態様においても実施しうるもので
ある。また、請求の範囲に示す符号は本考案の技
術的範囲を限定するものではない。

第１図は本考案に係る装置を備えたチエンソー
の斜視説明図、第２図は本考案の１実施例の側断

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジン２３を内蔵する本体ケース１の上面に
    防振体を介して装着された支持体１３に１端を１
    体に固着し、他端を本体ケース１の下部に防振体
    を介して支持された後部ハンドル１５を設け、前
    記支持体１３内に、気化器３１を収容する吸気室
    ３７と、フイルター４３を介して前記吸気室３７
    に隣接する室４５とを設け、前記室４５と大気と
    を連通する消音通路４９を前記後部ハンドル１５
    内を貫通して形成したことを特徴とするチエンソ
    ーの吸気装置。
