Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空調された建物内空間（一般空調空間と呼
    ぶ）にこの一般空調空間の天井とは別のシステム
    天井を形成すると共に、このシステム天井の下方
    空間を側壁によつて一般空調空間から区分し、該
    システム天井には複数のフアンフイルタユニツト
    を水平方向に並設すると共にこれらフアンフイル
    タユニツトの上部空間に給気プレナムを形成し、
    この給気プレナムに一般空調空間の調和空気を導
    入したうえフアンフイルタユニツトを経て該側壁
    によつて区分されたシステム天井下方に空間（ク
    リーンルーム）に清浄空気を吹き出したあと再び
    一般空調空間に排出するようにしたクリーンルー
    ム構築設備であつて、一般空調空間から前記の給
    気プレナムに送気する通路にクリーンルーム内の
    冷房負荷を処理する空気冷却器を設置したことを
    特徴とするクリーンルーム構築設備。 (2) システム天井の下方空間（クリーンルーム
    ）を一般空調空間から区分する側壁は、脱着可能
    な透明パネルによつて形成される請求項１に記載
    のクリーンルーム構築設備。 (3) 透明パネルは導電部材によつてアースされ
    ている請求項２に記載のクリーンルーム構築設備
    。 (4) 一般空調空間から区分されたクリーンルー
    ム空間の床部は、一般空調空間の床部より位置高
    の多孔板によつて形成され、この多孔板の下方に
    排気プレナムが形成され、この排気プレナムから
    一般空調空間に通ずる排気通路が形成されている
    請求項１，２または３に記載のクリーンルーム構
    築設備。
