    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板を基板チヤツクに保持して１枚づつ
    薬液でエツチング、洗浄等を行う処理装置におい
    て、基板チヤツク上の基板の中心部側から気体を
    吸い込んでその外側に向けて排気する気体導入用
    ケーシングを有することを特徴とする枚葉式ウエ
    ツト処理装置。
