- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 多数の半導体ウエーハが整列収納されたキヤリ
アを液槽内の窓孔を有するキヤリアテーブル上に
載置した状態で上記半導体ウエーハを薬液処理す
るものにおいて、 上記キヤリアテーブルの外周縁および窓孔の開
口縁を面取り形成して、流動面を設定したことを
特徴とするウエーハ薬液処理装置。
