Description
Claims (16)
- ブレンド樹脂100重量部に対して、シリカ核剤0.1乃至5重量部、架橋剤0.1乃至5重量部、発泡剤1乃至20重量部及び発泡助剤1乃至10重量部を含み、
前記ブレンド樹脂はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)20乃至80重量部に対して、オレフィン系エラストマー80乃至20重量部を含み、
前記シリカ核剤は平均粒径が1乃至50nmである
ことを特徴とする発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記ブレンド樹脂はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)40乃至60重量部に対して、エチレン-プロピレンジエンモノマー(EPDM)を60乃至40重量部を含む
請求項1に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記オレフィン系エラストマーはC2乃至C20のα-オレフィン及びエチレン-プロピレン系共重合体ゴムから選択された少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記エチレン-プロピレン系共重合体ゴムはエチレン-プロピレンゴム(EPR)及びエチレン-プロピレン-ジエンモノマー(EPDM)から選択された少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項3に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンモノマー(EPDM)はエチレン40乃至80重量%、プロピレン10乃至50重量%及びエチリデンノルボルネン0.5乃至10重量%を含む
請求項4に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記オレフィン系エラストマーはムーニー粘度(Mooney viscosity)が125℃を基準として10乃至100である
請求項1に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記シリカ核剤は乾式シリカ、溶融シリカ、沈降シリカ、シリカゲル、コロイダルシリカ及び結晶質シリカから選択された少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記架橋剤は1,1-ジ-t-ブチルペルオキシ-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサン、t-ブチル-クミルペルオキシド、ジクミル-ペルオキシド(DCP)、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ(t-ブチル-ペルオキシル)ヘキサン及び1,3-ビス(t-ブチル-ペルオキシル-イソプロピル)ベンゼンから選択された少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記発泡剤はアゾジカルボンアミド、ジニトロソペンタメチレンテトラミン、p,p’-オキシビスベンゼンスルホノヒドラジドから選択された少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 前記発泡助剤は酸化亜鉛、酸化カルシウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化スズ、酸化カドミウム及び酸化鉛から選択された少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物。 - 請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の発泡用樹脂組成物を含む
ことを特徴とする発泡用樹脂組成物を含む素材。 - 前記素材は電気部品素材、機械部品素材、自動車部品素材、建築資材、包装材料及び履物用素材から選択された少なくともいずれか1つ以上に提供が可能である
請求項11に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物を含む素材。 - (a)エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)及びオレフィン系エラストマーを含んで、ブレンド樹脂を製造するステップ;
(b)前記ブレンド樹脂にシリカ核剤を投入して1次混練するステップ;及び
(c)前記ブレンド樹脂に架橋剤、発泡剤及び発泡助剤を含んで2次混練するステップ;を含み、
前記(b)のステップで、ブレンド樹脂100重量部に対して、シリカ核剤を0.1乃至5重量部を含み、
前記(a)ステップで、ブレンド樹脂はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)20乃至80重量部に対して、オレフィン系エラストマー20乃至80重量部を含み、
前記(b)ステップで、シリカ核剤は平均粒径が1乃至50nmである
ことを特徴とする発泡用樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記(b)ステップは100℃乃至150℃で行われる
請求項13に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記(c)ステップで、ブレンド樹脂100重量部に対して、架橋剤0.1乃至5重量部、発泡剤1乃至20重量部及び発泡助剤1乃至10重量部を含む
請求項13に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記製造方法は溶融ブレンディングで押出機、ニーダー(Kneader)、ブラベンダープラスチコーダー(Brabender Plasticorder)、ミキシングロール(Mixing Roll)及び混合機から選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を提供する
請求項13に記載の発泡用樹脂組成物の製造方法。
