●カテーテル12は、尺側皮静脈内に、鎖骨下静脈を通して上大静脈に、右心房220内に、および左心房224内に経中隔に、例えば卵円窩を通して導入され得る、または
●カテーテル12は、外頸静脈内に、鎖骨下静脈を通して上大静脈に、右心房220内に、および左心房224内に経中隔に、例えば卵円窩を通して導入され得る。
(1)弁230の弁輪240に対して平行である第1の平面内で所望の空間的配向に、かつカテーテル12の屈曲セクション1203を屈曲する方法で、カテーテル12の遠位端部分を(例えば、ハンドル22の操縦ノブ210によって)操縦すること、
(2)弁230の弁輪240に対して垂直である第2の平面内で所望の空間的配向に、かつカテーテル14の屈曲セクション1405(特に、屈曲セクション1403)を屈曲する方法で、カテーテル14の一部分の遠位端部分を(例えば、ハンドル24の操縦ノブ214によって)操縦すること、
(3)ノブ216を介してカテーテル12に対してカテーテル14を軸方向に移動させること、
(4)スタンド支持ハンドル22および24を軸方向に移動させて、両方のカテーテル12および14を移動させること、
(5)ノブ95を介してトラック90に沿ってマウント93を摺動させることによって、管19およびスリーブ26を軸方向に移動させること、ならびに/または
(6)作動ノブ94によって管19に対してチャネル18を移動させること。
●ユーザ(例えば、医師、医療従事者など)によって保持するために人間工学的に形状決定され得る外側筐体1632、
●外側筐体1632内に少なくとも部分的に配置された管状シャフト1634、
●内側シャフト1636であって、(a)管状シャフト1634の近位長手方向部分1637内に部分的に配置され、これにより、内側シャフト1636が管状シャフト1634に対して軸方向に摺動可能であり、かつ(b)内側シャフト収縮部材受容チャネル1638を画定するように形状決定されている、内側シャフト1636、

これが、外側筐体1632に対して遠位力アプリケータ1642を近位に前進させ(遠位力アプリケータ1642は、ハンドル部分1620の通常の使用中に管状シャフト1634に軸方向に固定され得る)、
これが、バネ1646に近位方向の力を印加し、
外側筐体1632に対して内側シャフト1636を近位に押し(内側シャフト1636に近位方向の力を印加するバネ1646によって)、
これが、(上述したように、ロック1640によって内側シャフト1636に軸方向に係止された)収縮部材226を近位に引っ張ることによって、ハンドル部分1620に、収縮部材226の連続部分を取り込ませる。

Claims (25)
- システムであって、
収縮部材を包囲するように構成された少なくとも1つの締結具であって、前記締結具が、締め付け構造を備え、前記締め付け構造が、(a)閉鎖状態をとるように付勢され、前記閉鎖状態では、前記締め付け構造が、内部を通過した前記収縮部材を締め付けるように構成され、かつ(b)前記収縮部材が移動することができる開放状態に屈曲され得る、少なくとも1つの締結具と、
前記締結具に取り外し可能に連結され、前記締結具を前記開放状態で維持するように構成された止め具と、
分断ツールであって、
前記収縮部材を切断するように構成された切断要素、および
前記止め具を前記締結具から引き外すように構成された1つ以上の把持器を備える、分断ツールと、を備え、
いったん前記締結具から引き外すと、前記止め具が、前記切断要素に接触し、前記切断要素を押し、かつ移動させて、前記切断要素による前記収縮部材の分断を促進する、システム。 - 前記分断ツールが安全機構を提供し、それによって前記切断要素の移動が、前記切断要素に対して前記止め具を押すことによってのみ可能であるように、前記分断ツールが配置されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記締結具および前記止め具を収容する筐体をさらに備え、前記分断ツールが、前記把持器が前記止め具を把持するときに前記筐体に連結される、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 埋め込み型弁輪形成構造をさらに備え、前記分断ツールが、前記筐体、前記締結具、および前記止め具を前記埋め込み型弁輪形成構造に送達するように構成されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 埋め込み型弁輪形成構造をさらに備え、前記埋め込み型弁輪形成構造が、前記筐体を備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記止め具が、突出部を画定するように形状決定され、前記把持器が、前記分断ツールを前記締結具に最初に連結するために前記突出部を掴むように構成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部に対して前記把持器を係止するために、前記把持器を包囲するように構成された外側スリーブ部分をさらに備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが埋め込み型弁輪形成構造をさらに備え、前記埋め込み型弁輪形成構造は、
主本体部分、ならびに
(1)前記埋め込み型弁輪形成構造の前記主本体部分の長手方向の長さに沿って延在する第1の部分、および(2)前記埋め込み型弁輪形成構造の前記主本体部分から離れて延在する第2の部分を有する収縮部材を備える、埋め込み型弁輪形成構造、
を備え、
前記切断要素は、第1の切断表面を有する静的切断要素を備え、
動的切断要素は、前記第1の切断表面に対向する第2の切断表面を有し、
前記収縮部材の一部分が、前記静的切断要素、および前記動的切断要素を通過し、
いったん前記締結具から引き外すと、前記止め具が、前記切断要素に接触し、前記静的切断要素に対して前記動的切断要素を押し、かつ移動させて、前記収縮部材の分断を促進するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1および第2の切断表面が、各々凹状である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記分断ツールが安全機構を提供し、それによって前記静的切断要素に対する前記動的切断要素の移動が、前記動的切断要素に対して前記止め具を押すことによってのみ可能であるように、前記分断ツールが配置されている、請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
- 前記締結具および前記止め具を収容する筐体をさらに備え、前記分断ツールが、前記把持器が前記止め具を把持するときに前記筐体に連結される、請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記分断ツールが、前記筐体、前記締結具、および前記止め具を前記埋め込み型弁輪形成構造に送達するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記埋め込み型弁輪形成構造が、前記筐体を備える、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記止め具が、突出部を画定するように形状決定され、前記把持器が、前記分断ツールを前記締結具に最初に連結するために前記突出部を掴むように構成されている、請求項8~13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部に対して前記把持器を係止するために、前記把持器を包囲するように構成された外側スリーブ部分をさらに備える、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 可撓性の細長い収縮部材と、
締結具が収縮部材を取り囲むように前記締結具を通り前記収縮部材を受け入れるように構成された締結具であって、前記締結具は、締め付け構造を備え、前記締め付け構造は、
(a)前記収縮部材が前記締め付け構造を通過できる開状態を有し、
(b)前記締め付け構造が、それを通り配置された前記収縮部材を締め付けるように構成されている閉状態をとるように付勢されている、
締結具と、
前記締結具を開状態に維持する方法で前記締結具に取り外し可能に結合された止め具と、
分断ツールと、
を備え、
前記分断ツールは、切断要素を備え、
前記分断ツールは、前記止め具が前記締結具から外れるように前記締結具から離し、前記切断要素が前記収縮部材を切断するように動くように、前記切断要素に対して、前記止め具を前記締結具から引き外すように構成されている、装置。 - 前記分断ツールは、前記止め具を前記分断ツールの軸に沿って前記締結具から引き外すように構成され、
前記分断ツールが前記止め具を軸に沿って前記締結具から引き外すことにより、前記切断要素が前記軸に対して斜めの方向にスライドするように前記切断要素が構成されている、請求項16に記載の装置。 - 前記分断ツールが安全機構を提供し、それによって前記切断要素の移動が、前記切断要素に対して前記止め具を引っ張ることによってのみ可能であるように、前記分断ツールが配置されている、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記止め具が、突出部を画定するように形状決定され、前記分断ツールが把持器をさらに備え、前記把持器は、前記分断ツールを前記締結具に連結するために前記突出部を掴むように構成されている、請求項16に記載の装置。

前記分断ツールは、前記動的切断要素が前記静的切断要素に対してスライドするように、前記動的切断要素に対して前記止め具を前記締結具から引き外すように構成される、請求項16に記載の装置。 - 前記第1および第2の切断表面のそれぞれは、前記分断ツールが前記止め具を引っ張るように構成される軸に対して斜めである、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記静的切断要素は、前記収縮部材が中を通って延びるための管腔を画定し、前記動的切断要素は、前記収縮部材が中を通って延びるための管腔を画定する、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記収縮部材に結合されたアンカーをさらに備える、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記分断ツールは、前記収縮部材に張力を加えるようにさらに構成される、請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記アンカーは第1のアンカーであり、
前記装置はさらに前記収縮部材にスライド可能に結合された第2のアンカーを備え、前記締結具は、閉状態で、前記収縮部材の張力をロックすることによって前記第1のアンカーと前記第2のアンカーとの間の距離を維持するように構成される、請求項24に記載の装置。
