Description
前駆体ガラス組成物およびガラス
本開示の第2の態様は、本明細書に記載されるガラスセラミックを形成するために利用される前駆体ガラス組成物、およびそれを含むガラスに関する。1つ以上の実施形態によるガラスセラミックは、その他にガラスセラミックに関して本明細書に記載される前駆体ガラス組成物を有するアルミノシリケートガラスなどのガラスから形成されてもよい。
i)室温~500℃に設定された炉へのパティの導入;
ii)表IIIに示すような核形成温度(Tn)(例えば、750℃)での5℃/分での熱処理;
iii)Tnにおける2時間の保持;
iv)Tnから、表IIIに示すような結晶化温度(Tc)(例えば、850℃~1050℃)への5℃/分での加熱;および
v)結晶化温度(Tc)における4時間の保持;および
vi)室温までの冷却
が含まれた。

Claims (15)
- アナターゼ、ルチル、またはそれらの組合せを含む主結晶相を含むガラスセラミック物品において、
45~75モル%の範囲のSiO2;
4~25モル%の範囲のAl2O3;
0.1~10モル%の範囲のP2O5;
0~4モル%の範囲のMgO;
0~33モル%の範囲のR2O;
0~5モル%の範囲のZnO;
0~4モル%の範囲のZrO2;
0.5~10モル%の範囲のTiO2;および
1~4.44モル%の範囲のB2O3;
を含む組成物であって、R2Oが、Na2O、Li2OおよびK2Oの1種以上を含むものである組成物を含むガラスセラミック物品。 - (R2O-Al2O3)が-4~4モル%の範囲にあり、R 2 Oが0.01~29モル%の範囲にある、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 前記組成物が、
0~12モル%の範囲のLi2O;
4~20モル%の範囲のNa2O;および
0~2モル%の範囲のK2O
を含む、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック物品。 - 前記組成物が、
2~4.44モル%の範囲のB2O3
を含む、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック物品。 - 20重量%までの全結晶相
を含む、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック物品。 - 前記ガラスセラミック物品の表面から圧縮応力層の深さまで延在する圧縮応力層をさらに含み、前記圧縮応力層が、200MPa以上の圧縮応力および15μm以上の圧縮応力層の深さを有する、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 20kP(2kPa・s)以上の液相粘度を有する前駆体ガラスから形成されたものである、請求項1に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 前記主結晶相が、1μm以下の長さおよび50nm以下の幅を有する結晶を含む、請求項7に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- アナターゼおよびルチルの組み合わせられた量が、前記ガラスセラミック物品の12重量%未満である、請求項7に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- -2~8の範囲のCIE a*、-7~30の範囲のCIE b*、および85~100の範囲のCIE L*;および
-1~0の範囲のCIE a*、-7~-3の範囲のCIE b*、および85~100の範囲のCIE L*;
から選択される、正反射率測定から決定されるCIELAB色空間座標で示される色、を含む、請求項7に記載のガラスセラミック物品。 - 10kgf(98N)以上のビッカーズ押込み亀裂開始負荷を示す、請求項6または7に記載のガラスセラミック物品。
- 45~75モル%の範囲のSiO2;
4~25モル%の範囲のAl2O3;
0.1~10モル%の範囲のP2O5;
0~4モル%の範囲のMgO;
4~28モル%の範囲のR2O;
0~12モル%の範囲のLi2O;
4~20モル%の範囲のNa2O;
0~2モル%の範囲のK2O;
0~5モル%の範囲のZnO;
0~4モル%の範囲のZrO2;
0.5~10モル%の範囲のTiO2;および
1~4.44モル%の範囲のB2O3
を含む組成物であって、R2Oが、Na2O、Li2OおよびK2Oの1種以上を含み、(R2O-Al2O3)が-1~4モル%の範囲にある組成物を含むアルミノシリケートガラス前駆体。 - (R2O-Al2O3)が-1~2モル%の範囲にある請求項12に記載のアルミノシリケートガラス前駆体。
- アナターゼ、ルチル、またはそれらの組合せを含む主結晶相を有するガラスセラミック物品の製造方法において、
45~75モル%の範囲のSiO2;
4~25モル%の範囲のAl2O3;
0.1~10モル%の範囲のP2O5;
0~4モル%の範囲のMgO;
0~33モル%の範囲のR2O;
0~5モル%の範囲のZnO;
0~4モル%の範囲のZrO2;
0.5~10モル%の範囲のTiO2、および
1~4.44モル%の範囲のB2O3
を含み、R2Oが、Na2O、Li2OおよびK2Oの1種以上を含むものである組成物を有するガラス物品であって、
前記ガラス物品の形成の間、10キロポアズ(kP)(1kPa・s)以上の液相粘度および1400℃未満の液相温度を示す、ガラス物品のためのバッチを溶融させ、かつ前記ガラス物品を形成するステップと;
前記ガラス物品の焼鈍し温度よりも50℃高い温度~1100℃の温度で、アナターゼ、ルチル、またはそれらの組合せを含む主結晶相を含むガラスセラミック物品の生成を引き起こすための期間にわたり、前記ガラス物品をセラミック化するステップと;
前記ガラスセラミック物品を室温まで冷却するステップと;
を有してなる方法。 - 請求項1または7に記載の前記ガラスセラミック物品を含む、電子デバイスまたはポータブルコンピューティングデバイス。
