R41とR44は、それぞれ独立に、H、F、シアノ基、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C10アルキル基、置換もしくは無置換のC2-C10アルケニル基、置換もしくは無置換のC6-C12アリール基、Ra-(O-Rb)又は(O-Rb)から選択され、
R42とびR43は、それぞれ独立に、Rc-(O-Rd)又は(O-Rd)から選択され、
Rbは、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C4アルキル基から選択され、

本願は、式Iの化合物、式IIの化合物又は式IIIの化合物のうちの少なくとも1種と、式IVの化合物とを含む電解液を提供する。
R11、R12、R13、R21、R22、R31、R32、R33及びR34は、それぞれ独立に、H、ハロゲン、シアノ基、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C10アルキル基、置換もしくは無置換のC2-C10アルケニル基、置換もしくは無置換のC6-C12アリール基から選択され、
R41とR44は、それぞれ独立に、H、F、シアノ基、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C10アルキル基、置換もしくは無置換のC2-C10アルケニル基、置換もしくは無置換のC6-C12アリール基、Ra-(O-Rb)又は(O-Rb)から選択され、
R42とR43は、それぞれ独立に、Rc-(O-Rd)又は(O-Rd)から選択され、
Rbは、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C4アルキル基から選択され、
Ra、Rc及びRdは、それぞれ独立に、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C4アルキレン基、C2-C5アルケニレン基又はC6-C12アリール基から選択され、
置換の場合、置換基は、ハロゲン、シアノ基又はそれらの組み合わせから選択される。
負極は、負極集電体と、集電体に設けられた負極活物質とを含む。負極活物質の具体的な種類は、具体的に制限されず、必要に応じて選択することができる。
正極は、正極集電体と、正極集電体に設けられた正極活物質とを含む。正極活物質は、リチウムイオンを可逆的に挿入及び放出する化合物を含む。正極活物質は、リチウムと、コバルト、マンガン及びニッケルから選択される少なくとも1種の元素とを含有する複合酸化物を含む。正極活物質の具体的な種類は、具体的に限定されず、必要に応じて選択することができる。いくつかの実施例において、前記正極活物質は、コバルト酸リチウム(LiCoO2)、リチウムニッケルマンガンコバルト三元材料、マンガン酸リチウム(LiMn2O4)、ニッケルマンガン酸リチウム(LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4)、リン酸鉄リチウム(LiFePO4)から選択される少なくとも1種である。いくつかの実施例において、前記正極活物質は、コバルト酸リチウムとリチウムニッケルマンガンコバルト三元材料との混合物である。いくつかの実施例におけるコバルト酸リチウムとリチウムニッケルマンガンコバルト三元材料との混合物では、コバルト酸リチウムとリチウムニッケルマンガンコバルト三元材料との混合比率が1:9<コバルト酸リチウム:リチウムニッケルマンガンコバルト<9:1を満たす。いくつかの実施例におけるコバルト酸リチウムとリチウムニッケルマンガンコバルト三元材料との混合物では、コバルト酸リチウムとリチウムニッケルマンガンコバルト三元材料との混合比率が2:8<コバルト酸リチウム:リチウムニッケルマンガンコバルト<4:6を満たす。コバルト酸リチウムとリチウムニッケルマンガンコバルトとを組み合わせることにより、電解液の成膜に触媒作用を有する遷移金属の量が増加し、正極活物質の安全性を向上させることができる。
いくつかの実施例において、正極と負極との間に短絡を防止するためのセパレータ(隔膜)が設けられる。セパレータの材料及び形状は特に限定されず、従来技術で開示されたいかなる技術であってもよい。いくつかの実施例において、セパレータは、本願の電解液に対して安定な材料により形成されたポリマー又は無機物などを含む。
本願の電気化学デバイスは、電気化学反応が発生する任意のデバイスを含み、その具体的な例は、あらゆる種類の一次電池、二次電池、燃料電池、太陽電池、キャパシタ等を含む。特に、該電気化学デバイスは、リチウム金属二次電池、リチウムイオン二次電池、リチウムポリマー二次電池又はリチウムイオンポリマー二次電池を含むリチウム二次電池である。
本願はさらに、本願に係る電気化学デバイスを含む電子デバイスを提供する。
1、正極の製造
コバルト酸リチウムLCO(LiCO2)、アセチレンブラック及びポリフッ化ビニリデンPVDFを、重量比96:2:2でN-メチルピロリドン(NMP)溶媒系に溶解し、撹拌混合して、正極スラリーを得る。正極スラリーを正極集電体アルミニウム箔上に均一に塗布し、乾燥させ、冷間プレスして正極を得る。
人造黒鉛、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)及びカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム(CMC)を、重量比95:2:3で脱イオン水溶媒系に溶解し、撹拌混合して、負極スラリーを得る。負極スラリーを負極集電体銅箔上に均一に塗布し、乾燥させ、冷間プレスして負極を得る。
乾燥したアルゴン雰囲気グローブボックス中に、炭酸エチレン(ECと略記)、炭酸ジエチル(DECと略記)、炭酸プロピレン(PCと略記)を、3:4:3の重量比で均一に混合し、下記表中の各実施例及び比較例に示す成分を添加し、溶解して十分に撹拌した後、リチウム塩LiPF6を添加して均一に混合して、電解液を得る。得られた電解液中のLiPF6の濃度は1mol/Lである。
ポリエチレン(PE)多孔質ポリマーフィルムをセパレータとして選択する。
セパレータが正極と負極との間に位置するように、正極、セパレータ、負極を順に積層し、その後に巻回し、外装箔の中に置き、上記製造された電解液を注入し、真空封止、静置、化成、整形等の工程を経て、リチウムイオン電池を得る。
1、リチウムイオン電池の高温間隔サイクル性能試験の方法
リチウムイオン電池を45℃恒温器に入れ、定電流0.5Cで4.4Vまで充電し、4.4Vで、0.05Cまで定電圧で充電し、19.5h保持し、さらに0.5C定電流で3.0Vまで放電し、これを1つの充放電サイクルプロセスと記す。以上のように23回行う。23回サイクルした後に0.5Cで4.35Vまで充電し、4.35Vで0.05Cまで定電圧で充電し、19時間まで保持し、さらに0.5C定電流で3.0Vまで放電し、これを1つの充放電サイクルプロセスと記す。以上のように113回行う。リチウムイオン電池の容量及び厚さを監視し、下記式により高温間隔サイクル後の容量保持率及び厚さ増加率を計算する。
容量保持率=残存放電容量/初期放電容量×100%
高温間隔サイクル後の厚さ増加率(%)=高温間隔サイクル後の厚さ/初期厚さ×100%
リチウムイオン電池を25℃の恒温器に入れ、定電流0.7Cで4.4Vまで充電し、リチウムイオン電池の初期厚さを測定する。4.4Vで、電流0.05Cまで定電圧で充電し、さらに1.0C定電流で3.0Vまで放電し、リチウムイオン電池の初期放電容量を測定する。次にリチウムイオン電池を60℃の恒温器に置いて30日間保存する。保存が終了した後、リチウムイオン電池の高温保存後の厚さを測定し、初期放電容量の測定と同様の方式で高温保存後の回復容量を測定する。下記式によりリチウムイオン電池の高温保存厚さ増加率及び高温保存後の容量回復率を計算する。
高温保存厚さ増加率(%)=高温保存後の厚さ/初期厚さ×100%
高温保存後の容量回復率(%)=高温保存後の回復容量/初期放電容量×100%
中華人民共和国機械業界標準JB/T4220-2011における『人造黒鉛のドットマトリクスパラメータ測定方法』に従って、負極における負極活物質層のX線回折パターン中の004回折線図形及び110回折線図形を試験する。試験条件は以下のとおりである。X線はCuKα放射を用い、CuKα放射はフィルター又はモノクロメータにより除去される。X線管の作動電圧は(30~35)kVであり、作動電流は(15~20)mAである。カウンタの走査速度は1/4(°)/minである。004回折線図形を記録する場合、回折角2θの走査範囲は53°~57°である。110回折線図形を記録する場合、回折角2θの走査範囲は75°~79°である。004回折線図形から得られた(004)面のピーク面積をC004と記す。前記110回折線図形から得られた(110)面のピーク面積をC110と記す。
表1は、実施例1~18及び比較例1~3のリチウムイオン電池に用いた電解液の組成、その高温間隔サイクル性能及び高温保存性能を示している。
Claims (11)
- 式Iの化合物、式IIの化合物又は式IIIの化合物のうちの少なくとも1種と、
式IVの化合物と、を含む電解液であって、
R11、R12、R13、R21、R22、R31、R32、R33及びR34は、それぞれ独立に、H、ハロゲン、シアノ基、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C10アルキル基、置換もしくは無置換のC2-C10アルケニル基、置換もしくは無置換のC6-C12アリール基から選択され、
R41とR44は、それぞれ独立に、H、F、シアノ基、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C10アルキル基、置換もしくは無置換のC2-C10アルケニル基、置換もしくは無置換のC6-C12アリール基、Ra-(O-Rb)又は(O-Rb)から選択され、
R42とびR43は、それぞれ独立に、Rc-(O-Rd)又は(O-Rd)から選択され、
Rbは、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C4アルキル基から選択され、
Ra、Rc及びRdは、それぞれ独立に、置換もしくは無置換のC1-C4アルキレン基、C2-C5アルケニレン基又はC6-C12アリール基から選択され、かつ、
置換の場合、置換基は、ハロゲン、シアノ基又はそれらの組み合わせから選択され、
前記電解液は、式Vの化合物をさらに含み、
R 51 とR 52 は、それぞれ独立に、C 1 -C 4 アルキル基又はフッ素置換C 1 -C 4 アルキル基から選択され、且つ、
R 51 とR 52 の少なくとも一方は、フッ素置換C 1 -C 4 アルキル基であり、
前記式Vの化合物は、以下の式のうちの少なくとも1種を含む、
- 前記電解液の総重量に基づいて、前記式Iの化合物、式IIの化合物又は式IIIの化合物の総含有量は0.01wt%~10wt%であり、前記式IVの化合物の総含有量は0.01wt%~8wt%である、請求項1に記載の電解液。
- フルオロエチレンカーボネート、ビニレンカーボネート、ビニルエチレンカーボネート、スクシノニトリル、アジポニトリル、1,3,6ヘキサントリカルボニトリル、1,3,2-ジオキサチオラン-2,2-ジオキシド、1,3-プロパンスルトン又はフルオロベンゼンのうちの少なくとも1種を含む添加剤Aをさらに含み、前記電解液の総重量に基づいて、前記添加剤Aの総含有量が1wt%~12wt%である、請求項1に記載の電解液。
- 前記電解液の総重量に基づいて、前記式Vの化合物の含有量が1wt%~30wt%である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電解液。
- 正極と、
負極活物質層を含む負極と、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電解液と、を含む電気化学デバイス。 - 前記負極活物質層は人造黒鉛を含み、X線回折パターン測定により得られた前記負極活物質層の(004)面のピーク面積C004と(110)面のピーク面積C110との比率C004/C110は、8~15の範囲内にある、請求項7に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記負極活物質層は、Dv50が3μm~10μmの範囲内にある一次粒子と、Dv50が5μm~20μmの範囲内にある二次粒子とを含む、請求項7に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記一次粒子と前記二次粒子の重量比は、1:9~5:5である、請求項9に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学デバイスを含む電子デバイス。
