Claims (16)

前記第1および第2のマイクロコントローラが、通信可能に結合されており、前記第1のマイクロコントローラが前記第1のリード線が起動されるのを検出すると、前記第1のマイクロコントローラが前記第2のマイクロコントローラに第1信号を供給し、前記第2のマイクロコントローラが前記第2のリード線が起動されるのを検出すると、前記第2のマイクロコントローラが前記第1のマイクロコントローラに第2信号を供給し、

前記第1のマイクロコントローラは、信号灯が前記既存の車両配線によって動作されるように指示され、かつ、前記第2のマイクロコントローラにおいて、ストロボ発光および点滅動作を有する前記第2のライトが起動されていない場合、ストロボ発光および点滅動作を有する前記第1のライトを点滅させ、
前記第2のマイクロコントローラは、信号灯が前記既存の車両配線によって動作されるよう指示され、かつ、前記第1のマイクロコントローラにおいて、ストロボ発光および点滅動作を有する前記第1のライトが起動されていない場合、ストロボ発光および点滅動作を有する前記第2のライトを点滅させ、
前記第1のマイクロコントローラは、信号灯が前記既存の車両配線によって動作されるように指示され、かつ、前記第2のマイクロコントローラにおいてもストロボ発光および点滅動作を有する前記第2のライトが起動されている場合、ストロボ発光および点滅動作を有する前記第1のライトをストロボ発光させ、
前記第2のマイクロコントローラは、信号灯が前記既存の車両配線によって動作されるように指示され、かつ、前記第1のマイクロコントローラにおいてもストロボ発光および点滅動作を有する前記第1のライトが起動されている場合、ストロボ発光および点滅動作を有する前記第2のライトをストロボ発光させ、
前記ストロボ発光の明滅速度は、前記点滅の明滅速度よりも知覚できるほど速い、方法。 - 前記第1および第2のストロボライトモジュールを、前記車両の左および右前部信号灯をそれぞれ動作させる既存の車両配線に接続するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のストロボライトモジュールを、前記車両の左および右後部信号灯をそれぞれ動作させる既存の車両配線に接続するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 車両用の左および右信号灯代替物を備える、1対のストロボライトモジュールであって、それぞれが、前記車両の前記左または右信号灯に関連する、既存の車両配線に電気的に接続されるよう構成される、1対のストロボライトモジュールと、
前記1対のストロボライトモジュールを通信可能に結合するための電気リード線と
を備えるキットであって、
前記1対のストロボライトモジュールが、前記車両の前記左および右後部信号灯にそれぞれ関連する前記既存の車両配線によって信号灯としての動作が指示される場合、左信号灯または右信号灯を提供し、
ストロボライトモジュールの第1のセットが、前記車両の前記左および右後部信号灯に関連する前記既存の車両配線が、ハザード点滅器の動作を指示する場合、ストロボライトを提供し、
前記ストロボライトモジュールの前記第1のセットは、複数のマイクロコントローラを備え、前記複数のマイクロコントローラは、互いに、前記信号灯としての動作が指示されたこと、または前記ハザード点滅器の動作が指示されたことを通信する、キット。 - ストロボ発光および点滅動作を有するライトを動作させるマイクロコントローラを備える、左ストロボライトモジュールと、
ストロボ発光および点滅動作を有するライトを動作させるマイクロコントローラを備える、右ストロボライトモジュールと
を備えるキットであって、
前記左および右ストロボライトモジュールがそれぞれ、車両の左および右信号灯に関連する既存の車両配線に、電気的に接続されるよう構成され、
前記左ストロボライトモジュールが、前記既存の車両配線によって左信号だけが指示される場合、点滅ライトを提供し、
前記右ストロボライトモジュールが、前記既存の車両配線によって右信号だけが指示される場合、点滅ライトを提供し、
前記左および右ストロボライトモジュールの両方が、ハザードライトが前記既存の車両配線で、左および右信号の両方の指示によって指示される場合、ストロボライトを提供すし、
前記ストロボ発光の明滅速度は、前記点滅の明滅速度よりも知覚できるほど速い、キット。
