Claims (19)
- 少なくとも二つの食品処理システムを監視する熱処理監視システムであって、
前記食品処理システムの現在のセンサデータを測定する少なくとも二つのセンサユニットと、
制御ユニットとを備え、
前記制御ユニットは、
前記現在のセンサデータから現在の特徴データへの写像を決定し、
予め設定された加熱プログラムの特徴データと、ユーザの選択によりトレーニングセットの一部として分類された少なくとも一つのトレーニング加熱工程の特徴データとを組み合わせることにより、基準加熱工程の基準特徴データを決定し、
前記現在の特徴データと基準加熱工程の基準特徴データとを比較して、監視下にある食品の現在の加熱工程における現在の加熱状態を決定するように構成されている、熱処理監視システム。 - 前記基準特徴データは、外部サーバーから受け取られる事前設定特徴データ、又は前記熱処理監視システムのメモリに記憶された事前設定特徴データであるように構成されている請求項1に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記基準特徴データは、クラスの既知のグループにおいて、メンバーシップを有するラベル付されている標本を有する、請求項2に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- センサユニットは、ピクセルデータを収集する少なくとも一つのカメラを備える、請求項1に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記カメラは、加熱されている食品のピクセル画像を記録するように構成されている、請求項4に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記ピクセル画像は、ピクセル輝度が正規化されている、請求項5に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記写像は、食品の種類又は処理作業の異なる熱処理装置ごとに決定されている、請求項1に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、加熱される食品の種類を分類するように構成されている、請求項1記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、大きさのカテゴリーのような食品の分類のサブカテゴリーを決定するように構成されている請求項1に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、少なくとも一つのトレーニング加熱工程の分散分析、分類技術、機械学習技術、等尺特徴写像(Isometric Feature Mapping)、線型次元縮小法(linear projection)、非線型次元縮小法(non-linear projection)、サポートベクターマシン(SVM)、K近傍手法(KNN)又は人工神経回路網(ANN)のうち少なくとも一つの手段によって前記写像を決定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記写像及び加熱工程の決定を行うように実装されたソフトウエアをCPUで処理するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 少なくとも2つの前記センサユニットは、既知の食品の色に対して較正されている、請求項1記載の熱処理監視システム(10)。
- 前記制御ユニットは、決定された現在の加熱工程状態に応じて自動化された食品の出し入れシステムを制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記自動化された食品の出し入れシステムは、移送装置を備えている請求項13に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記自動化された食品出し入れシステムは、熱処理室に対する食品の出し入れを行うように構成されている請求項13に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 前記センサユニット及び前記制御ユニットは、単一のコンパクトな筐体として構成された監視装置に組み入れられている、請求項1に記載の熱処理監視システム。
- 少なくとも二つの食品処理システムを監視する方法であって、
少なくとも二つのセンサユニットによって、前記食品処理システムの現在のセンサデータを測定するステップと、
制御ユニットによって、現在のセンサデータを現在の特徴データへ写像するステップと、
前記制御ユニットによって、予め設定された加熱プログラムの特徴データと、ユーザの選択によりトレーニングセットの一部として分類された少なくとも一つのトレーニング加熱工程の特徴データとを組み合わせることにより、基準加熱工程の基準特徴データを決定するステップと、
前記制御ユニットによって、現在の特徴データと他方の基準加熱工程の基準特徴データとを比較して、監視下にある食品の現在の加熱工程における現在の加熱状態を決定するステップから構成されている、監視方法。 - コンピュータによって処理される場合に、前記コンピュータが請求項17に記載の方法を実行するような命令から構成されているコンピュータプログラム。
