Description
接触面内の凹部内に硬質はんだを事前に設けることで、接触面にわたって硬質はんだをより均一に分配することが可能になる。硬質はんだを凹部内へ圧入することによって、接触面の上のはんだ付け体の張り出し、したがってはんだ付け間隙内のはんだの量を正確に判定することができる。コンタクト素子および相手コンタクトの互いに対する開始位置、ならびに押圧プロセスおよびはんだ付けプロセス中の終了位置は、この張り出しによって精密に画定される。終了位置は、はんだ付け体の張り出し内の材料の量、および湿らせる接触面のサイズ、および接触圧力から明らかになる。

Claims (14)
- 相手コンタクト(6)に物質的に結合されてなる導電接続(24)を形成するための電気コンタクト素子(12)であって、前記コンタクト素子(12)は、接触面(22)と、前記接触面(22)を越えて突き出る少なくとも1つの突起(34)と、前記接触面(22)と前記突起(34)との間に設けられ、前記突起(34)が突き出る方向の反対方向に窪む少なくとも1つの凹部(26)を備え、硬質はんだから形成されたはんだ付け体(28)が、前記凹部(26)内へ圧入され、前記凹部(26)から前記接触面(22)を越えて突出している、電気コンタクト素子(12)。
- 前記はんだ付け体(28)は、成形部品である、請求項1に記載の電気コンタクト素子(12)。
- 前記接触面(22)、前記凹部(26)、および/または前記はんだ付け体(28)は、環状である、請求項1または2に記載の電気コンタクト素子(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起(34)は、円周カラーであり、前記はんだ付け体(28)に対して平行に突き出る、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト素子(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起(34)は、前記はんだ付け体(28)を越えて突き出ている、請求項4に記載の電気コンタクト素子(12)。
- コンタクト素子(12)および相手コンタクト(6)に電気自動車の電池のセルを接続するための電気接続(24)であって、前記相手コンタクト(6)およびコンタクト素子(12)は、接触面(22)で互いに硬質はんだ付けされ、前記コンタクト素子(12)は、前記接触面(22)上に少なくとも1つの凹部(26)を備え、前記硬質はんだから形成されたはんだ付け体(28)が、前記凹部(26)内に位置し、前記接触面(22)の前記硬質はんだ接続を形成しており、前記相手コンタクト(6)および前記コンタクト素子(12)は、ねじ接続(16)によって互いに押し付けられており、
互いに相補形に構成されかつ互いに係合する少なくとも1つの突起(34)および少なくとも1つのレセプタクル(38)を有するセンタリング・デバイス(36)が存在しており、
前記少なくとも1つの突起(34)と前記関連する相補形のレセプタクル(38)との間に、硬質はんだが位置している、電気接続(24)。
- 前記はんだ付け体(28)は、前記凹部(26)に全面接触している、請求項6に記載の電気接続(24)。
- 請求項6または7に記載の電気接続(24)を有している、電気自動車のマルチセル電池向けのセルコネクタ(1)。
- 硬質はんだから形成されたはんだ付け体(28)によって、相手コンタクト(6)と、接触面(22)と前記接触面(22)を越えて突き出る少なくとも1つの突起(34)の間に設けられ、前記少なくとも1つの突起(34)が突き出る方向の反対方向に窪む凹部(26)を有する電気コンタクト素子(12)との間に、硬質はんだ付けされた電気接続(24)を形成する方法であって、前記はんだ付け体(28)は、前記凹部(26)内へ圧入され、前記接触面(22)を越えて突出し、前記コンタクト素子(12)および相手コンタクト(6)は、前記接触面(22)で互いに押し付けられ、前記はんだ付け体(28)は、加熱および溶融される、方法。
- 加熱が誘導により実施される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 加熱および互いに対する押し付けが、シールドガス雰囲気中で実施される、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起(34)および前記突起(34)に対して相補形のレセプタクル(38)を有するセンタリング・デバイス(36)を介して、前記相手コンタクト(6)および電気コンタクト素子(12)に対するセンタリングが行われ、前記突起および前記レセプタクル(38)は、前記はんだ付け体(28)が前記相手コンタクト(6)上に位置する前に係合する、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記相手コンタクト(6)および電気コンタクト素子(12)は、ねじ接続(16)によって互いに押し付けられる、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンタクト素子(12)は、前記相手コンタクト(6)の中心開口(40)と位置合わせされるように構成された中心通路(42)を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気コンタクト素子(12)。
