Description
この目的は、独立請求項に記載された特徴を有するドアホルダによって本発明により達成される。
別の費用対効果の良い代替案によれば、ピンが射出成形法で製造される場合、保持ハウジングの対応するガイド部にピンを射出成形することもできる。ピンの先端は、便宜上ガイド部と同一平面上にあるので、ピンは開口部内に突出することはなく、保持ロッドの高さのところまでで画定されている。
さらに、ほぼグリップセクション42の延長部に渡って、保持ロッド20のガイド面25a、25bは、さらに、入口49aおよび出口49bを有する拡張領域49を有することが分かる。拡張領域49は、ガイド面25a、25bの両側に突出しており、結果的に、拡張領域49は、以下でより詳細に説明するように、保持ハウジング30と共に、ドア保持ロッド20の変位に対する二次制動力成分を生成する。
対向するピン235a、235bは、互いに整列しており、共通の主軸は、制動要素を収容するボアホール33aの共通の主軸と交差する。
本実施形態では、ピン状に形成されたガイド部材235a’、235b’がガイド部35に射出成形され、したがって、ピン235a’、235b’の異なる幾何学的形状が好都合であり、ガイド部35の開口部31または面38側の面から突出していない。この目的のために、ピン235b’の先端には、ガイド部のサドルと整列したラグ2356が形成されている。対称的に形成されていないピン235a’、235b’の後側は平坦であり、面38と同一面に形成されている。
さらに、一体成形された保持ハウジングにおいて、ガイド部35からハウジング部34への移行領域は、繊維補強材を用いて形成することができ、ガイド部分25a、25bのガイド要素35a、35bとの圧入によって生じる引張り応力をよりよく吸収し、これはプラスチック部品においては重要なことであり、やや歪みが出る。
Claims (15)
- ドアホルダであって、
ドア(2)またはドアフレーム(1)の一方に接続可能な保持ハウジング(230)と、保持ハウジング(230)の開口部(31)を貫通し、ドア(2)およびドアフレーム(1)の他方と関節運動可能な、ドア保持ロッド(20;120)と、を含み、
ドア保持ロッド(20,120)は、少なくとも1つの制動面(24a,24b;124a,124b)を有し、
少なくとも1つの制動面(24a,24b;124a,124b)の方向に変位可能な少なくとも1つの制動要素(50)が、保持ハウジング(230)上に配置され、制動要素は、ドア保持ロッド(20;120)の少なくとも1つの制動面(24a,24b;124a,124b)と少なくともセクション(41,42,43)で接触することができ、それにより、ドア保持ロッド(20;120)の変位に対する一次制動力成分を生成し、
ドア保持ロッド(20;120)は、制動面(24a,24b;124a,124b)に関連して傾斜した少なくとも1つのガイド面(25a,25b;125a,125b)を有し、

- プラスチックが、PEEKを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドアホルダ。
- 少なくとも1つのガイド要素(235a,235b)が、ガイド面(25a,25b;125a,125b)と接触する領域において補強繊維を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のドアホルダ。
- ピン(235a,235b;235a’,235b’)が、保持ハウジング(230)のボアホール内に受け入れられることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のドアホルダ。
- ボアホールが、少なくとも1つの変位可能な制動要素(50)の軸に垂直に延びる軸を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のドアホルダ。
- ピン(235a、235b;235a’、235b’)が、保持ハウジング(230)のボアホールにねじ込まれることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のドアホルダ。
- ピン(235a,235b;235a’,235b’)が、ガイド面(25a,25b)に沿ってスライドするのを容易にする丸い端面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のドアホルダ。
- ガイド要素(235a,235b)が、ガイド面(25a,25b;125a,125b)に向かって圧力をかけられることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のドアホルダ。
- 少なくとも1つの制動要素(50)が、少なくとも1つの制動面(24a,24b;124a,124b)の方向にバネ(51)によって付勢され、少なくとも1つの制動面(24a,24b;124a,124b)は、ドア保持ロッド(20;120)のコースに渡る高さに不均一に延びる高さ輪郭を有し、高さ輪郭の高さが増加するにつれて、少なくとも1つの制動要素(50)のばね(51)がより多く応力をかけられるようになることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のドアホルダ。
- ドア保持ロッド(20;120)が、対になって互いに反対方向を向く2つの制動面(24a,24b)を有し、ドア保持ロッド(20;120)が、対になって互いに反対方向を向く2つのガイド面(25a,25b;125a,125b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のドアホルダ。
- 2つの制動面(24a,24b;124a,124b)のそれぞれを制動要素(50)に接触させることができ、2つのガイド面(25a,25b;125a,125b)のそれぞれをガイド要素(235a,235b)に接触させることができることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のドアホルダ。
- 対になって互いに対向するガイド要素(235a,235b)が、2つの線が平面にまたがるように、対になって互いに対向する制動要素(50)の変位軸と交差する最短の接続直線を画定することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のドアホルダ。
- 2つの対向するガイド要素(235a,235b)が、保持ハウジング(230)上に配置されており、少なくともいくつかの領域において互いに反対方向を向く2つのガイド面(25a,25b;125a,125b)と接触することができ、2つのガイド面(25a,25b;125a,125b)が、少なくとも1つの領域(49)において、2つのガイド要素(235a,235b)に対してオーバーサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のドアホルダ。
- ガイド要素(435a,435b)が、保持ハウジング(430)の別個のガイド部(435)上に設けられ、別個のガイド部(435)は、保持ハウジング(430)を形成するために保持ハウジング(430)のさらなる個々の部分(434)と組み立てることができることを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のドアホルダ。
