Description
Claims (12)
- 回路基板に直接取り付けられるPCBダイレクトコネクタであって、
前記回路基板の上面及び下面に備えられる上部導電パターン及び下部導電パターンにそれぞれ接触するように二列で配置されるターミナル部材と、
前記ターミナル部材を内部に収容し、前記回路基板の一側端に形成されるコネクタ接続部と嵌合及び嵌合解除可能に設けられるコネクタハウジングと、
を備え、
前記ターミナル部材は、前記コネクタハウジング内で対称的に配置される第一列ターミナル部材及び第二列ターミナル部材を有し、
前記コネクタハウジングは、
前記第一列ターミナル部材のターミナルボディ部及び前記第二列ターミナル部材のターミナルボディ部で囲まれた空間と連通するように、少なくとも一側面に、前記第一列ターミナル部材及び前記第二列ターミナル部材が挿入される挿入孔と交差する方向に形成されるサイド孔を含み、
前記サイド孔内に挿入されて前記第一列ターミナル部材と前記第二列ターミナル部材とを一体的に固定させるリテーナをさらに備える、PCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 回路基板に直接取り付けられるPCBダイレクトコネクタであって、
前記回路基板の上面及び下面に備えられる上部導電パターン及び下部導電パターンにそれぞれ接触するように二列で配置されるターミナル部材と、
前記ターミナル部材を内部に収容し、前記回路基板の一側端に形成されるコネクタ接続部と嵌合及び嵌合解除可能に設けられるコネクタハウジングと、
を備え、
前記コネクタハウジングの両側面は、前記コネクタ接続部を介在して両側の前記回路基板の終端に締まり嵌められるように設けられる基板保持リブを有し、
前記基板保持リブは、前記コネクタハウジングの後方部に設けられ、
前記基板保持リブは、
前記回路基板の厚さよりも幅の広い入口を有し、
前記入口は、前記回路基板の終端が挿入される方向に行くほど幅が次第に減少するように設けられる、PCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 回路基板に直接取り付けられるPCBダイレクトコネクタであって、
前記回路基板の上面及び下面に備えられる上部導電パターン及び下部導電パターンにそれぞれ接触するように二列で配置されるターミナル部材と、
前記ターミナル部材を内部に収容し、前記回路基板の一側端に形成されるコネクタ接続部と嵌合及び嵌合解除可能に設けられるコネクタハウジングと、
を備え、
前記コネクタハウジングの両側面は、前記コネクタ接続部を介在して両側の前記回路基板の終端に締まり嵌められるように設けられる基板保持リブを有し、
前記基板保持リブは、前記回路基板の厚さよりも幅の広い入口を有し、前記入口は、前記回路基板の終端が挿入される方向に行くほど幅が次第に減少するように設けられる、PCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 回路基板に直接取り付けられるPCBダイレクトコネクタであって、
前記回路基板の上面及び下面に備えられる上部導電パターン及び下部導電パターンにそれぞれ接触するように二列で配置されるターミナル部材と、
前記ターミナル部材を内部に収容し、前記回路基板の一側端に形成されるコネクタ接続部と嵌合及び嵌合解除可能に設けられるコネクタハウジングと、
を備え、
前記ターミナル部材は、
信号伝達ケーブルが接続する方向に延設される水平ボディ、及び相互に所定の間隔を置いて前記水平ボディに対して同じ方向に直交して延設される一対の垂直ボディを有し、前記コネクタハウジングの挿入孔に挿入されるターミナルボディ部と、
前記ターミナルボディ部から延設され、少なくとも一部分が前記回路基板の上面または下面に弾性的に接触するように湾曲した形状を有して前記コネクタハウジングの前方部に挿入されるコンタクト部と、
を含む、PCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタハウジングは、上板部及び下板部を含み、
前記上板部と前記下板部とは、前記コネクタ接続部が所定の深さまで嵌め込まれるように前方部が少なくとも前記回路基板の厚さだけ相互に離隔し、後方部は1つのボディを形成するように互いに連結される、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記上板部及び前記下板部の後方部には、2つの前記ターミナル部材を二列で挿入可能に形成される挿入孔が設けられる、請求項5に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
- 前記コネクタハウジングは、前記サイド孔の周辺に表面が凹んで形成される複数の溝部を有し、
前記リテーナは、前記複数の溝部のうち一部に型合わせられるように設けられるストッパ部を有する、請求項1に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタハウジングの前記上板部は、2つに分割される第1上板部及び第2上板部を含み、前記第1上板部と前記第2上板部との間にラッチ部が設けられ、
前記ラッチ部は、一側に前記回路基板に予め形成された締結孔に係合可能に設けられるフックを含む、請求項5または6に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記ラッチ部は、
前記第1上板部と第2上板部との間に位置した前記下板部の上面に直交して突出する軸部と、
前記フックを有し、前記上板部と平行に延設され、前記軸部を基準にしてシーソー動作可能に前記軸部に連結されるラッチ板部と、
を含む、請求項8に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタハウジングの前方部と後方部との境界は、前記コネクタハウジングの左右幅方向に延びて前記挿入孔の出口を部分的に塞ぐ所定の壁体を形成する挿入制限板をさらに有する、請求項1、4および6のいずれか一項に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
- 前記リテーナは、前記サイド孔に嵌められて前記コネクタハウジング内に挿入されるターミナル支持部をさらに有し、
前記ストッパ部は、前記ターミナル支持部の一側から前記ターミナル支持部の延長方向に交差する方向に突出する、請求項7に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタハウジングの前記複数の溝部は、
前記ストッパ部と型合わせられるように形成された少なくとも1つのストッパ座溝と、
前記ストッパ座溝に隣接した位置に所定のジグを嵌込可能に設けられた少なくとも1つのジグ溝と、
を含む、請求項7に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
