Abstract
本发明公开了一种电连接器组件,其包括设有收容空间的外壳、设置于所述收容空间后端的主连接器及转接件,所述收容空间可用于收容第一插头模组,所述转接件包括中间电路板及与中间电路板配合的中间连接器,所述中间电路板可与所述主连接器对接,中间连接器可与所述第二插头模组对接。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接组件,尤其涉及端子排布及其端子模块组件和之前临时申请的FP5连接器,临时申请包括申请号为62/367098,申请日为2016年6月26日,申请号为62/399272,申请日为2016年9月23日及申请号为62/412841,申请日为2016年10月26日的美国专利申请。本发明的结构可以参考以上专利申请文件中公开的类似结构。
【背景技术】
目前QSFP-DD规范修订0.1公布了一个设有八条通道的1x1QSFP-DD模组。QSFP的每条通道运行速率在25Gbit/s或50Gbit/s,因此QSFP-DD模组支持200Gbit/s或400Gbit/s速率的以太网应用。QSFP-DD模组设有插座连接器,所述插座连接器包括绝缘本体和收容于绝缘本体内的四排端子。每个端子设有焊接部。上两排端子的焊接部在纵向方向上与下两排端子的焊接部偏移。
2010年9月21日,美国专利第US7798820号公开了一种光学传输模组,所述光学传输模组包括边缘连接器和母连接器。所述母连接器包括一排设有第一连接部的第一端子,一排设有第二连接部的第二端子,一排设有第三连接部的第三端子及一排设有第四连接部的第四端子。所述第一连接部向前延伸超出第二连接部。第四端子在第三端子的前面。所述边缘连接器包括对接电路板,所述对接电路板设有若干设置于对接电路板上侧和下侧的连接导电片。所述连接导电片包括设置于对接电路板上侧的一排第一导电片和一排第二导电片及设置于对接电路板下侧的一排第三导电片和一排第四导电片。所述第一连接部与第一导电片相连,所述第二连接部与第二导电片相连,所述第三连接部与第三导电片相连,所述第四连接部与第四导电片相连。
2014年5月20日,美国专利第US8727793号公开了一种小型SFP板,所述SFP板的尾部插入连接器装置中。所述SFP板包括设置于上表面的第一组信号导电片和第四组信号导电片及设置于下表面的第二组信号导电片和第三组信号导电片。所述第四组信号导电片与设置于上表面的第一组信号导电片纵向偏移。所述第三组信号导电片与设置于下表面的第二组信号导电片纵向偏移。
【发明内容】
本发明主要目的是为QSFP-28转接件提供一种FP5外壳,使QSFP-28模组与FP5外壳对接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括设有收容空间的外壳、设置于所述收容空间后端的主连接器及转接件,所述收容空间可用于收容第一插头模组,所述转接件包括中间电路板及与中间电路板配合的中间连接器,所述中间电路板可与所述主连接器对接,中间连接器可与所述第二插头模组对接。
本发明中电连接器组件设有转接件,使得QSFP-28模组可与FP5外壳对接。
本发明另一主要目的是为提供一种转接件,使QSFP-28模组与FP5外壳对接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种转接件,其包括本体及收容于本体内的连接器部件,所述本体包括用于与一外壳组件配合的第一端、与第一端相对且供一插头模组插入的第二端及主体部,所述主体部包括设置于第一端和第二端之间的收容腔,所述收容腔用于收容所述插头模组,所述连接器部件位于第一端,所述连接器部件包括用于与外壳组件配合的电路板及安装在电路板上以收容插头模组的连接器。
本发明中转接件设有与外壳组件配合的电路板及安装在电路板上以收容插头模组的连接器,使得QSFP-28模组可与FP5外壳对接。

【具体实施方式】
如图1-15所示,为符合本发明的电连接器组件100,所述电连接器组件100包括主板200、安装在主板200上的外壳组件300和主插座连接器400。所述外壳组件300包括一对外壳302,每一所述外壳302包括收容空间303且在收容空间303的后端与主插座连接器或主连接器400配合。每一所述收容空间303设有可容纳FP5插头模组500或设有相关转接件700的QSFP-28插头模组600的尺寸和长度。所述外壳302由金属材料制成。
所述转接件包括本体701,所述本体701设有上壳体702及通过锁扣件706与上壳体702彼此组装的下壳体704以将插座连接器部件708夹在上壳体702和下壳体704之间并收容于本体701内。所述本体701设有与外壳组件300配合的第一对接端7011、供QSFP-28插头模组600插入并与第一对接端7011相对的第二对接端7012及设有收容腔7014的主体部7913,所述收容腔7014用于收容QSFP-28插头模组600。所述第一对接端7011的长度大于第二对接端7012及主体部7913。所述本体701设有两个与收容腔7014连通的相对侧开口705。所述插座连接器部件708位于第一对接端7011,其包括安装在中间电路板712的中间插座连接器或中间连接器710,其中,所述主插座连接器400可与主插座连接器400配合或收容于主插座连接器400内,所述中间插座连接器710可与QSFP-28插头模组600配合。所述中间插座连接器710表面安装在中间电路板712上。所述上壳体702与散热结构703一体成型。所述散热结构703包括若干凸肋7030及若干设置于相邻两凸肋7030之间的槽7031。换句话来说,QSFP-28插头模组600和转接件700的组合与FP5插头模组500类似,从某些角度上来看,FP5插头模组500的间距与QSFP-28插头模组600是不同的。
所述外壳302包括用于锁扣FP5插头模组500的后锁扣件或第一锁扣件304和用于锁扣QSFP-28插头模组600的前锁扣件或第二锁扣件306,所述后锁扣件304不与转接件700配合,所述前锁扣件306不与QSFP-28插头模组600配合。前锁扣件306穿过侧开口705直接锁定或锁扣QSFP-28插头模组600。所述后锁扣件304和前锁扣件306在转接件700的对接方向和垂直方向上均错位。换句话来说,所述转接件700不仅提供QSFP-28插头模组600与主插座连接器400之间的电性连接,还起到插入器/分隔器的作用,使QSFP-28插头模组500相对于外壳302保持在适当的位置且不向前移动,从而确保QSFP-28插头模组500与外壳302之间的锁定。值得注意的是,由于本体701设有位于两侧的侧开口705以暴露相应的QSFP-28插头模组600的内接合/脱离部分,使本体701响应由拉环612连接的致动器611而与前锁扣件306锁扣/解锁。所述外壳302设有若干与槽7031连通的通孔308,以建立散热的气流通道。
Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器组件,其包括设有收容空间的外壳、设置于所述收容空间后端的主连接器及转接件,所述收容空间可用于收容第一插头模组,所述转接件包括中间电路板及与中间电路板配合的中间连接器,其特征在于:所述中间电路板可与所述主连接器对接,中间连接器可与所述第二插头模组对接。
2.根据权利要求1的电连接器组件,其特征在于,所述外壳设有锁扣件,所述转接件包括收容中间连接器和中间电路板的本体及两相对侧开口以允许外壳的锁扣件与的相应的部分相互锁扣/解锁。
3.根据权利要求2的电连接器组件,其特征在于,所述外壳的锁扣件与所述第二插头模组锁扣。
4.根据权利要求3的电连接器组件,其特征在于,每个外壳包括与所述第一插头模组锁扣的第一锁扣件及与所述第二插头模组锁扣的第二锁扣件。
5.根据权利要求4的电连接器组件,其特征在于,所述第一锁扣件和第二锁扣件在转接件的对接方向和垂直方向上均错位。
6.根据权利要求2的电连接器组件,其特征在于,所述本体包括设有上壳体及通过锁扣件与上壳体彼此组装的下壳体,并使中间连接器和中间电路板夹在上壳体和下壳体之间。
7.根据权利要求6的电连接器组件,其特征在于,所述本体还包括位于上壳体的散热件。
8.根据权利要求7的电连接器组件,其特征在于,所述上壳体包括若干凸肋及若干设置于两相邻凸肋之间的槽。
9.根据权利要求8的电连接器组件,其特征在于,所述外壳包括若干与槽连通的通孔,以建立散热的气流通道。
10.一种转接件,其包括本体及收容于本体内的连接器部件,所述本体包括用于与一外壳组件配合的第一端、与第一端相对且供一插头模组插入的第二端及主体部,所述主体部包括设置于第一端和第二端之间的收容腔,所述收容腔用于收容所述插头模组,所述连接器部件位于第一端,其特征在于:所述连接器部件包括用于与外壳组件配合的电路板及安装在电路板上以收容插头模组的连接器。
