本实用新型提供一种USB连接器,包含一绝缘本体、一端子模组、以及一外壳;所述绝缘本体包含一舌部,所述舌部向所述绝缘本体一端凸出并包含一容置空间及复数个开孔,所述开孔连通外部空间与所述容置空间;所述端子模组容置于所述容置空间中,且包含一主体以及复数个端子,其中所述端子包含一端子本体及分别设置于所述端子本体两端的一接触部以及一焊接部,所述接触部透过所述开孔外露于所述舌部,而所述焊接部外露于所述绝缘本体的另一端;所述外壳组装于绝缘本体上并覆盖所述焊接部,以保护所述端子不受外力碰撞。

USB连接器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种USB连接器,尤其是一种避免端子变形且端子相对稳定的USB连接器。
背景技术
通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)连接器用于规范电脑与外部设备连接和通讯。如今电子信息技术日新月异,手机及其他数码产品的广泛使用,使USB连接器已成为绝大多数数码产品的标准配置。
在已知的USB连接器制程中,接触端子直接组装于USB连接器插头中,难以辨别接触端子的组装是否正常以及接触端子的接触部与主体之间的高度是否一致,以致减低USB连接器制造的良品率。且接触端子延伸出的焊接部垂直于接触端子本身且外露于外壳,难以缓冲电路板的厚度进而容易导致端子变形受损,或者在组装过程因意外碰撞导致端子变形。且用于协助USB连接器插拔于对应的接口的弹片受外力推挤时会抵靠在舌部,容易导致USB连接器与对应接口接触式插拔力不稳定。
因此,设计一款避免端子变形且端子相对稳定的USB连接器尤其重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种避免端子变形且端子相对稳定的USB连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种USB连接器,包含一绝缘本体、一端子模组、以及一外壳;所述绝缘本体包含一舌部,所述舌部向所述绝缘本体一端凸出并包含一容置空间,且所述舌部表面设有复数个开孔,所述开孔连通外部空间与所述容置空间;所述端子模组容置于所述容置空间中,且包含一主体以及复数个端子,其中所述端子包含一端子本体以及分别设置于所述端子本体两端的一接触部以及一焊接部,所述端子本体与所述主体组装固定,所述接触部透过所述开孔外露于所述舌部,而所述焊接部外露于所述绝缘本体的另一端;所述外壳组装于绝缘本体上并覆盖所述焊接部。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述容置空间中进一步设有两个弹片,所述弹片分别设置于所述端子模组的两侧,且所述弹片设有一夹持部,而所述舌部的两侧分别进一步设有一弹片孔,所述弹片孔连通外部空间与所述容置空间,所述夹持部透过所述弹片孔外露于所述舌部。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述端子包含至少一个接触端子以及至少一个传输端子,所述传输端子设置于所述主体之中,所述接触端子设置于所述主体的上表面。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述接触端子的焊接部设置为先往上延伸再往下弯形成一凸面向下的曲状结构。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述传输端子的焊接部设置为水平延伸再上弯形成一凸面向上的曲状结构。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的及功效,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型USB连接器100包含一绝缘本体10、一端子模组20以及一外壳40。所述绝缘本体10包含一用于与对应接口连接的舌部11,以及一用于协助使用时插入或拔出分担受力的弹性壳体12。所述舌部11向所述绝缘本体10一端凸出并包含一内部的容置空间11a,且所述舌部11表面设有复数个开孔11b、11d,并透过所述开孔11b、11d连通外部空间与所述容置空间11a;而所述弹性壳体12则设置于所述绝缘本体10的上下表面并靠近所述舌部11与对应接口连接处,透过所述弹性壳体12对所述对应接口施予夹持力,以稳定连接。在此一实施例中,所述弹形壳体12包含一设置于所述绝缘本体10上表面的上壳体12a以及一设置于所述绝缘本体10下表面的下壳体12b。
请一并参阅图1至图4,所述端子模组20容置于所述容置空间11a中,且所述端子模组20包含一主体21以及复数个端子22,其中所述端子22包含至少一个接触端子23以及至少一个传输端子24,所述接触端子23设置于所述端子模组20的上表面,而所述传输端子24包射于所述主体21中。为提高所述USB连接器100的制造良品率。所述接触端子23包含一端子本体23a以及一接触部23b,所述端子本体23a与所述主体21组装固定,且所述接触部23b透过所述开孔11b外露于所述舌部11。所述传输端子24包含一端子本体24a以及一接触部24b,所述端子本体24a与所述主体21一体射出成型,且所述接触部24b透过所述开孔11d外露于所述舌部11。
透过将所述接触端子23组装于主体21中,再进一步套设于所述舌部11的两段式组装,可便于确认所述接触端子23的组装是否正常以及所述接触部23b与所述主体21之间的高度是否一致。若发现所述接触端子23的组装发生异常或者所述接触部23b高度不一致,便可直接替换所述接触端子23,进而提升所述USB连接器100的制造良品率。
请再参阅图4和图5,所述接触端子23与所述传输端子24皆设有一与电路板连接的焊接部23c、24c,所述焊接部23c、24c外露于所述绝缘本体10相对所述舌部11一端。且为了配合适应各种不同厚度的电路板,避免因电路板厚度不一而导致所述焊接部23c、24c变形受损。在这一较佳的实施例中,所述焊接部23c设置为先往上方延伸再下弯形成一凸面向下的曲状结构;而所述焊接部24c则设置为水平延伸再上弯形成一凸面向上的曲状结构。透过相对设置的曲状结构使焊接部23c、24c搭配构成一夹持结构25。所述夹持结构25在与电路板连接时与电路板夹持固定,且透过设置为曲状结构的所述焊接部23c、24c受力时所发生的弹性变形来缓冲电路板的厚度,进而避免所述端子22变形受损。
请一并参阅图1和图2、图5,为使得所述USB连接器100与对应接口接触时的插拔力更稳定,所述容置空间11a进一步设有两个弹片30,所述弹片30分别设置于所述端子模组20的两侧,且所述弹片30设有一夹持部31,而所述舌部11的两侧分别进一步设有一连通外部空间与所述容置空间的弹片孔11c,所述夹持部31透过所述弹片孔11c外露于所述舌部11两侧。当所述USB连接器100与对应接口接触时,透过所述夹持部31受外力推挤时会抵靠在所述绝缘本体10上,所以插拔力比较稳定。且使的所述USB连接器100在与对应接口接触时减少因摇晃容易导致接触不良。
请参阅图5,所述外壳40组装于所述绝缘本体10上并覆盖所述焊接部23c、24c,以避免在组装过程中因意外的碰撞导致所述焊接部23c、24c变形,影响所述USB连接器100的正常使用。在这一较佳的实施例中,所述外壳40设置于所述绝缘本体10靠近所述焊接部23c、24c的一端,且所述外壳40包含一设置于所述绝缘本体10上表面的上外壳40a以及一设置于所述绝缘本体10下表面的下外壳40b。所述上外壳40a覆盖所述焊接部23c的上表面,所述下外壳40b覆盖所述焊接部24c下表面。

Claims (5)

1.一种USB连接器,其特征在于:包含一绝缘本体、一端子模组、以及一外壳;所述绝缘本体包含一舌部,所述舌部向所述绝缘本体一端凸出并包含一容置空间,且所述舌部表面设有复数个开孔,所述开孔连通外部空间与所述容置空间;所述端子模组容置于所述容置空间中,且包含一主体以及复数个端子,其中所述端子包含一端子本体以及分别设置于所述端子本体两端的一接触部以及一焊接部,所述端子本体与所述主体组装固定,所述接触部透过所述开孔外露于所述舌部,而所述焊接部外露于所述绝缘本体的另一端;所述外壳组装于绝缘本体上并覆盖所述焊接部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的USB连接器,其特征在于,所述容置空间中进一步设有两个弹片,所述弹片分别设置于所述端子模组的两侧,且所述弹片设有一夹持部,而所述舌部的两侧分别进一步设有一弹片孔,所述弹片孔连通外部空间与所述容置空间,所述夹持部透过所述弹片孔外露于所述舌部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的USB连接器,其特征在于,所述端子包含至少一个接触端子以及至少一个传输端子,所述传输端子设置于所述主体之中,所述接触端子设置于所述主体的上表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的USB连接器,其特征在于,所述接触端子的焊接部设置为先往上延伸再往下弯形成一凸面向下的曲状结构。
5.根据权利要求3所述的USB连接器,其特征在于,所述传输端子的焊接部设置为水平延伸再上弯形成一凸面向上的曲状结构。
