Description
また、外部衝撃や振動にも回路基板に安定的に固定されて脱去または接続不良を防止することができ、コネクタを形成する構成品同士の組立及び分解が便利なコネクタを提供することである。
Claims (12)
- 回路基板に直接取り付けられるPCBダイレクトコネクタであって、
前記回路基板の上面及び下面に弾性接触する一対のコンタクト部を有し、前記上面及び下面の少なくとも一方に配置された導電パターンに電気的に連結されるターミナル部材と、
上板部及び下板部を有し、前記ターミナル部材を内部に収容して前記回路基板の一側終端に形成されたコネクタ接続部が挿入及び脱去可能に設けられたコネクタハウジングと、
前記コネクタハウジングの前記下板部に形成されるスロットを通って、前記下板部の上面に係合及び係合解除されるハウジング締結部を有し、前記コネクタハウジングに嵌められることにより前記コネクタハウジング内の前記ターミナル部材を支持するリテーナと、
を備え、
前記コネクタハウジングの前記上板部は、所定間隔を置いて二つに分離された第1上板部及び第2上板部を含み、
前記ハウジング締結部は、前記第1上板部と第2上板部との間に位置した前記下板部の上面に係合及び係合解除される、
PCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記上板部及び前記下板部は前記コネクタ接続部が所定の深さまで嵌められるように前方部分が少なくとも前記回路基板の厚さだけ相互離隔し、後方部分は一つのボディを形成するように互いに連結される、請求項1に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
- 前記上板部及び前記下板部の後方部分には、前記ターミナル部材が個別的に挿入される複数の挿入孔が設けられる、請求項2に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
- 前記ターミナル部材は、それぞれ、
信号伝送ケーブルと結合され、前記複数の挿入孔に嵌められて前記コネクタハウジングの後方部分に配置されるターミナルボディ部を含み、
前記一対のコンタクト部は、互いに所定の間隔で離隔して配置され、前記ターミナルボディ部からそれぞれ延設されての前記コネクタハウジングの前方部分に配置される、請求項3に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記ターミナルボディ部は、
前記信号伝送ケーブルが接続される方向に延設される水平ボディと、互いに所定の間隔を置いて前記水平ボディに対して同じ方向に直交するように延設された一対の垂直ボディとを有し、
前記リテーナは、前記コネクタハウジングの後方部分に垂直に嵌められ、前記一対の垂直ボディの間に形成された空間に位置する、請求項4に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記リテーナは、前記ハウジング締結部から両側に延び、前記一対の垂直ボディの間に形成された空間に嵌められて介在されるターミナル支持部を有する、請求項5に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
- 前記第1上板部と前記第2上板部との間に掛け金部が設けられ、
前記掛け金部の一端には前記回路基板に予め備えられた締結孔に係合可能に設けられたフックが備えられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記掛け金部は、
前記第1上板部と第2上板部との間に位置し、前記下板部の上面に直交して突出する軸部と、
前記フックを備え、前記上板部と並んで延設され、前記軸部を支点にしてシーソー動作可能に前記軸部に連結されたラッチ板部とを含む、請求項7に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタハウジングの両側面には、前記コネクタ接続部を基準にしてその両側で隣接した前記回路基板の終端部分と締り嵌めされる基板ホルディングリブが備えられる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
- 前記基板ホルディングリブは、
前記上板部及び前記下板部の後方部分に備えられ、
前記回路基板の厚さよりも大きい幅で形成された入口を有し、前記入口の幅は前記回路基板の終端が挿入される方向に沿って徐々に減少する、請求項9に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。 - 前記ハウジング締結部は、前記下板部の上面に係合及び係合解除される双角型ラッチ状で形成される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
- 前記上板部及び前記下板部の前方部分には、前記ターミナル部材のコンタクト部がそれぞれ部分的に引き込まれて、前記ターミナル部材同士の沿面距離を一定に維持させるガイド溝がさらに形成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のPCBダイレクトコネクタ。
