Claims (4)
- 所定の電子回路を有する電子機器の製品筐体を構成する壁部の表面上に配線パターンが形成され、その製品筐体壁部の配線パターンに対して信号伝送媒体の端末部を電気的に接続するものであって、
前記配線パターンに弾性的に接触する接点部を有する導電性コンタクトが本体部に取り付けられた電気コネクタにおいて、
前記製品筐体を構成する壁部に、板状部材からなる連結突部が片持ち状に突出するように設けられ、その連結突部に対して前記本体部が嵌合可能となるように構成されたものであって、
前記配線パターンに、前記連結突部を構成する板状部材の表裏両面の少なくとも一方に露出する接点部が設けられているとともに、
前記導電コンタクトが、信号を伝送するシグナルコンタクトと、そのシグナルコンタクトの両側に配置された接地用のグランドコンタクトと、からなり、
前記シグナルコンタクト及びグランドコンタクトが、前記連結突部に対する嵌合方向と略平行な方向に沿って延在するように配置され、
そのシグナルコンタクト及びグランドコンタクトの接点部は、前記本体部が前記連結突部に嵌合された状態において、前記連結突部を表裏両面から挟み込み前記配線パターンの接点部に接触するように配置され、
前記シグナルコンタクトの両側に配置された接地用のグランドコンタクトどうしを一体的に連結するグランド連結板が設けられたものであって、
前記グランド連結板は、前記シグナルコンタクトにおける嵌合方向の前端部分よりも前方側に配置されていることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記連結突部及び本体部には、嵌合方向において係脱可能となるように構成されたロック部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記グランドコンタクトに設けられた接点部が、前記シグナルコンタクトに設けられた接点部よりも、前記嵌合方向において前方側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電気コネクタ。
- 所定の電子回路を有する電子機器を構成するものであって、壁部の表面上に信号を伝送する配線パターンが形成された製品筐体と、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタと、からなることを特徴とする電気コネクタ組立体。
