Description
蓄電装置と電力ラインとの接続および接続の解除を行なうシステムメインリレーと、
前記電力ラインの正極母線と負極母線とに接続されるコンデンサと、
外部電源装置の外部側接続部に接続可能な充電側接続部と、
前記充電側接続部に接続される充電ラインと前記電力ラインとの接続および接続の解除を行なう充電用リレーと、
前記システムメインリレーと前記充電用リレーとを制御する制御装置と、
を備え、前記外部電源装置からの電力で前記蓄電装置を充電する外部充電を行なうための充電装置であって、
前記充電ラインの正極母線と負極母線との接続および接続の解除を行なうスイッチと、
前記蓄電装置より定格電圧の低い低電圧蓄電装置と、
前記電力ラインと前記低電圧蓄電装置との間で電圧の変更を伴って電力をやりとりするコンバータと、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、システム起動時には、前記充電ラインの正極母線と負極母線とが接続されるように前記スイッチを制御した後に、前記低電圧蓄電装置からの電力で前記コンデンサが充電されるように前記コンバータを制御しながら、前記コンデンサの電圧に基づいて前記充電用リレーに溶着が生じているか否かを診断する溶着診断を実行する、
ことを要旨とする。

を備え、前記外部電源装置からの電力で前記蓄電装置を充電する外部充電を行なうための充電装置であって、
前記充電ラインの正極母線と負極母線との接続および接続の解除を行なうスイッチ
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記外部充電が異常停止したときには、前記システムメインリレーおよび前記充電用リレーがオフするように前記システムメインリレーと前記充電用リレーとを制御した後に、前記充電ラインの正極母線と負極母線とが接続されるように前記スイッチを制御しながら、前記コンデンサの電圧に基づいて前記充電用リレーに溶着が生じているか否かを診断する溶着診断を実行する、
ことを要旨とする。

- 蓄電装置と電力ラインとの接続および接続の解除を行なうシステムメインリレーと、
前記電力ラインの正極母線と負極母線とに接続されるコンデンサと、
外部電源装置の外部側接続部に接続可能な充電側接続部と、
前記充電側接続部に接続される充電ラインと前記電力ラインとの接続および接続の解除を行なう充電用リレーと、
前記システムメインリレーと前記充電用リレーとを制御する制御装置と、
を備え、前記外部電源装置からの電力で前記蓄電装置を充電する外部充電を行なうための充電装置であって、
前記充電ラインの正極母線と負極母線との接続および接続の解除を行なうスイッチと、
前記蓄電装置より定格電圧の低い低電圧蓄電装置と、
前記電力ラインと前記低電圧蓄電装置との間で電圧の変更を伴って電力をやりとりするコンバータと、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、システム起動時には、前記充電ラインの正極母線と負極母線とが接続されるように前記スイッチを制御した後に、前記低電圧蓄電装置からの電力で前記コンデンサが充電されるように前記コンバータを制御しながら、前記コンデンサの電圧に基づいて前記充電用リレーに溶着が生じているか否かを診断する溶着診断を実行する、

前記制御装置は、前記外部充電が異常停止したときには、前記システムメインリレーおよび前記充電用リレーがオフするように前記システムメインリレーと前記充電用リレーとを制御した後に、前記充電ラインの正極母線と負極母線とが接続されるように前記スイッチを制御しながら、前記コンデンサの電圧に基づいて前記充電用リレーに溶着が生じているか否かを診断する溶着診断を実行する、

前記蓄電装置より定格電圧の低い低電圧蓄電装置と、
前記電力ラインと前記低電圧蓄電装置との間で電圧の変更を伴って電力をやりとりするコンバータ
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記溶着診断を実行した後に、前記コンデンサが放電されるように前記コンバータを制御する、
充電装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の充電装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記溶着診断において、前記コンデンサの電圧が診断用電圧以上であるときには前記充電用リレーに溶着が生じていないと診断し、前記コンデンサの電圧が前記診断用電圧未満であるときには前記充電用リレーに溶着が生じていると診断する、
充電装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の充電装置であって、
前記充電用リレーは、前記充電ラインの正極母線と前記電力ラインの正極母線との接続および接続の解除を行なう正極側リレーと、前記充電ラインの負極母線と前記電力ラインの負極母線との接続および接続の解除を行なう負極側リレーと、を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記溶着診断として、前記正極側リレーおよび前記負極側リレーのうちのいずれかが溶着する片極溶着が生じているか否かを診断する、
