Description
(1)前処理のためのプラスチック基材(S)を用意する工程、

(2.2)工程(2.1)からの少なくとも1種の有機溶媒を除去するために蒸発させる工程、
によって、前処理層を生成する工程、
(3)工程(2)からの前処理したプラスチック基材上に、
(3.1)工程(2)からの前処理したプラスチック基材上にラッカーを適用する工程、及び
(3.2)工程(3.1)からのラッカーを硬化させる工程、
によって、ラッカー層を生成する工程、
を含む。
Claims (15)
- プラスチック基材の前処理コーティング及びその後のラッカー塗装のための方法であって、
(1)前処理のためのプラスチック基材(S)を用意する工程、
(2)工程(1)からのプラスチック基材(S)上に、
(2.1)少なくとも1種の有機溶媒(L)と、その中に分散させた又は溶解させた少なくとも1種のプラスチック(K)とを含む溶液又は分散液を、前記プラスチック基材上に適用する工程、及び
(2.2)工程(2.1)からの少なくとも1種の有機溶媒を除去するために蒸発させる工程、
によって、前処理層を生成する工程
(3)工程(2)からの前処理したプラスチック基材上に、
(3.1)工程(2)からの前処理したプラスチック基材にラッカーを適用する工程、及び
(3.2)工程(3.1)からのラッカーを硬化させる工程、
によって、ラッカー層を生成する工程、
を含み、
前記プラスチック(K)が、フォームであることを特徴とする方法。 - プラスチック基材(S)がフォーム基材である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フォーム基材が可撓性フォーム基材である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記フォーム基材が熱可塑性ポリウレタンフォーム基材である、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック(K)が、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフォームである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プラスチック(K)が、プラスチック基材(S)のプラスチック材料と同じである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(2)の前に、有機溶媒によるプラスチック基材(S)の洗浄を行わない、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(2)で生成した前処理コーティングの層厚が、1~45マイクロメートルである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- (3.1)における前記ラッカーが水ベースのラッカーである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ラッカーが顔料入りラッカー(ベースコートラッカー)又はクリアコートラッカーである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- (3.1)における前記ラッカーが顔料入りラッカー(ベースコートラッカー)であり、さらなる工程でクリアコートラッカーを前記ベースコートラッカー層上に適用し、次いで(3.2)において前記ベースコートラッカーと一緒に硬化させる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- (2.1)における適用及び(3.1)における適用を噴霧適用によって行う、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- (2.1)の溶液又は分散液の生成が、第一の工程において、プラスチック(K)を第一の有機溶媒で溶媒和又は初期膨潤させ、そして第二の工程において、前記第一の工程からの混合物を第二の有機溶媒と混合し、その結果溶液又は分散液を生成することを含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前処理層及び少なくとも1つのラッカー層を備えた、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造されたプラスチック基材。
- 請求項14に記載のプラスチック基材を含むか、又はそれからなる履物のソール。
