Claims (22)
1. Способ, включающий следующие этапы покрытия предварительной обработки и последующего покрытия лаком пластиковых подложек:
(1) обеспечение пластиковой подложки (S) для предварительной обработки,
(2) получение слоя предварительной обработки на пластиковой подложке(S) из (1) путем
(2.1) нанесения, на пластиковую подложку, раствора или дисперсии, содержащих, по меньшей мере, один органический растворитель (L) и диспергирование или растворение в нем, по меньшей мере, одного пластика (K), и
(2.2) испарения для удаления, по меньшей мере, одного органического растворителя из (2.1),
(3) получение слоя лака на предварительно обработанной пластиковой подложке из (2) путем
(3.1) нанесения лака на предварительно обработанную пластиковую подложку из (2) и
(3.2) отверждения лака из (3.1).
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором пластиковая подложка (S) является подложкой из пеноматериала.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором подложка из пеноматериала является подложкой из гибкого пеноматериала.
4. Способ по п. 2 или 3, в котором подложка из пеноматериала является подложкой из термопластичного полиуретанового пеноматериала, предпочтительно формованной подложкой из термопластичного полиуретанового пеноматериала.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором пластик (K), который растворяют или диспергируют, является пеноматериалом, предпочтительно термопластичным полиуретановым пеноматериалом, очень предпочтительно формованным термопластичным полиуретановым пеноматериалом.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором пластик (K) соответствует материалу пластика пластиковой подложки (S).
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором не выполняют никакой очистки пластиковой подложки (S) органическими растворителями перед этапом (2) способа изобретения, в особенности никакой очистки посредством одноразового или повторяющегося протирания пластиковой подложки такими растворителями.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором толщина слоя покрытия предварительной обработки, полученного на этапе (2) способа составляет от 1 до 45 микрометров, предпочтительно от 10 до 30 микрометров.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором лак как в (3.1) является лаком на водной основе.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором лак является пигментированным лаком (грунтовочный лак) или покровным лаком.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, в котором лак как в (3.1) является пигментированным лаком (грунтовочный лак) и в котором покровный лак наносят на слой грунтовочного лака в последующем этапе и потом отверждают вместе с грунтовочным лаком как в (3.2).
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1-11, в котором нанесение как в (2.1) и нанесение как в (3.1) выполняют путем нанесения распылением.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 1-12, в котором получение раствора или дисперсии (2.1) включает, на первом этапе, растворение или начало набухания пластика (K) в первом органическом растворителе, и на втором этапе смешивание смеси из первого этапа со вторым органическим растворителем и окончательное получение раствора или дисперсии.
14. Пластиковая подложка, которую получают способом по любому из пп. 1-13, обеспеченная слоем предварительной обработки и, по меньшей мере, одним слоем лака.
15. Обувная подошва, в частности подметка, которая содержит или включает пластиковую подложку по п. 14.
