Description
燃料電池セパレータの搬送装置10は、図1に示す本体部11と、図示しない圧縮空気供給部と、移動部と、保護シート取出部と、制御部とを備えている。燃料電池セパレータの搬送装置10は、保護シートSの上に載置されている燃料電池セパレータWを持ち上げて搬送するものであり、例えば、保管容器Hに保護シートSを間に挟んで積み重ねられている複数の燃料電池セパレータWを1枚ずつ、保護シートSを離脱させるとともに持ち上げて、保管容器Hから取り出して搬送する構成を有している。
第1実施形態に係る燃料電池セパレータの搬送装置10においては、加圧部としてエア吹き付け部24、25を用いて保護シートSを離脱させる構成について説明した。しかしながら、本発明に係る燃料電池セパレータの搬送装置20においては、加圧部として、エア吹き付け部24、25以外の他の構成を用いてもよい。
本体部11Aの上昇速度が200mm/sec以内であれば、保護シートSの持ち上がりはなく、確実に保護シートSを燃料電池セパレータWから確実に離脱させることができることを確認できた。
Claims (1)
- 保護シートの上に載置されている燃料電池セパレータを持ち上げて搬送する燃料電池セパレータの搬送装置であって、
吸着力によって前記燃料電池セパレータを把持する把持部と、
該把持部を前記燃料電池セパレータの持ち上げ方向に移動させる移動部と、
該移動部によって前記把持部を移動させる際に、前記燃料電池セパレータの開口部分を通して前記保護シートに前記燃料電池セパレータの持ち上げ方向とは反対方向の下向きの力を加える加圧部と、
を備え、
前記加圧部は、前記燃料電池セパレータの開口部分を通して前記保護シートにエアを吹き付けて前記保護シートに前記下向きの力を加えるエア吹き付け部を有することを特徴とする燃料電池セパレータの搬送装置。
