Description
以下に本発明の立体造形用樹脂組成物を実施例に基づいて説明する。表1は本発明の実施例(試料I~III)を示している。
表2は本発明の実施例(試料IV)を示している。
表3は本発明の比較例(試料V)を示している。
表4は本発明の比較例(試料VI)を示している。
表5、6は、本発明の無機充填材粒子の実施例(試料No.1~26)を示している。
Claims (11)
- 硬化性樹脂と無機充填材粒子とを含む樹脂組成物であって、無機充填材粒子が、硬化後の硬化性樹脂との屈折率ndの差が±0.02以下、アッベ数νdの差が±10以下であるガラス粒子であり、当該ガラス粒子が、質量%でAl2O3 7.6~30%、CaO 0~8.6%を含有し、MgO、SrO、BaO及びZnOの合量が5.0%以下であることを特徴とする樹脂組成物。
- 前記ガラス粒子が、質量%でAl 2 O 3 を7.6~13.2%含有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ガラス粒子が、質量%でCaOを0~4.7%含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- ガラス粒子の屈折率ndが1.40~1.90、アッベ数νdが20~65であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ガラス粒子がガラスビーズであり、ガラス組成として、Fe 2 O 3 、NiO、Cr 2 O 3 及びCuOの含有量の合量が1質量%以下であるガラスビーズを用いることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- ガラス粒子が、さらに質量%でSiO2 40~80%、B2O3 0~20%、Na2O 0~30%、K2O 0~30%、Li2O 0~10%、TiO2 0~15%、Nb2O5 0~20%、WO3 0~20%、F 0~10%含有することを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 立体造形用であることを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 樹脂組成物からなる液状層に選択的に活性エネルギー光線を照射して所定のパターンを有する硬化層を形成し、前記硬化層上に新たな液状層を形成した後に活性エネルギー線を照射して前記硬化層と連続した所定パターンを有する新たな硬化層を形成し、所定の立体造形物が得られるまで前記硬化層の積層を繰り返す立体造形物の製造方法であって、樹脂組成物として、請求項7に記載の樹脂組成物を使用することを特徴とする立体造形物の製造方法。
- 硬化性樹脂と混合して使用される無機充填材粒子であって、質量%でSiO2 40~80%、Al2O3 7.6~30%、B2O3 0~20%、CaO 0~8.6%、Na2O 0~30%、K2O 0~30%、Li2O 0~10%、TiO2 0~15%、Nb2O5 0~20%、WO3 0~20%、F 0~10%含有し、MgO、SrO、BaO及びZnOの合量が5.0%以下であるガラスからなることを特徴とする無機充填材粒子。
- 質量%でAl 2 O 3 を7.6~13.2%含有する、請求項9に記載の無機充填材粒子。
- 質量%でCaOを0~4.7%含有する、請求項9又は10に記載の無機充填材粒子。
