Description
Claims (14)
- 熱溶解積層法によって3D物品を製造するための方法であって、粒子が埋め込まれた3D印刷可能材料を層ごとに堆積させるステップを含み、
前記3D印刷可能材料が、熱可塑性ポリマー材料の連続相を含み、
前記粒子が、架橋ポリマー材料を含み、
前記粒子の総数の少なくとも一部が、0.2〜100μmの範囲から選択される第1の寸法を有し、前記第1の寸法が、長さ又は直径であり、
前記3D印刷可能材料及び前記粒子が、光透過性材料を含み、
前記粒子の前記光透過性材料が、1.2〜1.8の範囲から選択される屈折率を有する、方法。 - 前記粒子の少なくとも50体積%が、0.2〜100μmの範囲から選択される前記第1の寸法を有し、前記粒子の前記第1の寸法が、前記粒子を包囲する最小矩形直方体の長さである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の少なくとも50体積%が、1〜100μmの範囲から選択される前記第1の寸法を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の少なくとも一部が球状であり、前記第1の寸法が直径である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能材料が、前記3D印刷可能材料の全体積に対して1〜20体積%の範囲の前記粒子を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能材料が、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上のコポリマーのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が、架橋天然ゴム、架橋シリコーンゴム、架橋エポキシ樹脂、架橋ポリエステル、架橋ポリオレフィン、架橋ポリブタジエンゴム、フェノール架橋樹脂、架橋ポリメチルメタクリレート、架橋ポリスチレン、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上のコポリマーのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粒子が埋め込まれている3D印刷された材料を含む3D物品であって、前記3D印刷された材料が、熱可塑性ポリマー材料の連続相を含み、前記粒子が架橋ポリマー材料を含み、前記粒子の総数の少なくとも一部が、0.2〜100μmの範囲から選択される第1の寸法を有し、前記第1の寸法が、長さ又は直径であり、前記3D印刷された材料及び前記粒子が、光透過性材料を含み、前記粒子の前記光透過性材料が、1.2〜1.8の範囲から選択される屈折率を有する、3D物品。
- 前記粒子の少なくとも50体積%が、0.2〜100μmの範囲から選択される前記第1の寸法を有する、請求項8に記載の3D物品。
- 前記粒子の少なくとも50体積%が、1〜100μmの範囲から選択される前記第1の寸法を有し、前記第1の寸法が直径であり、前記3D印刷された材料が、前記3D印刷された材料の総体積に対して1〜20体積%の範囲の前記粒子を含む、請求項8又は9に記載の3D物品。
- 前記3D印刷された材料が、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上のコポリマーのうちの1つ以上を含み、前記粒子が、架橋天然ゴム、架橋シリコーンゴム、架橋エポキシ樹脂、架橋ポリエステル、架橋ポリオレフィン、架橋ポリブタジエンゴム、フェノール架橋樹脂、架橋ポリメチルメタクリレート、架橋ポリスチレン、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上のコポリマーのうちの1つ以上を含み、前記3D印刷された材料が、前記3D印刷された材料の総体積に対して1〜5体積%の範囲の前記粒子を含む、請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の3D物品。
- 前記粒子が、前記3D印刷された材料の前記連続相と同じであるが、後で架橋される熱可塑性ポリマー材料を含む、請求項8乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の3D物品。
- 粒子が埋め込まれた熱溶解積層法3D印刷可能材料であって、熱可塑性ポリマー材料の連続相を含み、前記粒子が架橋ポリマー材料を含み、前記粒子の総数の少なくとも一部が、0.2〜100μmの範囲から選択される第1の寸法を有し、前記第1の寸法が、長さ又は直径であり、前記3D印刷可能材料及び前記粒子が、光透過性材料を含み、前記粒子の前記光透過性材料が、1.2〜1.8の範囲から選択される屈折率を有する、3D印刷可能材料。
- 請求項8乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の3D物品を備える、照明器具又はランプ。
