Claims (9)
- (a)内径および外径、近位端および遠位端を有する実質的に固体のマーカーバンドと、(b)前記マーカーバンド内に取り付けられた弾性メッシュ本体であって、前記本体は長さyであり、前記本体は長さxの追加の弾性メッシュ材料の塊を含み、yはxより大きく、前記本体は、自身の上に折り返された弾性メッシュの二重層であり、前記弾性メッシュの折り返された端部を有し、前記弾性メッシュの二重層のすべての前記折り返された端部は前記マーカーバンド内に取り付けられる、前記本体は前記マーカーバンドから遠位方向に延在し、第1の送達形状および第2の拡張可能な逆さになったキノコの態様の展開形状を有する、弾性メッシュ本体とを含む閉塞装置。
- 前記本体が、周方向に折り畳まれた二重メッシュ層を含む、請求項1に記載の閉塞装置。
- 弾性メッシュ本体および追加弾性メッシュ材料の前記塊が異なる金属である、請求項1に記載の閉塞装置。
- 前記弾性メッシュ本体がニチノールから構成される、請求項1に記載の閉塞装置。
- 追加の弾性メッシュの前記塊がニチノールから構成される、請求項1に記載の閉塞装置。
- 前記マーカーバンドが剛性部材を含む、請求項1に記載の閉塞装置。
- 前記マーカーバンドが、リング、カラー、および縫合糸からなる群から選択される剛性部材を含む、請求項1に記載の閉塞装置。
- 前記マーカーバンドが補強される、請求項1に記載の閉塞装置。
- 左心耳(LAA)閉塞装置である、請求項1に記載の閉塞装置。
