Description
そこで、本発明は、新たな技術的手段によってコーティング層の密着力を高め、更に、転がり軸受の基本的な性能を有することができる転がり軸受、及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
すなわち、本発明の転がり軸受は、内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に介在する複数の転動体と、を備え、前記内輪及び前記外輪はステンレス鋼製であり、前記内輪及び前記外輪それぞれが有し前記転動体が転がり接触する軌道面は、超仕上げ加工面であって、当該超仕上げ加工面上に固体潤滑皮膜によるコーティング層が形成されている。
本発明の製造方法によれば、前記のような転がり軸受を製造することができる。
研磨工程S11では、この中間品の表面に対して研磨加工を行う。本実施形態では、中間品の全面に対して研磨加工が行われる。

Claims (5)
- 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に介在する複数の転動体と、を備え、
前記内輪及び前記外輪はステンレス鋼製であり、
前記内輪及び前記外輪それぞれが有し前記転動体が転がり接触する軌道面は、表面粗さRaが0.1以上であって0.8以下であり、鏡面仕上げとする場合よりも目の粗い磨き材によって加工した微鏡面仕上げの超仕上げ加工面であって、当該超仕上げ加工面上に固体潤滑皮膜によるコーティング層が形成されている、タッチダウン軸受。 - 前記軌道面以外の面であって他部材と接触する接触面はブラスト面であって、当該ブラスト面上に固体潤滑皮膜によるコーティング層が形成されている、請求項1に記載のタッチダウン軸受。
- 前記コーティング層は、二硫化モリブデン皮膜又は二硫化タングステン皮膜により構成されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタッチダウン軸受。
- 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に介在する複数の転動体と、を備えているタッチダウン軸受の製造方法であって、
環状であるステンレス製素材から旋削により前記内輪又は前記外輪となる中間品を得ると共に、当該中間品に対して加工を行う加工工程と、
前記加工工程を終えて製造された前記内輪及び前記外輪を前記転動体と共に組み立てる組み立て工程と、を備え、
前記加工工程には、
前記中間品の表面に対して研磨加工を行う工程と、
研磨加工を終えた前記中間品が有し前記転動体が転がり接触する軌道面となる面に対して、鏡面仕上げとする場合よりも目の粗い磨き材によって、表面粗さRaが0.1以上であって0.8以下となるように微鏡面仕上げの超仕上げ加工を行う工程と、
超仕上げ加工された前記面に固体潤滑皮膜によるコーティング層を形成する工程と、
が含まれる、タッチダウン軸受の製造方法。 - 前記超仕上げ加工がなされた前記軌道面にマスクを施した状態で、前記中間品に対してブラスト処理を行う工程をさらに備え、
前記コーティング層を形成する工程は、前記ブラスト処理がなされた面に固体潤滑皮膜によるコーティング層を形成する工程を含む、
請求項4に記載のタッチダウン軸受の製造方法。
