Claims (6)
- 一対の軌道輪の間に配され、複数の転動体を所定位置に保持する転がり軸受用保持器であって、
前記転動体を収容する複数のポケット穴を有する円環状の本体と、前記本体をインサート部品として固体潤滑剤を含む樹脂で射出成形された樹脂部とを備え、
前記樹脂部が、前記本体のポケット穴の内周面の全周に設けられ、各転動体と摺接する複数のポケット面を形成する第1部分と、前記本体の内周面又は外周面に設けられ、一方の軌道輪と摺接する案内面を形成する第2部分とを一体に有し、
前記樹脂部のウェルドラインが、前記ポケット面の保持器円周方向両端部に露出しない位置に形成され、
前記樹脂部の第1部分の保持器円周方向両端部における肉厚が、第1部分の保持器軸方向両端部における肉厚よりも厚い転がり軸受用保持器。 - 前記ウェルドラインが、前記ポケット面の保持器軸方向一方側のみに形成された請求項1記載の転がり軸受用保持器。
- 前記樹脂部は、主成分樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂で45〜80vol%、固体潤滑剤が20〜40vol%、強化材が0〜15vol%の割合で配合された請求項1又は2に記載の転がり軸受用保持器。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の転がり軸受用保持器と、一対の軌道輪と、複数の転動体とを備えた転がり軸受。
- 一対の軌道輪の間に配され、複数の転動体を所定位置に保持する転がり軸受用保持器の製造方法であって、
前記転動体を収容する複数のポケット穴を有する円環状の本体をインサート部品として、固体潤滑剤を含む樹脂材料で射出成形することにより、前記本体のポケット穴の内周面の全周に設けられ、各転動体と摺接する複数のポケット面を形成する第1部分と、前記本体の内周面又は外周面に設けられ、一方の軌道輪と摺接する案内面を形成する第2部分とを一体に有し、第1部分の保持器円周方向両端部における肉厚が、第1部分の保持器軸方向両端部における肉厚よりも厚い樹脂部を形成し、
前記樹脂部の第2部分の保持器軸方向一方の端面を成型する成型面に、樹脂部の材料を射出するゲートを設けた転がり軸受用保持器の製造方法。 - 前記ゲートがディスクゲートである請求項5記載の転がり軸受用保持器の製造方法。
