・上記実施形態では、外気導入孔15の縁と弁部材5の間の隙間を弁部材5の移動によって開閉することによって、弁部材5が外気導入孔15を開閉するように構成されているが、弁部材自体に貫通孔と開閉可能な弁を設けて、この弁の働きによって貫通孔を開閉することによって、外気導入孔15を開閉するように構成してもよい。また、弁部材5を省略して、内容物を吐出する際に外気導入孔15を指などで閉塞させてもよい。

容器外側から順に、ランダム共重合体層(131μm)/リプロ層(351μm)/ランダム共重合体層(43μm)/外側EVOH層(厚さ38μm)/接着層(厚さ43μm)/内側EVOH層(厚さ30μm)の構成の積層剥離容器をブロー成形によって製造した。外側EVOH層は、柔軟グレードのEVOH樹脂(型式:ソアノールSF7503B、日本合成化学社製、エチレン含有量E2:29mol%)で形成し、内側EVOH層は、一般グレードのEVOH樹脂(型式:ソアノールD2908、日本合成化学社製、エチレン含有量E1:29mol%、曲げ弾性率:4200MPa)で形成した。接着層は、変性ポリオレフィン樹脂(商品名:モディック L522、三菱化学株式会社製)で形成した。
実施例2では、内側EVOH層を一般グレードのEVOH樹脂(型式:エバールL171B、株式会社クラレ製、エチレン含有量E1:27mol%、曲げ弾性率:4800MPa)で形成した以外は実施例1と同様に積層剥離容器を製造した。
実施例2では、内側EVOH層を一般グレードのEVOH樹脂(型式:ソアノールDC3203RB、日本合成化学社製、エチレン含有量E1:32mol%、曲げ弾性率:4100MPa)で形成した以外は実施例1と同様に積層剥離容器を製造した。
比較例1では、内側EVOH層を一般グレードのEVOH樹脂(型式:ソアノールAT4403B、日本合成化学社製、エチレン含有量E1:44mol%、曲げ弾性率:2900MPa)で形成した以外は実施例1と同じにした。
以下の示す方法で、香り成分の保持性及び内袋の収縮性についての評価を行った。
実施例・比較例の積層剥離容器及びガラス瓶にポン酢を充填したものを1週間静置させた後、容器内のポン酢を吐出させ、吐出されたポン酢の香り成分(酢酸エチル、ピネン、ミルセン、1,3−シクロヘキサジエン、リモネン、フェランドレン、オシメン、テルピネン、シメン、シクロヘキセン、ドデカン、ノナナール、酢酸、フルフラール、デカナール、リナロール、ゲラニオール、フェニルエチルアルコール、クベノール、エピグロブロール、グロブロール、チモール、α−カジノール)の残存量をガスクロマトグラフ質量分析計で測定し、その合計を算出して合計残存量とし、式3に従って残存指数を算出し、以下の基準で評価した。
合計残量量1:実施例・比較例の積層剥離容器から吐出されたポン酢についての合計残存量
合計残量量2:ガラス瓶から吐出されたポン酢についての合計残存量
○:残存指数が0.8以上0.9未満
×:残存指数が0.8未満
実施例・比較例の積層剥離容器内のポン酢を吐出させる際の、容器の内袋の形状について目視評価を行い、以下の基準で評価した。
×:内袋が折れ曲がって適切に収縮しなかった
香り成分の保持性及び内袋の収縮性の評価結果を表1に示す。表1に示すように、全ての実施例・比較例で内袋の収縮性が良好であった。また、全ての実施例で香り成分の保持性が良好であったが、比較例では、香り成分の低減が比較的大きかった。これによって、エチレン含有量E1が34mol%以下である場合に香り成分の低減が大幅に抑制されることが実証された。また、実施例1〜2と実施例3の比較により、エチレン含有量E1が31mol%以下である場合に香り成分の低減がさらに抑制されることが実証された。

Claims (6)
- 外層と内層とを備え、前記内層によって構成される内袋が内容物の減少に伴って収縮する積層剥離容器であって、
前記内層は、最内層として、EVOH樹脂からなる内側EVOH層を備え、
前記内側EVOH層のEVOH樹脂は、エチレン含有量が34mol%以下であり、
前記内側EVOH層の厚さは、21μm以上50μm以下である、
積層剥離容器。 - 前記エチレン含有量は、26mol%以上である、請求項1に記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記内側EVOH層のEVOH樹脂は、不純物の含有量が5質量%以下である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記内側EVOH層のEVOH樹脂は、曲げ弾性率(MPa)が0.8×(6600−86×前記エチレン含有量(mol%))以上である、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1つに記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記内層は、最外層として、EVOH樹脂からなる外側EVOH層を備える、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1つに記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記外側EVOH層のEVOH樹脂のエチレン含有量は、前記内側EVOH層のEVOH樹脂のエチレン含有量と同一又はこれよりも大きい、請求項5に記載の積層剥離容器。
