Claims (6)
- 冷却される部材(10)と、
冷却材タンク(14)と、
前記冷却材タンク(14)の内部にさらされた熱交換器(13)と、
前記熱交換器(13)と熱接触している極低温再凝縮冷凍機(12)と、
前記冷却される部材(10)から前記冷却材タンクへと熱を伝達する熱伝達装置(26)と、
を備える装置であって、
当該装置は、前記冷却材タンクに狭窄部(24)を介して接続されている別の冷却材タンク(20)を有しており、該別の冷却材タンクは、前記熱交換器で再凝縮された冷却液を受け取るために流体連通されており、前記別の冷却材タンク(20)は構成部品(21)を収容しており、前記構成部品は、前記別の冷却材タンクに受け取られた冷却液によって冷却され、
前記熱伝達装置(26)は、前記冷却材タンク(14)の外面と前記冷却される部材(10)とに熱接触している固体の熱伝導体(26)を有している、
装置。 - 前記別の冷却材タンクは、前記冷却材タンク(14)よりも優先的に冷却液を受け取るように流体連通されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 冷却される部材(10)と組み合わされる極低温冷却装置であって、
冷却材タンク(14)の内部にさらされた熱交換器(13)と、
前記冷却材タンク(14)に流体連通された再凝縮チャンバ(30)と、
前記熱交換器(13)と熱接触している極低温再凝縮冷凍機(12)と、
前記冷却される部材(10)から前記冷却材タンクへと熱を伝達する装置(26)と、を備える極低温冷却装置において、
当該極低温冷却装置は、前記熱交換器で再凝縮された冷却液を受け取るために、前記再凝縮チャンバ(30)に流体連通された別の冷却材タンク(20)を有しており、該別の冷却材タンク(20)は構成部品(21)を収容しており、前記構成部品は、前記別の冷却材タンクに受け取られた冷却液によって冷却され、
前記熱伝達装置(26)は、前記冷却材タンク(14)の外面と前記冷却される部材(10)とに熱接触している固体の熱伝導体(26)を有している、
極低温冷却装置。 - 前記再凝縮チャンバ(30)のジオメトリは、前記冷却材タンク(14)及び前記別の冷却材タンク(20)のどちらを先に充填するかを決定するために調節される、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記冷却される部材と、前記冷却材タンクと、前記熱を伝達する装置(26)とは、外部真空容器(OVC)内に収容されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記冷却される部材(10)は超伝導磁石コイルを有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
