Claims (14)
- 冷却材タンク(14)と、
前記冷却材タンク(14)の内部にさらされた熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器(13)と熱接触している極低温再凝縮冷凍機(12)と、
冷却される部材(10)から前記冷却材タンクへと熱を伝達する装置(16;26)と、
を備える極低温冷却装置であって、
当該極低温冷却装置は、前記冷却材タンクに狭窄部を介して接続されている別の冷却材タンク(20)を有しており、該別の冷却材タンクは、前記熱交換器で再凝縮された冷却液を受け取るために流体連通しており、前記別の冷却材タンク(20)は構成部品(21)を収容しており、前記構成部品は、前記別の冷却材タンクに受け取られた冷却液によって冷却されることを特徴とする、極低温冷却装置。 - 前記別の冷却材タンクは、前記冷却材タンク(14)よりも優先的に冷却液を受け取るように流体連通されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記熱を伝達する装置は固体の熱伝導体(26)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記熱を伝達する装置は冷却ループ装置を有しており、該冷却ループ装置自体は、前記冷却される部材(10)と熱接触しているパイプ(16;16a/16b)を有しており、前記パイプの入口端部は、前記冷却材タンク(14)の下方端部近くで前記冷却材タンク(14)に開かれており、前記パイプの出口端部は、前記冷却材タンク(14)の上方端部により近く前記冷却材タンク(14)に接続されている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記別の冷却材タンク(20)は、前記入口端部の下流かつ前記出口端部の上流で、前記パイプ(16)内の冷却材循環の法線方向に位置している、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記別の冷却材タンク(20)には前記パイプ(16)におけるT字管(27)から供給が行われる、請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記別の冷却材タンク(20)は前記冷却ループの部分を形成している、請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記別の冷却材タンク(20)は、前記パイプ(16)の下方端部に設けられている、請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記冷却材タンクはバッフル(28)を有しており、該バッフルは、前記パイプ(16)と前記別の冷却材タンク(20)のどちらを先に充填するかを決定するように、前記熱交換器に関して位置決めされている、請求項4記載の装置。
- 再凝縮された冷却材を受け取るための再凝縮チャンバ(30)をさらに備え、該再凝縮チャンバ(30)は、前記冷却材タンク(14)と前記別の冷却材タンク(20)との両方に流体連通されている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記再凝縮チャンバ(30)のジオメトリは、前記冷却材タンク(14)及び前記別の冷却材タンク(20)のどちらを先に充填するかを決定するために調節される、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記冷却される部材と、前記冷却材タンクと、前記熱を伝達する装置(16;26)とは、外側の真空容器内に収容されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記冷却される部材(10)は超伝導磁石コイルを有している、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 実質的に添付の図面の図2〜図9で説明したような、かつ/又は前記図2〜図9に示したような、極低温冷却用の装置。
