Description
Claims (6)
- 圧縮可能な発泡材と表皮材から構成されて一端部に折り曲げ片が形成された取付部材と、前記折り曲げ片が挿入される挿入溝が表面に形成され、前記表面に前記取付部材が取り付けられる樹脂成形品とを備える樹脂成形品ユニットであって、
前記挿入溝は、前記折り曲げ片の裏面に当接する第1側面と、前記第1側面と対向する第2側面との溝幅が、底部より入口部の方が広くなるように形成され、
前記折り曲げ片は、前記挿入溝の前記入口部の前記溝幅よりも薄く、前記挿入溝の前記底部の前記溝幅よりも厚く形成され、
前記折り曲げ片は、前記発泡材が圧縮されることで前記挿入溝に挿入されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品ユニットにおいて、
前記樹脂成形品には、前記表面から裏面まで貫通し、前記折り曲げ片が挿入される挿入孔が形成され、
前記挿入溝と前記挿入孔が交互に複数形成されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品ユニットにおいて、
前記挿入溝の底面には、前記折り曲げ片の一端面が当接し、
前記挿入溝の側面には、前記折り曲げ片の側面が当接することを特徴とする樹脂成形品ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品ユニットにおいて、
前記第1側面には、凹凸部が形成されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品ユニット。 - 圧縮可能な発泡材と表皮材から構成されて一端部に折り曲げ部が形成された取付部材と、前記折り曲げ片が挿入される挿入溝が表面に形成され、前記表面に前記取付部材が取り付けられる樹脂成形品とを備える樹脂成形品ユニットの成形方法であって、
前記挿入溝の側面のうちの前記折り曲げ部の内面に当接する第1側面と、前記第1側面と対向する第2側面との溝幅が、前記挿入溝の底部より入口部の方が広くなるように形成された前記挿入溝に、前記挿入溝の前記入口部の前記溝幅よりも薄く、前記挿入溝の前記底部の前記溝幅よりも厚く形成された前記折り曲げ部を、前記発泡材を圧縮するように挿入することを特徴とする樹脂成形品ユニットの成形方法。 - 請求項5に記載の樹脂成形品ユニットの成形方法において、
前記樹脂成形品には、前記表面から裏面まで貫通し、前記折り曲げ片が挿入される挿入孔が形成され、
前記樹脂成形品は、第1方向に分離可能な第1樹脂成形型及び第2樹脂成形型により成形され、
前記挿入孔は、前記第1樹脂成形型及び前記第2樹脂成形型それぞれに設けられ、前記樹脂成形品を成形する場合に互いに当接する挿入孔成形部により成形され、
前記挿入溝は、前記樹脂成形品の前記表面を成形する前記第1樹脂成形型に、前記第1方向に対して傾斜した第2方向に移動可能に設けられた挿入溝成形部により成形されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品ユニットの成形方法。
