- 第2のコネクタ(31)にブレードコネクタ(1)を電気的に接触させるためのコネクタアセンブリ(69)であって、前記コネクタアセンブリは、長手方向(L)に沿って延在するブレードコネクタ(1)を備え、前記ブレードコネクタ(1)は、嵌合状態(M)において前記第2のコネクタ(31)に電気的に接続されるためのコンタクト表面平面(5)を備え、
前記アセンブリ(69)は、前記ブレードコネクタ(1)に固定的に接続されており、前記嵌合状態(M)において前記ブレードコネクタ(1)の前記コンタクト表面平面(5)に前記第2のコネクタ(31)を押圧するように適応させた少なくとも1つの締付けデバイス(55)を備える取付けケージ(39)をさらに備え、
前記ブレードコネクタ(1)は、前記コンタクト表面平面(5)上に配置され、案内方向(G)に沿って前記長手方向(L)に対して基本的に垂直に延在する少なくとも1つの案内要素(7)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(7)は、前記ブレードコネクタ(1)と前記第2のコネクタ(31)との嵌合時に、前記第2のコネクタ(31)を案内するように構成されていることを特徴とするコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(7)は、レール、リブ、又は一連の点状構造体として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(7)は、前記案内方向(G)に対して垂直な断面形状が全体的に台形であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(7)は、前記長手方向(L)および前記案内方向(G)に対して垂直に前記コンタクト表面平面(5)から突出することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記コンタクト表面平面(5)は、前記長手方向(L)に対して垂直な前記コンタクト表面平面(5)から離れるように突出する少なくとも1つの接触突起(13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触突起(13)は、前記長手方向(L)に沿って互いに離間した2つの案内要素(7)同士間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触突起(13)は弾性的に撓むことができることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触突起(13)はリーフスプリング(14)であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 複数の接触突起(13)が、前記コンタクト表面平面(5)上に配置されて導電的に接続された接触板(11)と一つに一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記コネクタアセンブリ(69)は、嵌合状態(M)において前記ブレードコネクタ(1)の前記コンタクト表面平面(5)に電気的に接続されるための第2のコネクタ(31)をさらに備えること、および前記第2のコネクタ(31)は、前記ブレードコネクタ(1)の前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(7)と相補的に形成された少なくとも1つの相補的な案内要素(37)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記嵌合状態(M)において、前記ブレードコネクタ(1)の前記少なくとも1つの案内要素(7)と前記相補的な案内要素(37)は、前記長手方向(L)に確実に係止されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記ブレードコネクタ(1)の前記コンタクト表面平面(5)は、少なくとも1つの弾性撓み可能な接触突起(13)と、前記少なくとも1つの接触突起(13)の突出長(29)よりも短い距離(27)で前記コンタクト表面平面(5)から前記第2のコネクタ(31)を離間するように適応させた少なくとも1つの撓み不能なスペーサ(25)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記取付けケージ(39)は、前記嵌合状態(M)において前記ブレードコネクタ(1)と前記少なくとも1つの締付けデバイス(55)の間に少なくとも1つの締付け板(73)用のレセプタクル(71)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記アセンブリ(69)は、前記レセプタクル(71)に挿入可能な少なくとも1つの締付け板(73)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 前記取付けケージ(39)は、前記取付けケージ(39)と一つに形成され、前記ブレードコネクタ(1)周りに屈曲している係止部材(51)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(69)。
- 第2のコネクタ(31)にブレードコネクタ(1)を電気的に接触させるためのコネクタアセンブリ(69)であって、前記コネクタアセンブリは、長手方向(L)に沿って延在するブレードコネクタ(1)を備え、前記ブレードコネクタ(1)は、嵌合状態(M)において前記第2のコネクタ(31)に電気的に接続されるためのコンタクト表面平面(5)を備え、
