Claims (5)
- ディスク軸方向に延びるピン穴が形成されディスクの外周側を跨いで配置される一対のピン支持部を有して車両の非回転部に固定される取付部材と、
ディスク周方向の両側に前記ピン穴に摺動可能に挿入される一対のスライドピンを有して前記取付部材にディスク軸方向に移動可能に支持されるキャリパと、
前記取付部材に移動可能に支持され、前記キャリパによって前記ディスクの両面に押圧される一対のパッドと、
を備え、
前記一対のスライドピンのうちの一方のスライドピンは、
先端側に環状溝を有するピン本体と、
内周側に前記スライドピンが軸方向に移動したときに倒れる凸部を複数有して前記環状溝に設けられる筒状の弾性変形部材と、
を備える、ディスクブレーキ。 - 前記環状溝の外周面は、前記ピン本体における基端側の大径部よりも直径が小さい小径部を有し、該小径部には前記凸部の先端が締め代をもって当接する請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記凸部は先細形状である、請求項1または2記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記凸部は、錐状に形成され、格子状に配設される請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記凸部は内周面に沿って環状に形成され、軸方向に並んで配設される請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載のディスクブレーキ。
