Description
図1〜図5に示す本実施形態のディスクブレーキ10は、キャリア(取付部材)11と、一対の摩擦パッド12と、キャリパ13とを備えている。
このカム機構162は、上記したキャリパボディ34のカム穴136に嵌合される円弧状のベアリング163と、このベアリング163を介してカム穴136に回転可能に支持される略円柱状のカム本体164とを有している。カム本体164には、半径方向の外周面から中心方向に向けて略V字状に凹むカム凹部165が形成されている。このカム凹部165は、最も凹んだ位置をカム本体164の中心軸線に対しオフセットさせている。

Claims (7)
- 車両の非回転部分に固定される取付部材に設けたガイド穴内に挿嵌される摺動ピンにより前記取付部材に摺動可能に支持されるキャリパと、該キャリパ内に設けられて少なくとも一対の摩擦パッドをディスクに押圧するピストンと、該ピストンを推進するべく、前記キャリパ内に設けられる駐車ブレーキ機構と、該駐車ブレーキ機構にワイヤからの力を伝達するレバー部材と、前記キャリパの外側に一体に取り付けられ前記ワイヤを内包するケーブルを係止するケーブルガイド部材とを有するディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記キャリパは、
前記ディスクの軸方向一側に配置され、前記ピストンを収容するためのボアが形成されたシリンダ部と、
該シリンダ部のディスク回転方向両側に延設され先端に前記摺動ピンが固定される一対の腕部と、
該一対の腕部のうちの一方の腕部と前記シリンダ部とを結合し前記ケーブルガイド部材が固定されるガイド取付部と、が一体成形され、
該ガイド取付部のディスク径方向肉厚が前記一方の腕部のディスク径方向肉厚に、ディスク軸方向において少なくとも部分的に重なり合うように形成されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 - 前記キャリパは、アルミニウム合金の鋳造により一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記一方の腕部は、前記ガイド穴と前記摺動ピンとのクリアランスが大きい側の腕部であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記一方の腕部は、車両前進時の前記ディスク回出側となる腕部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ガイド取付部のディスク径方向肉厚の1/4以上が前記一方の腕部と重なり合っていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ガイド取付部のディスク回転方向の前記一方の腕部との接合寸法は、前記一方の腕部のディスク回転方向寸法の1/2以下となっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記キャリパには、該キャリパ内にブレーキ液を導入する流入孔が設けられるボス部が前記シリンダ部に形成され、前記ガイド取付部は、前記ボス部に結合して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項記載のディスクブレーキ。
